App works Great! Update: At first the app was great, now it freezes ALOT. It also is Very slow to respond to input and when I have Dave's show playing on the radio in my truck and i get a call it will not stop playing. This is really driving me nuts. I want the old one back. Disappointed to say the least.

The show itself is 5 stars. The app 4 stars after it's early March 2023 update. It no longer frequently freezes/crashes (it doesn't at all anymore!) Has a great new view with show notes. My one suggestion for improvement is that the new sleep timer no longer allows you to see the time counting down once set (which the previous version did) and once set you can't tell for sure that it is set - which creates problems.

The content is out of this world great....but, the app is unstable and constantly crashes. It reboots and loses all of the filter data. I have to go in select all of the episodes that I have already listened to. At 3 episodes a day, that is 90 episodes a month that I have to clear. Also, all of my downloaded episodes disappear, and I have to download them again.

greay app. i can download and listen to episodes in order or skip around (haven't used the video...listen while I'm doing other things). the podcast player is still locking up (just plays and i can't stop it or ffwd/rew even if i close the app) but after the latest updates i seem to be able to regain use of the controls by closing the app and closing/slidong it off the pulldown screen, turning off wifi/bluetooth and then reopening the app (it continues playing the entire time Im doing this)

Love the app. Love that you can download on Wi-Fi and then listen to it when not on Wi-Fi - important for someone like me who does not pay for mobile data on my phone. However, at times the app will say cannot connect to server and the app crashes. Would love to see this fixed. Also would love expansion of the categories the calls cover. Maybe there can be a special designation for "comprehensive" calls where the caller and Mr. Ramsey or the Ramsey personality cover something in depth.

Buggy as anything. Won't keep spot when pausing and resuming a show. Sometimes just stops playing or resets episodes halfway through when on background play. Terrible video player UI. I like the video category tags but that's it. Totally unusable as is and I'm sticking to YouTube. Hate that I have to miss a good portion of the show

Love the app BUT Unfortunately, I think I broke the app. I was listening to Dave and Rachel when my husband started talking to me. So I stopped the app. When I went back to listen again I hit the back button a few times to listen to what I missed while my husband was talking. Now all I get is a " something went wrong" message. I closed the app. That didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. That didn't work.I restarted my phone. That didn't work. Help! Edit. It works again Thanks

Disappointed. I got this app specifically to listen to the Ken Coleman podcast on the road. I can't even use it because it constantly stops the podcast every 3 minutes. Since I'm in my car I can't change it back. (will change rating when this issue is fixed).

Hello! I'm only giving a 1 star in hopes that a techy will see this. My app is constantly pausing and refreshing. I haven't been able to successfully listen 5 minutes straight without this happening. Please share any suggestions on how to trouble shoot. I'll gladly change to 5 stars of this can be fixed. Thank you!

I used to be able to listen without signing in. With the update now it opens up the sign in or create account page every time. But when I click to sign in it just reloads the same page. Someone really messed up this last update bad. How are they even working IT when something like this happens Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still won't let me sign in. Done listening to the shows since you're making me sign in but I can't sign in, great product update folks.

I love the Ramsey content, but the app glitches. Right now I can't listen to the show online. The shows simply won't load. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, switching between different wi-fi networks and using mobile data. Nothing is allowing me to actually play a show. I can see the episodes, but when I click on the episode the content won't load.

I wish I had better news guys bc I absolutely love the show. However, the app is extremely glitchy and I never get to watch the entire show now that it has been partly here and partly on YouTube. I like to watch the show. Hope you guys can work it out but for now the app won't even let me sign in. Unfortunately, I'll have to uninstall it until it's fixed. 😑

The app was working, but it must have just been updated because now it's not again. Apparently we can't just listen to episodes. We have to watch them which causes the whole thing to glitch and exit while you're watching/ listening. Constant pausing, buffering, exiting, ugh!!

Recent development - to be able to hear the last 1/3 of the show, they're forcing us to use the Ramsey app. The issue with that is that it randomly stops constantly and consistently. I have 2 other apps that I listen to podcasts on and neither of them have this issue. So it's not a user error. There is some issue with the app.

I like the concept. However, it loads for forever and is slow. I had to go back to Spotify to see what date the episode I wanted to finish was but there were no dates so I had to date it by how many days ago the comments were made to find the rest of the episode I was listening to. The full episodes open up and you have to skip to the part you haven't heard. Also, when I finally did get it playing the app closed on its own randomly. I wish they would number the episodes or something.

Edit: Seriously though, if you are going to force people into your app if they want to finish the show, make sure it doesn't spontaneously close constantly. I haven't tried the app for a while because of this and literally like 5 minutes into the first show I tried, it closed. Unfortunately the app frequently crashes and closes regardless of what device I'm using, which gets annoying. It only goes back to 2018, and I'd love to listen to more episodes.

I get the business model, but don't force people that want to listen to your content off their podcast app to an app that doesn't provide near the features. I could listen in my car while connected with USB for Android Auto, but not now. I have to unplug and use Bluetooth only. Negates using Android Auto navigation on my car screen. Also, the show randomly stops playing. Developers, please study podcast apps such as PocketCast. Android Auto support is needed. A player widget is also very useful.

Constructive criticism here. The app needs mechanical upgrades if you're going to send millions of people here. The playback on the audio version of the podcast needs to be persistent. Meaning, when I unplug from the car, switch to earbuds, etc. the playback needs to stay at the top of the phone's queue like Spotify. Currently, when I switch devices, the playback is lost, I have to open the app and navigate back to the episode to resume. People listen on the go, so this is an important upgrade.

Keeps crashing, or will stop and buffer during the show. Ramsey ticket response was that they added "two additional resolutions, 480p and 720p, so that users with slower internet connections can still enjoy the show...". However, that isn't the problem, as my connection is fast and stable with everything else, not to mention the app is still crashing.

There's something buggy when the app is running in the background. I have excellent wifi, but the episode stops suddenly. Sometimes it's buffering. But other times, it acts as if the app was closed. I then have to go find the episode again to resume playing. Two things... (1) If there could be better "memory" of the episode in progress being shown on the home screen and (2) If you could listen to an episode while browsing other areas of the app ...would increase my rating of the app.
