I had issues with gym reimbursement last year & was hoping the "check-in" feature would be an improvement, I was wrong. Neither of the gyms I use are listed, there is no search function (despite the FAQ stating there is) and I am still waiting for a response from the "Contact Us" submission. Was this app & website written by the same people who originally wrote healthcare.gov? They just cannot seem to figure out how to get it to work properly. Good luck, because I am not wasting anymore time.

This is a wonderful all you need. Everything is right here at your finger tips. I especially love the goals, they help me with just about everything from weight loss to quit smoking, (haven't quit yet) still working on it. I can track Doctor's appointments lab results. You have multiple choices goals to set. I have 20 so far. You have the option to join support groups with help you reach any and all your goals. Try It! What Do Have to Lose!

Latest Update is Awful It is difficult to find the features I used to use almost every day. It forces me to use the website for several items including donating coins to charities, updating my activity for employer rewards. It takes forever to load the website! Please go back to the old version! As another reviewer said the old version wasn't perfect, but it was much easier to use.

Uninstalling as if today. Not that it's the first time I've uninstalled, but it will be the last! Customer service is okay. Only had one helpful response, but it didn't fix the issue on app. Gym check in would not be accurate, including the time. Went to the gym 20 days, took all 20 to get my 12! They added one gym trip for me. There was even a 4 day span I did not go, still didn't let me check in. Step counter is extremely inaccurate. It would be thousands of steps off.

Will it work or will it not, that's the question. I rarely open this app. I LITERALLY only do it for the step count obtainer, so I can add more money to my health account. However, every other time I try to login, I'm unable to for DAYS. It's honestly annoying, especially when the app is up to date, and the notes from the most recent update claims bug fixes. I have yet to see proof of that. If it worked every time, instead of saying an error occurred, it would be nice. Software Engineer out.

It's all but completely mandated for my insurance which is annoying on its own, but that's not the app's fault. The app has faults because of its ridiculous push notifications and extreme security measures including texting a code every time I log in when realistically there is not much info on the app. Still nothing for me to do other than check in daily.

So far so good no issues, I've had a chance to talk with other people who use the rally app and I like the rewards program that it provides for using and participating in the activities. I have recently used the steps as a reward however it does not track my steps properly so I dont know how I will succeed this challenge, it's a little frustrating to say the least.

It couod be a great app ,but apparently they have people that don't know how to keep an app up to date or running correctly. Sometimes it counts your steps, other times NOT! Then for no readon it loses your information and you have to resync your phone, well try anyway. For 20 mins i have tried to resync my phone (SHealth) back to rally and all it does it repeats the same steps. If you dont know what to do to keep an app running smoothly, step aside and find someone who does!!!

I've never seen an app that gets WORSE after every update. What are you guys doing...its completely idiotic. The version from two years ago is 100x better than this. That was user friendly, easy to use, and enjoyable. Right now it's impossible to find things. The challenges with the circle wheels is difficult to follow. Like leave it alone already. Idiots

Great way to track what you wish to achieve for your health in addition to getting paid to participate. Downgraded my review from 5 stars to 3 because I cannot watch a video on the Rally app on my Android phone. Whenever I try to play the video I get an error message. I have tried multiple times to get the video to play and I have had no success. I also don't like the new format for the app. It is more difficult to navigate now.

great service, very fluid - all functions from setting goals to coin amenities & spending options are appreciated. i noticed several people complaining about it not working or they had difficulty using their account; be sure your security settings are set to YOUR preferences! otherwise the app will use factory settings that limit your ease of use and maneuverability :/ other than that, i'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend 👍🏼 perfect for tracking performance and motivation!

The app doesn't help you keep track of anything except your steps. You can set goals, but it doesn't monitor the goals. For me, app says i need improvement in amount of exercise & recommends 75 minutes a week of vigorous exercise. In my survey I put 15 hours a week of vigorous exercise. ???? Also, went to FAQ and got a blank screen with FAQ printed at the top of the page.

Beautiful, well designed app, but not actually useful -- no value to me. Better apps and ways to motivate myself or track progress and habits, and rewards in the app are very poor: mostly seem to be selling unnecessary, impulse-buy type items at a "discount" that's basically the price anyone would get after shopping around, i.e., slightly cheaper than highest retail markup, lol no thanks.

Don't waste your time. This is a huge scam. Takes forever to get a response from them. They changed the gym reimbursement and the check in portion of the app never works. When you call, the standard response is " you are not eligible for the gym reimbursement even though prior to the change, I was getting reimbursed for 2 years. So i decided to try 1 more time. Everything was great in feb however now in March i no longer gave the ability to check in at gym. Totally done with this

My wife and i have tracked our health screening information in Rally for a couple of years. Overall it's been a good app but the app does not seem to have a way to see trending of the Health Profile which is key to understanding if our general health trackers like cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose, BMI and weight are getting better, worse or staying the same over time. We've input and updated this information many times and we'd like to have a visual/graph of iterative results.

Update 2022. App is one of the write I've used Ina long time. Very glitchy, has shut down multiple times starting error. Not with trying to live better as it's frustrating and not worth the time. Uninstalling again. I wish companies would stop using this or have the devs fix the issues. 2019.Glitchy, about half the time it won't register I've done something so I'm on the phone with support. It feels more like a chore.

The app, for the most part, is fine. I think using points is pretty dull. There's not a lot of things to do with the points. Auctions and discounts on a few products. The rewards program used to be much more fun. They reward you now mainly for visiting doctors. You can only earn so much by exercising. Overall, it's boring, and I likely won't even bother using it anymore.

Update: This app is really stinking up the place. I'm given coins that I can't use for anything. Now, the app I used to count my steps is no longer acceptable. The other apps aren't counting my steps, and I don't get credit for all my miles. This sucks epically. I tried to provide this feedback in the app, but it errored-out repeatedly. *** Like this app for living my activities for the health and wellness program through work. So easy!

After last update doesn't import number of steps reliably. It is never less than 24 hours out of date, usually much more. If you try to force it to update it won't. But it imports your miles just fine. So if doing a mission that requires a certain number of steps on multiple days you might not get credit for completing it, just because it won't import the steps (again it does mileage so Rally is talking to the tracker). Even tried a different tracker, same thing happens. Need to fix this.

this stupid app never syncs my Fitbit info. I've tried everything from refreshing the screen a bunch of times, clearing the app cache, restarting all the devices, uninstalling and reinstalling the rally app, removing and re-adding the Fitbit on the app but nothing works. it's stuck on a step count and won't budge. this app sucks
