LITERALLY the best place to shop. Fantastic coupons, the BEST Quality of meat...hands down!!! The produce and bakery is awesome, AND....they have real people who check you out. Sooo friendly. Simply the BEST!!!!!

Randall's has the best meat prices. and with digital deals, I always shop several times a week. and the entire staff is super helpful. some I see so often it's like they're friends! gattis school store is awesome!

The app works fine now. It didn't work for a while after a previous update in 2023. Fixed it! I uninstalled app. Reinstalled app. Works fine now.

The app works great, but they need to add a pin number to prevent unauthorized people from using my phone number and stealing my points at the gas station.

I like the app but why is there no extra security measure to prevent someone from using your number and stealing your points in store or at the pump. It happened to me!

App has stopped working after second to last update and says it cannot load new deals. I installed the most recent update and the issue persists. I have not been able to utilize the app for 2-3 months now, which means I've been losing out on all the rewards member only prices and deals. Also, this is the 4th rewards membership I've had to set up because there have been so many issues with the website. Please fix your rewards program app and website so I can continue to "clip" coupons/deals.

Since they've changed this format, the app is worse than ever. I updated less than a week ago and had to update again before I could even use it. There are constant updates. If you're not interested in delivery or pickup, it's much more difficult to use than it used to be. Albertsons really needs to invest in some focus groups to make this a lot more user-friendly to make it a welcoming app!

I keep trying to open the app and it just keeps showing a blank screen. Had trouble last week, uninstalled and reinstalled, worked ok until today. I shouldn't have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app every week just to clip coupons. If that's the case I'll just start shopping somewhere else, too much of a hassle.

This may be the worst app I have ever used. I have followed instructions to find my personalized deals to no avail. They show on my account on my computer, not on the mobile app, so they don't come up when I shop in the store. I have looked under every possible link on this app. WHERE ARE THEY? Also tried to message, all I get is we don't understand. Very frustrated!

I dont like that this app tracks me (I get notices telling me Safeway, that is, Randall's, is tracking me. Also I cannot find an item in the store using this app. I can only add it to my cart. That was my experience, anyway. I am looking for a way to stop tracking, else I will delete app altogether.

Filters don't work, e.g. Department, Price, or Brand. Anything you try to refine by doesn't apply after saving, it just gives you the exact same display of products. Can't add to list from weekly flyer. Adding new items directly to a list won't pick up what you're typing, so you'll have, for example, a manual entry for "Post Honey Bunches of Oats" instead of an actual product link etc. Just shocking how poor this app continues to be when every other grocery app (that I use) has these functions.

The update does not work well on my phone. Even the display is garbled. I wish I could revert to the old app. If not, uninstalling! Update: The app is now working fine, but I'm not a fan of the update. The old one was more streamlined and this one is more time-consuming. For instance, it sure seems silly to have to select my shopping method, enter my zip code, and then click on the next thing. Sorry, too much clicking. Added 2 stars, tho, since it does work. Do check your receipts to make sure you got your coupon credit. Every time.

It's awfully irksome to navigate, scrolling endlessly through two columns is not my idea of effective UX. It is a slow, clunky application if you intend to be quick, and the categorical organization is stunted by the sizing. Overall, it might be passable for someone that isn't interested in speed and ease like a grandmother, but the fact I am required to run through this whole process just to capitalize on deals previously made automatic by membership programs is... sad. The Barcode is decent.

The website is glitching and won't allow logins. I tried downloading the app and get an error message that seems to think I am a bot. I have had friends to try to sign in on their accounts. They all receive the same error. Things were working fine a few days ago. Today is the start of a new ad. This just cements my resolve to shop elsewhere Sadly

Don't waste your time with this battery wasting app, unless you like being a corporate marketing test rat. This app is primarily designed to track you and what you buy and rewards you with discounts only after you devote considerable time and effort to find them. To their credit, they have finally made it easier to "clip" the highly advertised "digital coupons" from the weekly ad, but in general it still is a rather time consuming effort to use this app for a relatively small amount of savings.

The main thing I don't like is that I'm scrolling forever through my list, because it repeats the list about 3 times, sometimes with different items showing in between. Also, if I scroll fast all the way to the beginning of the coupons, it automatically drops to the very end of the coupons. So, I have to manually slow the scrolling, so it will stop at the top. Extremely annoying. And, lastly, it just makes sense to be able to shop for pick-up or delievery, on the same app.
