Would be 5 star if we could cancel scheduled payments like all other lenders allow. I am at least 4 months ahead on my loan because I scheduled months worth of payments well in advance. There have been 1 or 2 times however that I needed to cancel or change one of these payments (I schedule about a 3/4 of a full payment bi-weekly in conjunction with my pay days) but to do so you have to call customer service to make any changes at all to these payments.

I just got my first car that i had to finance, i normally dont buy anything that i can't pay off in full. RAC Auto really helped with simplifying the payment process, and with two step security fingerprint and question i know my account is safe. Plus i haven't had any problems with customer support at all, they are always willing to help and answer any questions. Ive been using their service since February so i can say they have treated me well as a semi-long time customer.

App is useful for making payments except when you pay out. It will only allow you to make a maximum of 2,000 dollars if the 10 day payment is more than that you either have to wait to make the payment prolonging the pay out and gathering interest or making multiple transactions. Also very over the top with the security steps to use the app.

The app isnt the best. Its only real use is when paying bills but it doesn't let you see your statements without opening my internet app and signing into the website. It also tells me that my next due date I owe zero dollars. So figuring I'd already paid that month I skipped it. Checked the app again after getting a letter in the mail for late payment and only then did it update to show me my real amount due on my due date. Its shown the wrong amount due for the past 5 months now.

Auto pay never works and it will tell me the payment has been made and then after a few days it will go back to saying i owe and i get no notifications what so ever about being late or having a payment due. Have had auto pay set up and it never works. Super frustrating when I'm building my credit and i have to worry about weather or not my payment is going to go through on time. And just not good customer service in general.

App shows that I owe $0. Website shows the real amount. What's the point of this app if it's going to be misleading?

App makes things very convenient. My only criticism would be lack of auto pay options. I would like to make payments every 2 weeks opposed to every month. The app also does not keep your bank/credit card info for payments, which I suppose is a good and bad thing.

I installed this app because your phone system gives zero options to speak with a human and y'all took my car payment out twice out of two separate accounts which I did not authorize the second that I get a chance after holiday is over I am refinancing with my bank! I chose a very high payment to pay my car off faster and absolutely can't afford two payments in one month! I am absolutely livid at Chase for allowing it also! WTAF I just read you have refinance fee better not be a penny over 2%

The amount due never updates correctly, it always tells me $0 balance until a few days before the bill is actually due. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!! It's caused me to be late on payment. It's convenient to have but it needs to be more accurate and reliable when you're dealing with someone's vehicle and bills.

I re-installed the app but it wants me to update my security questions and when I try to do so it gives an error about not putting special characters in the answers and there are none. Not even a space before or after. The app is broken. I have to go online to pay my bill. Haven't been able to use the app for maybe the last 2 or 3 months.

It makes it very difficult to pay my bill. There is so much security that makes you answer this question and that question. I have to put in my card number ever single time. I get paid every two weeks and would love to have auto pay but sadly the auto pay suks too. There is more security than my bank just so I can give them money. I find this ridiculously stupid. You would think they wanted my money. If I could pay any other way I would. I would also give them less stars if possible.

Well the fact they never review your account to evaluate your interest rate is sad. The fact I've inquired about 4 times with questions through the app and never a response or call back shows very poor customer service. The fact this is my last month of payment to end the loan but still shows over 2k due on loan amount. The one star is because they did defer two payments for me. Other than that, way to high interest rates for Regional acceptance.

Very convenient. I use to always go to the RAC website to make a payment which was easy to do but you had to navigate alittle to get to the payment screen, then sort through information you don't need since all your doing is paying your bill. However the RAC phone app simplifies it even more and gives you the overview of your account all on one page, select payment, enter your information and amount and your done. Less information to sort through.

This app is totally pointless for anything other than making payments. You can't self service your account at all. I have submitted an email for an address change for over six months and have gotten no response, however if you submit a complaint you seem to get a prompt response. What's the point of being able to self service your account when your app doesn't allow it?? TERRIBLE APP!!!!!!

Just when I thought the RAC Auto website was the easy to manage my payments...OMG!!! The RAC Auto app allow me to manage my payments with the touch of a button!! (Well not quite a button, maybe more of a widget on a touchscreen...) I definitely recommend using this app to any one who loves to use their freetime to do things rather than trying to navigate their auto payment sites

I like the app enough to use it when I need to. To be able to access the statements, you have to go on the site through a web browser on a personal computer. It won't allow you to open the starements up through the app due to there not being a program on a phone (I have a Samsung S21+) that's able to access it. I'd like to be able to. The other thing is not being able to save the payment information in the app. Other than that I enjoy using the app and it's features. Super simple and super easy.

App needs work it never updates before my bill is due and i end up getting a friendly reminder to pay my bill the day after i make the payment. Some times i do the math to make sure my payment has been deducted from the total i really don't trust this app. The bio feature doesn't work anymore. Can't scan my fingerprint to unlock it. All in all it needs an update and fixes.

Love how easy the app is while giving all the info you would need about your loan. Only complaint i have is the inability to save your payment information. i use the same payment information every time but sometimes i don't have my card with me or handy. It would be easier to be able to have it saved. If that option ever gets added i will change my rating, cuz that's really the only thing it's missing.

OK so I am enrolled in paperless statements but my statements don't get sent to my email. All I get is emailed payment confirmations, but no actual statements which I like to have for records. In addition to that they don't get consistently uploaded into the app. Plus my "Amount Due," is forever changing and not accurate to what I was told I was gonna pay, and then when I call support they tell me my payment amount is different. So I'm not sure what's going on in with this app.
