So many bugs and errors. So difficult just to get tickets. Specially went on their website to do verification and it's been 7 days and still no updates.

Please don't download it if you are a foreigner/tourist and doesn't have a Chinese ID. it is frustrating to even sign up and doesn't support on my android phone.

Registered at android apps but was unable to log in,key in password it showed incorrect password, trying to retrieve password, it prompted operation fail. It is very difficult to use the apps. I'm trying to reset the password at the webpages 12306.cn. It works and is able to see all my data. But when I log in again in android apps using the password i reset , it shows incorrect passwords again

Very, very difficult for foreigners to get their identity verified online, which is a must before you could buy tickets. The app and website keeps prompting the system is busy, try again later everytime you try to submit your photos. Tried multiple times, different platforms, in English, in Mandarin. Nothing works. Why can't they just make things easier for everybody? Too many barriers makes everything inefficient.
