It has been 3 weeks since I've been able to use this app on my Samsung Galaxy A01. It used to work just fine but no longer is compatible. Needs an update. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but it just shuts down as soon as I try to open the app. Also I've sent feedback and emails to Rain developers but no response other than an auto reply.

And, it works again. Had issues at the start, they got resolved. Had issues a couple of weeks later. Resolved. Just seems it has some bugs to work out over time, but it does work as advertised, and hopefully we'll see an updated version with less issues in the future. I still endorse this though. It can be frustrating, but what isn't these days. It's a great service if your company does support it.

It doesn't show my earn income on a consistent basis, I have to check sporadically and then withdraw it real quick because it doesn't always show it. I work till 2 a.m. last night and the last 4 days straight and not one of those days that has been paid on rain. The peas are kind of hefty at 3.99 each. But it does work sometimes and that's always good.

Waited 20 minutes on hold for an agent before message said there are no available agents despite me calling during their business hours. Wrote an email to them and have yet to get a response, doesn't help that they're flagged as spam either so I have to constantly search all folders for a response. I've been working at a place that uses Rain for about 3 weeks now and at no point did the app work Finally, I've reached out in the apps chat feature twice to verify account only for it to break.

I would get notifications on my phone from the app saying I had so much in my account, but when I would log in my balance is zero. For the past couple days there should have been something in my account, but there hasn't been anything. Everytime I have talked to customer service about the issue, they give me the runaround. The instant payout option is too expensive. It's $4 per transaction. It seems more and more like a waste of time and money.

I haven't been able to get pass the log in screen. The page loads then goes to an all white page. I've tried to have my password sent to me in case I was using a wrong password and I was sent a message starting that my address can't be verified. I've needed an advance on my paycheck once to get some medication and this app was no help at all

Waste of time and space. Your hours take time to be approved, so you have to enter them well in advance of the cutoff, then your cutoff to withdraw can be a week before payday (depending on your employer), and THEN, when you go to link your bank account, chances are high that your bank won't be on the list so you don't have to pay the $3.99 instant transfer fee. Absolutely not worth the hassle and nonstop notifications.

Terrible app. Somehow my identity verification failed even after sending them a picture of my State ID. I try to contact customer support (good luck with that, took 3 days before they got back to me) and apparently there is nothing that can be done to fix this. In other words I will never be able to use Rain because of a mistake this app made. I ask them if I could delete my account, and I'm told that it can't be done. I can't use their services, but they can keep all my info. Deserves 0 stars.

Update: I think I identified the issue. You have to be on phone data and not wifi, which is not a troubleshooting step listed on their app. Makes no sense. So buggy and works about 20% of the time. I've reviewed this before back when it was working about 1% of the time due to email verification issues. The issue now is even attempting to log in about 80% of the time I get an error that says "Something went wrong, please try again later." Are all these reviewers not getting this error?

Tried getting funds on this app during the weekend, and kept running into all kinds of trouble. Sometimes it wouldn't even let me log in, then every step just was so difficult it wouldn't send my verification code to me, and it wouldn't go past the address. It was just stuck on that screen everytime I pressed next it didn't do anything or said error. Very disappointed.

The app is really easy to use, super convenient. Since I've installed the app and started using it, it has already saved me from an overdraft fee and came in handy when I was away from home and was out of gas but bank account was low. This app literally saved me from getting stranded on the side of the road. With the small fee my money was almost instantly in my account. Its also really convenient that you can pull multiple times so if I need gas or something major like unexpected bill or repair

Unable to connect to any of the three banks I use, including two that I regularly receive direct deposits with. Received an extraordinary run around from support, claiming the banks would be listed on the app when they were available in the program, but I had already attempted to connect to them from the app, and failed. Now I'm changing passwords on three bank accounts to be on the safe side, and demanding they expunge my personal data that was provided at the point of account creation.

It would be nice to be able to open the app when at home using WiFi, but nope. I have to use my data to do so which is ridiculous to say the least. Why this app refuses to work when I'm connected to wifi is beyond me but when I use my phone's data it will work just fine. May want to fix that unless you like bad reviews and unsatisfied users.

For the last few days the app or the server are buggy or malfunctioning. Restarting phone, reinstalling app, or clearing cache does nothing. When you call for help you wait for 10 minutes before the system asks for a voice message and hangs up. Despite promises they do not call you back. They clearly push app chat for assistance, but when the app itself is a problem it is laughable. Lack of desktop option and problematic telephone support makes me wonder if they have constant system issues.

This app is terrible and a waist of time . I have been trying to get someone from rain to help me and it seems like they don't know what they are doing either. I have been trying to transfer my funds for 2 months and it won't connect to none of my two banks. I wish my job would have kept onshift because I never had a problem with onshift. But keep having problems with rain. Terrible app. Just terrible!!!

I would not recommend this app to my worst enemy. If you don't take your money out before the end of your pay period that the app shows they put it on the next pay. However, in my experience it has not shown up and 2 different people have not been able to tell me what's going on. Further, trying to delete the account is a hassle. Do not use. Only 2 stars because the instant cash out is useful and instant, but charges your 3.99.

it's beneficial for emergencies. I absolutely appreciate this app and those that are similar to it. When you need a hand but not a hand out. when an app allows you to remain independent by allowing access to your money. which keeps you from borrowing money. I LOVE IT!!!
