it's good when it works/ordering, however when putting things on favorite, it doesn't save your drink. also, if your location isn't on, your order doesn't go to the store, thus your order is never in their system. I've had to reorder my food just to get my order and sometimes it's better to just order inside when this happens instead of waiting to find out. but if you like canes and don't like inconvenience, this does the trick.... 90% of the time lol

I've written a review before and now I can change it for a better one with the new changes to the app since it's release. The only thing I would like to see and recommend is the addition of applying a military discount if possible. I first learned while being stationed in Texas that canes offered military discounts! But the only way to get them is in person. I've had others pick up lunch when I'm busy so it would be more convenient if I could add the discount through the app.

I love the convenience of ordering online. I was able to get my food in 5 minutes. What I didn't like is that it is my birthday month and my Caniac Card said I had a free drink and a BOGO coupon. The app asked if I wanted to add a reward during checkout but kept glitching. I reinstalled the app and still didn't work. When I shared this concern with the staff at the restaurant, they brushed me off saying I was an app issue. So basically I lost out on my rewards and the staff wouldn't honor it.

This is in response to the developer. Despite trying to order from the app on a number of occasions, the app continuously declines my card due to an incorrect zip code. My zip code is not in your system. My California address automatically pulls up a different state. Everytime I correct the state and zip code, my card is declined. This is definitely not a user error issue. All of my personal information is correct, as well as the ccv. I do not have this issue when ordering from other apps.

It has a feature that detects when you get near the restaurant so they can make your food once you get closer so it's fresher which in theory is a cool concept. That said, I haven't noticed a difference between the times I do use the "Cains Radar" and when I don't. What I have noticed is when this Cane's app activates its radar randomly at 11 pm when I'm about to go to bed.

The food at Cane's is always amazing but I did not have the best mobile app experience. The app icon when downloaded still has the Android logo. When I placed the order, the app said the food would be ready in less than 5 minutes. I ended up waiting close to 30 mintues to get my food. The pick up time is not in sync with the traffic of its location. This resulted in a very bad experience overall. I've never had this experience with Cane's.

This app is terrible. It never sends the order to the restaurant, which makes it worthless when I have to wait. It's one of the petty first-world problems that make me not want to eat at Cane's at all. ETA 12/9/22: Still a very user-unfriendly app. Having to manually enter all the values (even the ones that are supposed to be scanned in) multiple times is annoying, and the password reset is broken.

Absolutely useless. Log-in screen on the app says my password is wrong. I tapped for a password reset email, never received it. I finally gave up and reset it on the website. I go to log in again on the app with my new password, and I still get a password error. No big loss I guess. It's not like I can mobile order in my area, and they're not giving me points or anything for how many times I go in. Thanks for nothing.

The app is simple. There aren't many choices, but the options are great for those who can't make decisions (like me). They offer curbside pickup and walk-in pickup (drive thru is not available for pickup). The staff is friendly and the food is great. The chicken itself doesn't have flavor, it's the breading, but that's expected from many chicken places. It is juicy and consistent. High peak hours are not recommended if you want something from here (business hours are best).

One of the most frustrating apps I've ever used. It doesn't allow you to use any autofill info from Android, etc such as password, credit card info, blah blah blah. So incredibly frustrating. The implementation of all the inputs fields are very amateurally done. For example, in the password reset field there was no option to view the text that was entered. It is strictly astric signs. Please consider firing this developer and hiring a reputable firm

This app used to be great. Order, pay, and it knew when you got there. It has gone completely down the tube. The last few times it said that my password was wrong. I tried different variations and still no good. I reset 4 times and it kept telling me the new password didn't save and to not reuse a previous password, even when making up complete nonsense that I've never used before. It let me in, but then said that the version wasn't supported and I had to upgrade. 4 issues later and closed

App buggy. This is the third time I have attempted to use the app, and gave up. Besides the app issues, the large finger combo went from $16 to $20 *IN BROOKLYN!* A family dinner for 4 at Dallas BBQ is cheaper. The one time (out of three) I was able to order, I waited 25 minutes after I got there (35 minutes from order time.) You only have chicken fingers - there is no reason for difficulty ordering or the time delay. Good luck in bankruptcy.

I love the food but the app is literally unfunctional. I get to the part where it wants me to check out and it never goes anywhere. I hit "place order" after entering my card info and it just buffers for about 10 seconds before doing nothing. I've hit the place order button about 10 times. I've forced stopped the app and reopened it and it still happens. You simply can't use the app.

Checking out I get "The sum of your selected payment methods must equal the total order" I am just trying to pay for the order with 1 card. Somehow they also added my card 3x. During checkout I selected somebody else is picking up the order. Now it wants me to geotrack it. Seriously? Not even an option to get it changed? Comparing app to other places I order, this one is painfull to use.

Overall, this app is very easy to use. The interface is clean and simple, giving quick access to those delicious chicken fingers. I only have two real complaints. One: Delivery can't be ordered through the app, only pickup, so I have to use a third party delivery app like GrubHub. Two: I can't order through the app and use my Caniac club rewards. They can only be used when ordering in store.

Can't log in the majority of the time, and you can not request more than one substitution in your meal. Also, you can not request anything involving the chicken. You can type a message at the bottom of the order, but you get an extremely limited number of characters to use. Meaning that you can only type just a few letters before they begin overwriting themselves. For the login issue, I got a white screen after entering the texted code. I got past after entering my user and password 3 times.

I'd like to be able to customize my chicken for it to be cooked extra crispy when ordering on the app. It's not always cooked long enough because the skin just falls off. I'm guessing they aren't cooking it enough for it to bind or the batter isn't sticking when they put it in the fryer. Anyways I'd like to customize extra crispy.

This app sucks! I get errors everytime I try using it to place an order. They either say "location is closed" even though it's open, the app won't let me select a pickup method or I get an error that "something went wrong" during checkout. Since the errors prevent me from submitting my orders, I've never successfully completed or placed one single order on this app. Worst app EVER!

This is the worst app! I have spent so much time on the phone to only get nowhere. I am at the point I will never eat canes again. This is the worst experience I've ever had. And it keeps happening over and over again. You try to log in and it won't let you log in. Then you try to reset the password. And it won't let you reset the password. It's the most ridiculous app. I have no problems with any other app, but this app. And When you talk to customer service That can't do anything to fix it!

App never works!!! I love Cane's, but the app constantly freezes. I will clear the cache, but when I log in again all I get is a blank screen. The app constantly logs me out, but every time I try to log in it doesn't work. It's so frustrating. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times, but the results are always the same. Please fix that app!
