his hotel was by far the highlight of our holiday in Rome. The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back to the hotel in my future endeavors

Shows you available rooms and how many are left but when you try to book it says no rooms left (despite there being 3). Useless

The app sucks. It will only let you look at there large resorts and not there other hotels like country inn and sweets.

The app does not permit you to book and pay for a room @ the Radisson Blu Manchester Airport. All is fine choosing a room however when you get down to the business of attempting to reserve and pay for the Room you get an Ooops Sorry something went wrong with that action message. Which renders the app useless in my view. I have deleted and re installed the app and still get the same error message. PLEASE COULD SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME ON THIS.!

Absolutely terrible app. Won't accept payment card but demands one even when no payment is required before check in. Worst hotel app I've used.

The app sucks. I looked for a hotel near Anoka, MN USA. 5 hotels came up, all in the island nation of Iceland! 3400 miles away!

It's one of the worst hotel booking apps I've ever encountered. It's filled with bugs, which makes it impossible to book rooms. I couldn't even choose which bed I preferred. When I selected my choice, it gave an error message and wouldn't proceed. It's a completely useless app! The issues were experienced on the latest version of the app at the time, and no updates were available.

Horrible app. It never logs me in. When I try to register it says I'm existing customer. When I try to reset password it never sends any password reset email. It just goes in a back hole. You could have just said that you can't provide online services instead of harassing customers with this torture.

The hotel and room quality of Radisson has degraded a lot in last few years. Despite raising several complaints about not getting the membership rewards points for my stay no one is bothered to address. Uninstalling the application so that I never book Radisson hotels again in the future. Also, I recently booked the Goa Baga beach hotel and I was shocked to see the fungus on the furniture in the room. Definitely they are taking customers for granted.

Update to developer: change app name to Radisson Hotels International or make a big note on top indicating this is not for US hotels. ----- 1st experience is horrible and I haven't even booked. I searched for a hotel in Wisconsin, other hotel sites show availability for these locations, but the app shows the closest hotel in Iceland 3200+ miles away.
