This app is great, but a lot of features that I want are blocked by a "pro version" subscription. No problem, if its good I'll pay for it. So why 3 out of 5 stars? I can't subscribe. There's no link in the app, no link on the website. So i cant use the features i need. I want to give this company money, and I just can't work out how. Can you imagine? Other apps slap it in your face all the time, so kudos this app doesn't. But it's not under any menu, it's not in account settings. Baffling.

Simply love it, nice interface, great themes for customization, great visibility for projects and subtasks, excellent project and task management tool; one remarkable thing is that there's no project limit with the free version I'm really grateful for that. Two little suggestions: widget transparency option and a smoother operation, because from time to time there's a glitch while modifying tasks in bulk on the My tasks screen.... Nothing crucial but it would be nice to have a fix.

There are plenty of todos app in playstore. Free and Paid. Few apps are amazing because of features. I tried almost every app but Quire.io is different. It has Web and Mobile App. It has n level subtasks. It has smart folder features. It has tags. It has kanban. It has reminder. It has an option for collaboration. It has everything which I m looking. Small Request - It would be very great, if Mobile App UI can update.

This is a promising to-do/ project app, meaning many good features., but still have rough edges to smoothen up. The subtasks mechanism is a bit difficult to use (show/hide subtasks, move up and down the heirarchy, etc) , even frustrating at times. The developer could look at the app "OUTLINER" to have an idea how to do it. Keep working on it because, again, it has lots of promises. I'll give 4 stars for now.

Its really a perfect task management application. Regarding other similar applications, Quire proposes large number of features that can answer even advanced needs of companies. But I have one problem with the text editor in this app that does not fully support right to left languages, and it is hard to edit a description or comment in this app. If this feature is added to the next versions, it can become the first choice of any one in any place of the world.

Loving it so far. One bug: Icon colors display for Projects in one Workspace, but not for those in another... 🤔[UPDATE] Thanks for troubleshooting! ☺ And a suggestion: Hope to see the same functionalities already in the app (buttons for formatting, etc.) in the browser version as well. More theme options/colors would be nice too, just to help feel motivated while working through tasks 😊

I wouldn't be able to manage my life without Quire. It's my project manager, my todo list and my persistent mind. Helps me to do a ton of stuff without being overwhelmed. It's a wonderful fully featured free app. I can't think of any feature that Quire misses (and even if it does I could use it's API). It is just excelent in all ways. Thanks devs!

Quire is a really great task management application (both web & mobile). We use it in all sections of our company for all teams. We had used other tools before and most were either lacking key features or were too complicated since we are a small team of 20 whom not all are technical people. The simplicty of quire while having great features really outshines similiar apps. Also I love being able to customize look of task titles and descriptions with css! :) I wish it was possible in mobile too.

Best free task manager ever :D i've tried almost every other apps out there, couldn't find an app that could fit both work purpose (asana, trello ...) and personal to-do list (todoist, any.do, tick tick ...). I don't understand why this app is free, although I would happy to make a subscription :) P/s: Log time for tasks and calendar view could be fantastic feature :)

so far really liking the free version of this app. I struggle a little bit sometimes trying to move between the home page and specific project task lists, but I think it's just lack of familiarity. I'm using it to manage my own personal projects and to do lists, but from what I've seen it could also be useful in a professional setting. really like the list widget, it is easy to refresh and tick of items without having to actually open the app.

This app is fantastic! It is so easy to organize with sublists, and Quire has the best keyboard shortcuts of any productivity app I've used. BUT please fix the Android widget so that when items are reordered in My Tasks in the app or in Windows, the items should show up in the same order in the widget. Right now, there doesn't seem to be any way to reorder how the items are shown in the widget. Thanks!

It would be really useful if we could asign tasks to multiple projects. For example, I want sticky notes to be both in "office supplies" and in "projectX" since we need them in general, but will also need a lot of them specifically for projectX. So I don't want to just copy the task, I want it to be shared between those projects. There are other examples where you'd want to update task status as you progress along, so it would be tedious to do it separately for every project it appears in.

I have been using quire from years Before the android app was released. The beauty of this tool is, it's fit for simple checklist to complex project, from personal to agile team... almost everything! It appears to be very simple cascading list, but when you'll need a feature, you'll find it's right there - tags, permissions, comments, attachments, sharing, assignment, ... The only thing I miss here is - API and Time logging. However, thanks for the awesome app, it's as good as the idea itself!

thanks for the very quick fix and response. i confirm it works again. and the advanced mode configuration i requested earlier has been introduced gracefully. awesome is yr work! ~~~ it is no longer startable on samsung s8 after today's update. reinstallation doesn't help. reboot of handy doesn't help either. the splash window keeps flashing forever.

I won't use this app, but will still give it 5 stars because it's so well done. I've spent hours upon hours trying out productivity app, and when I tried Quire all I thought was "Finally!!!" 🙏 Finally an actual competent developer. Someone who has good source code AND understands organizing projects/tasks AND understands the end-user's needs. Why won't I use it then? Simple reason: I want a dedicated Windows-app. (Also too expensive for one person.)

Still getting the hang of everything but absolutely in love with the tree structuring of todos. The implementation of that alone is worth 5 stars, let alone the addition of Kanban, calendar scheduling, time tracking and more. Quire + Sectograph (a visual calendar/clock app) might be my dream ADHD conquering combo. Will try to update in a few months of use.

Really wonderful app folks! Thank you so, so much for bringing to the market a product that is really needed and has truly been lacking. I have the utmost respect for a how difficult it is to pack so much functionality into a usable interface and you folks are doing one heck of a job at balancing that tightrope. Thank you sincerely for the continuous solid updates and iterations! You have brought to the market a solid offering both in desktop and app experience.Thank you so much!!

Great app with companion webapp Subtasks to almost infinite levels for free. Markdown support in the description and title of tasks. A one touch to stop all notifications for all events. This is a very well thought out design with a UI that is making improvements daily. Support is responsive in getting back to me through the My Feedback section. Can't ask for better. I'll give it 5 stars when this is actually finished.

Very good app and concept. I also have the issue where sometimes it will log me out when I close the app. It happened like 10 times yesterday but today it is working fine. Anyway, all empirical but it only seemed to happen with my non-Google login account, which weirdly displays as 'not signed up yet' when viewed from other users' profiles. Also, please add support for multiple accounts! Anyway great service though.

Great product. It's so good, I'm considering moving 10 years of Todos from the app I've been using for 10 years, so that I can use this app. The only two things this app doesn't do...and it is a big deal that these two functions are missing...They don't have a chrome extension that allows me to create Todos via a chrome extension while I am online anywhere. They also do not have a gmail add on, so that I can create Todos out of my gmail's...I'm trusting they will add these two functions ASAP?
