This card is horrible! Every agent says the same line after having to hear the recorded man and his announcements over and over. If you know the prompts it should allow you to push through. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING! So after downloading it all..if you try to access your account twice in a row...you get locked out for 24 hours. So you have to call and do the whole stupid routine over! Does not have system set to Google pay...tried adding it. No luckthere is no transferring money to any other card.

Cannot log into this app at all, as soon as it opens it tries to get me to agree to the new terms, BUT!!! the page will NOT scroll to the bottom so I can click & finish the terms agreement. There seems to be NO WAY around this! This has made this app completely useless! I have deleted and reinstalled several, several times with no resolution. Downgraded this app from 5 stars to 1 star.

The app worked as intended on my pixel 6pro never had an issue with it. Get a pixel 7 and transfer my junk over to the new phone and the app will now open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have logged out and in on the website however only half of the page loads on the website. I can see how much I have available but cannot select a pay out amount or even see those options. Not sure what happened but this is very disappointing.

Tried to access my account using my email since my phone's web browser isn't compatible anymore. Couldn't log in, so I used the 'Forgot Password' link, and a reset email was sent to my email address. Tried to log in with the temporary password, still gave me an 'Invalid Username/Password' error and locked me out... Is not credential recovery friendly Update: The app crashes every time I try to log in. I can't even SEE my funds. FIX. THIS. FFS

Had the app for a long time with no issue. Then this week it required an update, but when selecting update it took me to play store but only the options to uninstall or open the app. It was caught in a loop. I Uninstalled it and reinstalled it. When prompted to sign in it only gives me the option to enter email address for login and not my username. I for sure used the correct email and password, but it absolutely won't let me login.

Every step of the way I was met with errors or missing information I needed to be able to sign in after they changed to the app only sign in. After finally getting access after almost a week of struggling I find out they have a cap of 12 characters for their passwords which is extremely alarming from a security perspective. Overall I'm incredibly concerned and dissapointed with the construction of this app.

This is the absolute worst paycard app out there, it's buggy and slow, completely unintuitive to set up and the set up process itself is filled with bugs and glitches to the point that you might not even get told if your account was actually set up anywhere, no email, no text, no call nothing you just have to hope it worked fine. If you're working for a company that pays you through this company, LEAVE. any job would be better.

So far I have tried several times to add my card to the app several times over several months. Still keeps saying something went wrong, and as far as 24/7 customer support.... Lies! I have tried twice today to get in contact with support and all I get is an automated loop that eventually hangs up on me no matter what I do. It says u can speak to a rep by pressing 0 but then says good bye and hangs up. My check was accidentally loaded on the card or I wouldn't be messing with it at all!

If your employer asks you, or you're deciding to open an account with them. Don't. First, this app doesn't have all the same options that other banks do, especially security measures like locking your card. When it comes to transfers or returns they make you wait 7-10 days for anything to go through. The app is also nothing like the website. They're website is just like the app they no longer use. Very inconvenient. The bank puts their needs above yours, always and they're policies reflect that.

The app itself is fine when it works and customer service is always polite and professional. However, when there IS an issue, nobody actually has any way of fixing anything. The app will randomly decide it doesn't like the biometric login and lock me out, and when I call to reset the password I'm told that it *should* be very simple but *for some reason* they can't unlock it for so many hours, or sometimes they just have no record of my account at all. The system is unmanageable on both ends.

The interface is super clean and snappy, far better than the old app. Can't enter my card into my account for some reason though, I've tried multiple times with my existing Rapid card. An error message keeps popping up, "500002, 501, Update recipient profile info failed from fsv" which I have no idea what it could mean. If this is fixed on time, I'll definitely change my rating to 5 stars!

It deserves 0 stars! For the past 3 days now, the app won't show me anything. It's stuck on like updating my account info before it will let me see how much I have available based on how much I've worked. I've literally tried everything. I'm so frustrated. And so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now when I try to open it, it crashes. It literally crashes every SINGLE time I open it. And if I try to open it 2 times in a row it tells me the app has a bug!!!!!! Please fix this!!!!

like most newer apps, the default seems to be a scroll through DOB selector. bring back the manual input. having a DOB in 1969 means I had to scroll through 55 years of months to get to my DOB. what a pain in the $#!@. after all of that, I finally input all of my info and the damn thing reset itself. start all over? heck no. what a waste of time. app deleted.....

I loved the Rapid! paycard until mine expired. But now I cannot get a new one. When I try to call customer service, I have to first enter information which is no longer recognized because the card expired. But my direct deposit still goes to the card. I have to then transfer my direct deposit to another account, which takes more time. It's frustrating. But it's impossible to get to speak to an actual person in customer service to help me.

Absolutely terrible app! I've been trying to get into my account for the past 3 days... I'm unable due to "limited technical issues" I'm switching to something else! I do not recommend rapid pay to anyone! It took them 3 days to issue a bug fix and when they did it made it worse. I can't even launch the app without it crashing smh do better rapid pay!

been able to resolve the limited technical unable to open error by uninstalling and reinstalling. Its not just the app that has issues but, the bank as well. I've had charges at their end due to "technical errors" and was told it could be up to 14 days before the money gets released. I've had to call several times and the other end is so heavily accented I have to keep asking what, huh, would you repeat please, and you hear the frustration at their end which inturn adds to my frustration....

Really a great app. The pay cards are not as bad as everyone says, at least in this case. This is so convenient that I didn't bother setting up a direct deposit until 10 months after getting the job. Transfering the money to a bank account is really easy once you figure out how to save that account (took some fiddling with the UI; that's part of why I give only 4 stars). It can take several days sometimes to transfer, but that's only a minor inconvenience.

Convenient but rough in some ways. While a Convenient and secure way to check a balance or transfer money to and from savings, be careful with large purchases and online orders. It will put the purchase on a 10 day hold and there is no way to release it. They'll tell you to contact the merchant and the merchant will send you right back to rapid customer service. This is inconvenient when you are ordering important items that you need by a specific date and they can't help you release it.

I've always had a pretty decent experience using this app. However, it's been force closing for the past 2 weeks now. I can't access the app at all now. I cant send money or anything like that because the app keeps closing. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE. THANK YOU. The app is still not working. It's been months of this. I have to use my web browser to access my account. ONCE AGAIN, PLEASE FIX THE APP.

I wish our employer would have stayed with or would go back to the Wisely by ADP paycard they used to issue, before switching to the Rapid!Paycard. Currently, the chip cards cannot be customized, however no where on the app or website does it say that. When purchases are made using a debit (selecting debit not credit setting for transactions) card, the amount is automatically deducted from the balance, however it still places a hold and declines the use of the card. This is a major problem.
