Limited functionality and expensive (as noted by other reviews). There is no vehicle status functionality. For example, if you want to verify the vehicle is locked you end up just locking it (and beeping the horn and annoying the neighbors) again. $20 a month for nothing more than remote start and GPS mapping just isn't worth it. Too bad, because the truck is great and they have a great opportunity here.

Tried to open the Ram app just now and it told me to update. Uninstalled, reinstalled from Play Store, same thing. Uninstalled, rebooted Samsung phone, reinstalled Ram app. Same thing. First issue I've had with this app and really enjoy using it, but after looking at other reviews, I am seeing a lot of issues. Help please!!! Have owned the truck since 12/23/23. Version 1.87.4

It is slow to do whatever you command up to 5 minutes to unlock and 3 minutes to sound horn. You don't really have a choice when this system is the only choice you have and your waiting on a new key fob because all the little metal things fell off inside the old one. so I'm stuck with a slow to respond app.

Update: Okay, now the app is showing some vehicle parameters but is sending me messages on erroneous engine malfunction. No ck engine light is on, as the message states. No codes are stored Original: This app underperformed compared to the UConnect app it replaced. There is no vehicle health like tire pressure, fuel level, etc. Plus, the location of the vehicle is horrible it only updates monthly, so if you park and need to locate it, it is useless. Bring back the UConnect app

App works ok. I constantly get a engine malfunction light warning. Yet the check engine never comes. I have scanned my truck and no engine problems. Your app is misleading people to take their truck in and waste their money and time on a supposed malfunction that doesn't exist. Fix the app to stop doing that. I have rebooted and reset the T-Mobile device and still get the check engine light malfunction. The light is not on. Your app is not working as intended.

Update to developers. It's working now. Logging in/out wasn't possible. However last night the app was back working just fine. Thank you for feedback. working. I got my new truck Saturday. App was working just fine until today. Keeps saying there is an app update but I can't find it. Un-installed and reinstalled the app with no luck. Play store doesn't show an update for the app.

Features (ex. tire pressure) from UConnect missing as others have stated. Vehicle location won't update and says the vehicle is at our house when in fact it's 50 miles away. What good is location if it doesn't work? The UConnect app wasn't perfect but so much better than this. Everytime when trying to navigate the app receive a pop up saying something has failed. None of the health report items will update either. Bring back the old app.

Brutal. App itself is generally ok. Virtual pin pad is waaaay too big and requires a pin for every individual command. The biggest killer is the consistent 45 to 60 secs for any command to be sent and received by the vehicle. My 5 yr older Chevy was damn near instant. Not sure the app itself is to blame but it sure is the source of my frustration. Still over 40 secs to do anything. I think it's 2024... The technology exists to make this better.

Sometimes, the vehicle will not start, or it will not update the vehicle location. Also, it is pricey, unlike Ford, which has ot for free. UPDATE: NOW the app will not work without the update, but when you try and update it, nothing happens. Tried uninstalling and reinstall installing, and still nothing. Really about to cancel this itbis worthless.

It's almost useless unless you buy uconnect. I can't use it as a key for my truck or access my remote start without paying an extra $15 a month. It's a bit outrageous. I get charging for some features but these are basic and come on the key fob. I do like the maintenance records. The wireless pairing guides keep coming up that this content is not available for this vehicle. I have a Uconnect 8.4 system on a 2016 RAM 1500.I did get my phone connected for Bluetooth without it just weird.

App used to work perfectly. Now it doesn't work at all. Just spins. Please change it back or fix it. I pay for the unconnect service, but now there no reason to keep it since it doesn't work. Update 12/10/23 Still not working. Nothing working. Canceled subscription. Update 4/22/24 Updated radio software. Updated app. Now it sees my localtion, tire psi, and mileage, but none of the controls work. No door lock or unlock, to start. What's going on?

I previously encountered a problem but the developers were quick to fix it. The app has a lot of features, I just wish I was able to disable the need to enter my PIN anytime I used the features. I'm not really concerned about people getting on my phone and accessing my vehicle, my phone has a Password on it already. I don't need a second one every time I use the app.

I just received a notification there is a new health report for my RAM. I try to log in and a window pops up there is an update and to install it. I click ok and it takes me to where you open the app. No update. Vicious circle I'm stuck in. Can't update and can't open the app. I'd like to see my health report. The Dodge app is doing the same. Annoying! Just like the electrical issues I had with my Hornet. Technology is getting the better of you.

I can't believe I'm still paying for this garbage hoping stelantis will fix the problem! This app was good with hardly any problems, now it is horrible! It's been over a month of it not working and I've already tried all of the suggestions given to other users and they don't work. My friends have Ford and Chevy and they have never had a problem and to top it all off they get all of the features that I'm paying for, for Free. I'm cancelling and want a refund!

Worked a few times and then stopped. After update it worked a few more times, then stopped again. Uninstalled, then re-installed, but still didn't work anymore. Update: Tech support was able to get me up and running again well for a week or so. The very next Update to the app killed the performance once again. Still disappointed 😞 2nd update: finally looks like they have it right. Took 3 months after the deployment of the app. 3rd update: App is unusable again

App is poorly developed. Has trouble opening, logging in, and even functioning as described. There have been several times I attempted to remote start my truck and it said "started successfully" when it actually never did. Even now, I tried to log in and it tells me there is an update available and to install it in order to continue to use the features. You click update and it takes you to the play store where "uninstall" and "open" are the only options. So, I uninstall and reinstall. No luck.

When I open the app for the Power wagons, I'm redirected another app I have to download to open Ucon, and frequently unable to use the app for remote functions. I'm betrayed, the feature to send info by smart phone to the navigation system in the vehicle and then had to purchase a wifi device to get a limited amount of previous features. The ability to send addresses to the vehicle was a selling point to purchase this vehicle. Our family have been dodge/ Mopar since 60s. highly disappointed.
