Location name is confusing until booking is complete, which delayed me using the app. After I took a chance on it though the map location & wording matched. Look at the map. It told me bus station instead of taxi rank. Maybe that's a security feature. The price is good & does include insurance. QR codes are used. I've only used it once so far but it saved my back for that day. Check opening hours with location first. Shops won't be 24/7 for example while taxi ranks stay open.

Horrible. Booked us into a place in South Beach that is permanently closed. Have not promptly refunded for their mistake. Asking me for a picture of THEIR closed listing, when they could just call the owner like I did! Building is to be torn down!!

It's a scam. I booked a place to literally leave one suitcase for less than two hours, and it led me to an apparently abandoned store that was locked, nobody there. I even called the place, to the phone listed on Google maps, and no answer, even though they were supposedly open... Not recommended unless you want to lose your money (and time getting there). The app is not even letting me log in now, it really is outrageous.

Used it 2 years ago, everything was great. Used it again and the shop didn't exist so I got scammed but the support was fast and refunded me.

The check in and out were both quickly and efficiently handled. Our luggage was secure for hours. Thank you

Never use it on Sardinia. They made me running around for 1 hour because 3 places where I was supposed to leave my luggage don't exist and at least I asked for the refund and had to walk with my luggage.

Do not go there. Fiestvtheyvare extremely rude and second they don't even lock your luggage in a secure place. It is a poor broom room in the back of the shop with no key and obviously no insurance or anything. The men at the front are rude and give you attitude did jot want to help to take the luggage down when you arrive with a pram and small kids. HORRIBLE people

Nice enough UI/UX but abysmal service. Booked a place in Ginza, Tokyo only to arrive and learn that they no longer provide service. By the time customer support responded, I had already found an alternative storage service and traveled to an entirely different town. And there's no refund option available anywhere. Not quite a scam but it comes pretty close.

The app is okay, but some storage locations are in the wrong place. Equally some places are exceptionally funny with booking times, and will complain that the. ooking has passed if late by 5 minutes. It's not like I can select the time to the exact minute within the app.

First time I've used this type of service and it was so quick and easy. We had a lot of choices of locations around the area we were shopping prior to going to an event in London. We added another day as weren't sure what time we'd be able to pick up later and pleased we did, as train delays meant we picked up again at nearly 1am the next day! Not sure if all locations offer 24/7 availability, but worth checking before you book. Will definitely use again as it's so convenient and cheap. Thanks!

In concept this service is great. Hop off a train in a station that doesn't have its own storage and there is something nearby. In our experience, however, the locations were a bit sketchy and didn't feel completely secure. Plus the staff didn't seem informed on how the system worked or that we were coming. Both places.

The app is fine, but the no refund policy is dumb. If a location I book isn't open when I get there (but they are supposed to be), why should I have to further delay my plans to figure out other accommodations? And when I'm in a place where I have bad cellular service, it makes it that much more frustrating to use the app. Screw the account credit - just refund me. Tip: don't book at Ecoplanet Way in Madrid.

Easy and convenient! My wife and I had several hours before our flight after a cruise in San Diego, and we wanted to explore the city. Found this app after a quick Google Search. Signed up, paid $6/bag for the whole day (you can choose when to drop off/pick up), and was able to drop them off at a nearby location and go explore. I would highly recommend Bag BnB!

The service randomly stopped working. I was then charged multiple times, and had to talk to customer service twice to get the issue cleared up even though they said they'd fixed it the first time. My friend had a similar experience, and her tech support guy kept disappearing for several minutes without saying "Give me a minute, I'll be back," etc. All of this happened in the middle of Chicago, swamped w/luggage. I hate that I gave these people money. I won't be doing it again. Amtrak or Vertoe.

The app told me my storage area was 0.75 km from where I currently was, which was perfect. So I booked. Then what was a 5 min walk turned into a 20min walk once I confirmed payment and it gave me the address. Had I known how far it was, I would have done something different, but I didn't know if I could cancel without penalty or not. The first time using the app was great. The secind time, not so much.

It worked great. Should be able cancel for no charge if you don't end up needing the service. I reserved in advance and found another solution for free for my bags, but had already paid for this and couldn't find a way to cancel. Since nobody would be burdened by me canceling I feel like this should be an option. We did end up using the service since we already paid for it. Will use again, but can feature is really needed.

It's useful, but watch out and read the fine print. You CANNOT cancel a reservation. You pay, that money is gone, even if it was a mistake or your plans change. The default bags selected in the app is also 2 for whatever reason. My mistake was missing that on my order and paying double what I needed to. I realized my mistake seconds after paying. They at least offered a credit, but that's it.

For a start, the app itself has a lot of serious problems. It's frustrating how often it forces you to log in, cities are listed in an impossibly arbitrary order, dates are shown in that confusing US format, the maps lack important detail, and distances are expressed in 'miles' and other anachronisms. And then, even though I paid for my reservation in the app, at what was supposed to be one of the most popular storage places in London, they apparently had no way to look up my reservation, and wanted me to pay again. The whole system seems disorganised and broken. I give it an extra star because I did manage to store my bag in the end, but it was a terrible experience! I doubt I'll use this app again—stay away!
