Looks clean but not impressed. Has a lot of features that lack functionality. This will replace a paper form but it seems to me it is missing work flows. Maybe was intended for smaller businesses? Has the potential to be a great business solution.

Can't believe how much more information I can document fast, easier and how awesome it looks on the final report. User friendly and from smart phone to computer I can spend more time in the field and completely fulfilling my documentation duties. Don't think I could go back to my 1990's way of doing things after using Raken.

Giving it 4 stars due to some lag in the interface and a few errors. But this is (for now) minor glitches that doesn't overshadow the benefits of using this software. I hope it doesn't crash. (Been using it for one work cycle, 7 days)

Would be perfect if there was a tab for the projects completed so jts easier to get to the older completed projects instead of going back to the date. Other than an awesome app perfect for what I do. Update: I found out its a subscription based program. I would rather have paid 15 dollars for a license input it and have ot forever or something. Sorry to say I won't be using it after the trial.

Excellant app. I find the ability to now perform an electronic report, edit, add photos, and note any incidents or delays at any and/or multiple times during the day, while in any location, the most efficient method of performing daily reports I've done in over 20 years.

Great concept. Not good if you have multiple devices with limited or lagging internet service. Back to add more to my review.... Still having same syncing issues. It doesn't really appear to be a connectivity issue, since the synching still doesn't happen after 8 to 10 hours through the night when wifi load is light. 👎👎

Use it EVERY work day to do my Daily jobsite reports, ( I have as few as 1 and as many as 6 ) jobsites going on at one time, this app enables me to type daily work details, and photos AND videos of jobsite progress and applications which is very helpful to those not in the trades to get an understanding of how we go about our business! I only wish Raken enabled the app to do my reports without the need for wifi, I could do it on my tablet instead of my phone which uses alot of storage for photo

They don't let you know the app is only free for a Month then want 60 plus bucks a month to look at time cards. All the pictures and your phone number, emails and photos you add to app lock and you can't delete they say they will do it, yet they also call you set up appointments to explain the app but don't call at time of appointment. Now they have business info and pictures that I have no idea if they actually delete. So shady and scam like. They tell you none of this before you give info.

Nice app. Simplified and user friendly. Not as in depth as ProCore but probably better and easier for use in the field, especially for those who aren't very tech savvy. I'm using a paid version on my company's account so all attachments and photos are added to logs without any problem. I have no complaints. I don't see features for accessing, plans, submittals, budgets and contracts but that's more Project Manager's responsibility. It serves me well as Project Superintendent and I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Overall not a bad experience.. fairly speedy and intuitive interface. My biggest complaint is when filling out info in the survey section it will sometimes refresh and delete everything not yet saved. It seems to happen when pictures are being uploaded. This has cost me a lot of time over the years.

Not working properly. After the last update I can no longer upload progress photos to my timesheets. Please fix.

Works OK. I'm still a fan of procure. Raken is getting better. It does do the basics. But as far as everything else it still lacks in my opinion.

It works good for daily records. It seems to be pretty buggy at times while inputting information. I'm really sad that our company stopped using Procore though.

this is the worst time sheet app I've ever used. constantly has issues wipes time cards photos and notes randomly, or if you're lucky duplicates everything. sometimes it even has a load screen that never stops so you can't fill it out. I've deleted and installed this app more times than I can count to try and get it to work. hopefully my company gets rid of this. good luck if you're forced to use this

It has been a great addition to our company and saved lots of confusion. It is so beneficial for tracking since we live in such a fast paced world to help go back and see what happened on particular days. It is very easy for foremans to enter all needed info and also the ability to send straight to the general Contractor our daily logs saves lots of time. App help organize time by eliminating having to keep track of paper and losing it.

The absolute best platform for daily reports. Fast, fast, fast. Intuitive. Extremely functional with very clean and attractive outputs. Developer: Would like to see the ability to format reports within the app. Page breaks and layout can be somewhat askew at times. Also the ability to assign tasks to groups/multiple users. And PLEASE, do not grow into some dark remnant of what you are now. The "Do one thing, and do it better than anyone else" approach has worked for many others.

Edit: after 7 years... every update negatively affects the functionality of something I USE to push something I don't want or care about. Now it's prettier, and they even fixed my inability to edit text (after a month)! ...aaaand I can't choose what shows on my daily report. $65 a month! This matters Raken! Previous comment: Very good, good enough that my company has decided to begin making it a standard. Easier, cleaner, and faster than paper.

Alot of issues lately long slow loading, resets itself, every time I fill out in any individual thing I have to hit save and then go back and do the next one hit save go back to the next one hit save. it's definitely not made for android it seems. I phone apparently doesn't have as many problems. Just very frustrating in the field. If my company didn't require this app I would definitely not be interested in it.

I have been utilizing this app for construction purposes for six years, and it has generally been reliable. However, following an update last summer, the app's performance on my Pixel Pro 7 has been inconsistent. Unlike other apps on my phone, this app now experiences frequent issues. Inputting notes and pictures now require multiple attempts, and the app often reboots and shuts off unexpectedly. Despite reaching out to tech support multiple times and following their suggestions, the problems pe
