Great app. One little issue Can't seem to scroll up when the fare list appears to buy the ticket. This only happens if there are multiple fares on the fare list. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't.

Great App, really easy to use, with some fantastic savings on tickets. My only negative comment is in relation to finding your tickets once you've purchased - they're never in order unfortunately, so I end up having to download the PDF versions instead. Fix that and I'll change to a 5 🙂

Having failed to login, presumably because I had forgotten my password. I clicked for a password reset. The email arrived immediately (good) but, to reset my password, it required me to input my current password WHICH I HAVE FORGOTGEN WHICH IS PRECISELY WHY I AM TRYING TO RESET IT (not good). Therefore I cannot use the app at all now.

Rail Europe scammed me out of 140 Euros. Don't ever use them! I bought two train tickets (one for me and another for a friend) going from France to Germany and the return trip was cancelled because of a strike that was happening in France at the time. They called me over email to notify me and offered me a full refund, which I promptly accepted. It has been two months and I haven't received a penny back. Don't ever use Rail Europe for anything. Awful experience and atrocious customer service

Book directly through the rail operators instead. If you won't make your train connection, then you won't know by looking at the app. If you contact customer support with the 32 characters they give you, then expect a response 12 hours later from somebody who knows nothing about trains or your itinerary and closes your ticket without any follow-up questions. You MIGHT be lucky if they give you more advice than "contact your travel insurer". I cannot stress enough, avoid RailEurope at all costs.

This app was easy to purchase tickets so a thumbs up. I purchased multiple tickets for a journey. They all lined up neatly in a logical order. However most annoying thing ... I bought 2 tickets for each part of journey. Opening and scanning 1st ticket for the barrier/show ticket inspector was fine. However going back to open the 2nd ticket was cumbersome. Need all QR codes for same journey to open so can swipe quickly between them then would give 5*.

Great App!!! Our family recently travelled through Italy and purchased a whole range of rail journeys (seven in total) through Loco2 without any issues or hassles at all. The App made it super easy to keep track of all of our trips and tickets in one place, particularly when a trip involved multiple trains types with interchanges and different ticket types (electronic/printed etc). I’d recommend this to anyone travelling by rail through Europe.

Annoyingly keeps popping up ads and even still does it after I have uninstalled it!! Edit- Ok- fair enough it seems the adverts are continuing due to a separate program not related to Loco2- will find it and leave them a review accordingly instead. Loco2 seemed to do what it set out to do with providing info on train tickets reasonably well. Now that I know that Loco2 did NOT leave an annoying advert machine on my phone I am happier with them.

Website always has an "error" in the system when it come to refunds, Ive been trying for the past like 10 days, starting around 2 days after I even brought the ticket, and nothing has changed, so I downloaded the app, only to find it doesnt even work, just a blank screen with the loading symbol constantly, I wouldn't trust this company, nothing helpful on what to do if this happens and I'm unable to contact anyone about this, would recommend others finding a different company.

I purchased train tickets had the wrong dates tried to change but they said no had to cancel and lose almost $500.00. Re-booked tickets on correct day added refundable option to tickets. Could not go and they REFUSED AGAIN to refund my tickets. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!

Wish I would have looked at reviews a little closer. Borderline a scam. You won't be able to get the rides you need, and if you do you will be paying another premium (As high as 60-80 euros for some trips). Just buy the tickets direct from the countries website since you will have to go to those sites to reserve seats anyway. At least that way you didn't pay someone 500$ to tell you you're screwed, and you don't deal with this worthless middleman of a company.

Payment via app issue. I booked 3 tickets and paid from them via my international debit card. I have paid on other similar sites and it's not been an issue. I went through the process and it declined saying my bank did not allow the payment to go through. I went to check my balance and saw that thr money had been swiped. As my payment has gone through my bank its clearly an error on Loco2s end. I've dropped you guys a mail and hopping to resolve the matter. I've scteen grabs of everything.

I used this app previously and always bought cheap tickets, I've now noticed, that this option no longer exists. The prices are incredibly expensive! Seats have been sold on ouigo trains for much higher so I went direct to ouigo and got seats for much cheaper. Also, what's with this astronomical booking fee charge bumping up prices even more??? This app was fab but now it just reminds me of the UK when they privatised the railways, they became extortionate and a rip off.

I'm trying to log into my account and it won't recognise the password in the app but on the phone web browser it works just fine. I've checked the spelling, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, updated the password. Still won't let me log in and it's super frustrating! This one issue is stopping me using an otherwise good app.

You can't reserve a seat, so you buy a ticket and need to stand. Find the train on the app but buy directly.

Debit card rejected with vague error message. Contacted support. Took 3 people 6 days to tell me that making an account before a purchase would stop my card from being rejected due to "security reasons". During this time, ticket price doubled. I asked for, and did not receive, a discount to reflect this discrepancy, as the issue was not on my end, nor was the fix anywhere in their help documentation. RailEurope also was selling at double price of train company, then also charging a booking fee.

Upgraded to 3 as issue resolved after escalation. Expensive mistake using Loco2. Bought a ticket to Belgium from my home town trusting the times suggested. Insufficient time to transfer between Paddington and St Pancras. Contacted them immediately but they can't change the time. I have to pay another £28 for a single to London. They just blame the train operators for the timetable! They should redesign the app to show a range of times for customer to select from, not just one (unsuitable) time.

I downloaded app to book tickets in Europe. It seems to store accurate timetables. I was somewhat surprised at high prices it gave me. I am glad i have not used it to buy tickets because when i got to train station in Belgium it appeared that prices in the app are sometimes 3 times higher than they sell for at the station. So it looks like a pure scam to me. Travelers beware

When I tried to scan the Rail Europe ticket QR code at the gate, the reader did not recognize it. Instead, the machine took my credit card (Google Wallet). At the time, I didn't realize that as I only noticed the gate open. Well, when I got my credit card statement later, I noticed these charges with the "NLOV" prefix. It took me a while realize that the credit card was billed for the train ride and the originally purchased ticket was never used. Rail Europe refuse to refund. Beware!

This is trash. Buy through sncf and use their app. This verified my email in a second. It was the wrong email. I tried to change it but their email change verification is broken. I tried to delete the broken account to start over but it says "will delete in 30 DAYS". All this while I'm in the train station. Tried to then start a new account with the correct info but it says "email taken". You can't fix it, you can't trash it and you can't start over. Skip this thing.
