Extremely slow and disappointing service. Bad impression even before I started trading on their platform. Not once have they delivered on the timelines provided by them. Just submit your application and keep waiting. As a first time user I would definitely would not recommend to anyone.

The app is easy to use. But everytime there is a sudden rise or fall in the currencies the stupid app crashes. Anytime you find the prices have reached new highs and you decide to sell to make a profit the dam. Thing crashes.

It's good start .. but needs a lot of work comparing it to Binance. Good job 👌 Update: performance wise, the application always hangs when there is a high price change. Probably the backend doesn't have the capability to handle a lot of purchase/sell orders.

I think the commission on this app is way to high and that stops the customer from buying and selling when rates go up or down even by a small percentage, other than that I believe the app is really good and easy to use, the customer service is very good the only other thing I would comment on is actually transferring into and out of the account.

It's a good app especially the sign up process! I have few comments i hope you consider it 1- First the fees are too high not encouraging me to make more transactions 2- no easy way to see profit/loss percentage or amount and i have to calculate it manually.. 3- currency showed can not be changed once set. I want to see how much it is in dollars not in saudi riyals.

The app is fine. Easy to use. Customer Service is good. Just a few things to point out.. the fees are too high. There are just 5 cryptocurrencies. And we do face system errors and inaccessibility regularly; their network and server infrastructure should be enhanced to maximize concurrent user requests.

App is very basic and doesn't have graphs or even records of the rates you buy and sell at. Making it impossible to know if your making money or loosing it. Looks like that may be the point too. Because they charge the highest exchange rate and on top of that a commission. Not at all practical.

I had a wonderful experience with rain i loved it when i started using this amazing platform. Specially the referral program is really awesome for beginners. But of course there are many things which needs improvement. I will suggest to please give access to referrers to check their number of invitees and their account verification status. And also reduce trade fees as it is little bit high.

Not good at all. I downloaded and for few days I was busy with their team to verify my documents. They need so much documents. At the end they wanted proof of adrees and sent them bank statements with add. They asked for utility bill and electricity bill which is under my dad's name. Finally I deleted the app. Waste of time And the best part is the team in the app always off. Not recommended at all. Opening account and verification in such a big exchange like Binance is much more easier.

It's a good app, but unfortunately, not reliable! I had it for over two years, but suddenly, they blocked my account without giving me any explanation. It's like clients have no rights. The companies give services & cut it as they wish without explanation.

Disappointing! Rain App does not live up to expectations. The user interface is too basic, lacks any kind of price information and trading book or graphs. There is also a very limited choice of coins, there isn't even USDT!! Functionality is a huge turn off, so much so I gave up and went over to Binance where the buy and sell, staking and over all trading features are far better. Sorry but I won't be using your platform again unless you spend some money and improve the overall experience.

The app is simple, however in it's current state it's too simple. What it needs is: Graphs I need the ability to see how the value has gone up / down. Currently, my method is to use Coinbase and jump back and forth. Easier payment This needs to be sped up quicker. Having VISA request an OTP just delays the process. I've seen the value of coins make big jumps within minutes! As most users in that situation, I have to include my PIN every time I view Rain so the overall experience is just clunky. Summary: If I buy x value, show me if that value has increased / decreased. Currently, you're just showing me what the value of my investment is. Notifications: Set an alarm if the value has dropped / increased then immediately sell/buy the coin!

Easy to use, although a bit lacking in features and types of cryptocurrencies you can buy, but I am very hopeful for its future development. Edited: after a month of use I can say that the price update is not reliable and not clear. They sell higher than stock price plus 4% fees and when you sell they buy it cheaper plus 1.5% fees. So their fees are very high, in the long term maybe profitable... also sometimes the app doesn't always work... a bit scary

I am in Uae i have my Emirates id. every account i verified whit my id binance also. but your Rain want id and passport also! wuy you need passport to verified maximum of workers in middle East Don't have passport in their hand it’s on company. so i can't verified rain account and can't use your exchange. i will try another one with Emirates id.

first i want to thank everyone for this amazing and simple app to use i had a bad experience by bianance they requested i visa card which to withdraw my money , but with rain all cards accepted ! plus a wonderful and dedicated support team with super fast response last thing keep it up the good work guys.

Money has not been deposited even after 48 hours and the support team is not even replying the reason of the issue.. Cannot believe I'm having such a bad experience with such a top tier app

To buy through KSA visa card 1 usdt = 3.94 SAR (not 3.756) + if bank % Option to send USDT to other wallet is not working You can only send BTC To buy BTC by your usdt through Rain If 1 BTC = 67450 USDT They will sell it to you as 1 BTC = 71035 USDT So you lose more Then to send BTC to other wallet of course you will pay high fees to loose more & more On other hand no direct KSA bank account deposit withdrawal SAR , you need first to sell crypto (convert to SAR) with more slippage price

After the recent update, the app keeps logging me out on my Samsung device. Even with a biometric login setup, it keeps logging me out. I have to enter the email and password than receive a code, and enter that to access my portfolio . Kindly look into this issue as it's annoying .
