Update: So there is no longer a live chat, no response to emails, hanging transactions, and Ecobank staff on ground do not seem to be aware of the app when approached on issues. Useful app but dicey customer support. Live chat agents seem to have poor internet as they keep disconnecting abruptly .

The registration process takes too long to complete... I tried adding a recepient but I'm unable to add the recepient name.. The field doesn't respond. Also, I don't have the list of currencies... After registration, the XOF (Senegal) is missing from the you send field

I thought you guys said you have fixed bugs whereby when customers set up a new rapid transfer account, it will not say WRONG PIN OR WRONG DEBITED AMOUNT wheb registering a new bank card. i have been facing this issue since last two weeks and i cant even complete registration. i was glad when i saw a new app update today but after i updated it on my phone. i face the same WRONG PIN issue. and you specifically posted in the NEW UPDATE, that bug is fixed.

Why is it that the only verification document is a PASSPORT? What happened to other means of identification and does it mean that people who are yet to get a passport will not be able to use this app? It is a little annoying because not everyone has a passport and would like to receive send or recieve cash from loved ones.

This is a great app but definitely needs some good updates, storing my card and recipient details doesn't work. Most input fields returns error though correct values has been inserted. We need lots of upgrades to make the App faster.

Well, I have been having minor issues with this application. However, the last straw that broke the camel's back happened on the 27th of April. I used the app to transfer money two times. Only one of the transfer was delivered. The second one didn't deliver. I was debited. I have written to you many times without getting replies. Has this app become a scam? Is this fraud? Pls, I want my money back. People should be careful with this app now. It may eat your money and they won't respond to you.

this app has really rendered me useless, long and complicated story but the point is, after making me pass through the stress of all your terms, just at the end, I had to realise I can only send $100 per month, who makes transfer of $100 per month, you guys just take this app off the trends please typing with such a bittered mind, cos I know what I passed through to get things done just to end up on your frustrations

I sent two separate transfers to Lagos, Nigeria. 1 arrived immediately. The other has been pending for over 4 hours now and that is the transaction that was needed urgently. There are no details online or on the app for me to contact Ecobank from London UK. They have taken the money out drom my account and I don't know how to contact to ask what the problem is. No contact details for them whatsoever. This is disappointing.

I'd love to say I've had the chance to use this, but I won't lie to you. I'm running around looking for the warmest place to be during these "cold (s)cummers" in the city podcast! It's only on season 1. If you didn't miss it, don't be left behind. Watch your podcasts, like you do your stocks. Transfer rapidly!!!

Nonsense. I believe its an african who dedigned this. Nothing good will come out of africa. For the past three days now, i cant scan my passport. And yet you claimed to have over a hundred thousand subscribers. Pls tell me how they managed to scan their passport. The developer is not worthy of payment for this job. He should check other applications for money transfer and see if there is any stress in signing up like this useless application. Nonsense !!!!

An amazing app that allows you to make transactions, check your credit score and link social media between the lines for latest updates on banking situation and social Crediting services. The app has the ability to invest money and gain interest from investments as well together with much more amazing features such as Virtual Credit Card and much more. The app has a white-coloured background as well; I would recommend this app got your next usage.

Upon updating the app, it never opens anymore. This is the second time I would be experiencing this. It happened ony previous phone, I couldn't use the app on that phone until I switched this new phone. Now, it's happening again. This is unacceptable.

What kind of useless App is this? The scanner aint scanning and there's no other means of sending the details via email. The customer service is also not responding and this makes the whole issue terrible. Please resolve and provide an alternative means. Many thanks.

At first when I downloaded this app, it looks like it's gonna be good, but then I passed the verification stage and then to set my pin I never received OTP no matter how many times I resent OTP, I logged out and logged in so many times, eventually I was unable to set a pin and I was locked out, worst of all I was asked to reset my PIN, how on Earth do I reset my pin when I don't even have one before. I've contacted the customer service but I am yet to get a reasonable response. 😥😥Help!!!!

I tried signing up and came to option type of ID, the only option it's got is PASSPORT and it doesn't have other options like NATIONAL ID, DRIVER LICENSE OR VOTER'S CARD. I think these options need to be added plus the live chat sucks. Can't give any rating cuz this app needs to justify the 40 plus mb it took from me. Oh, I see. Unable to post my comment unless I give it a star. Well, there u have it.

It did work for couple of months when they launched it then stopped. No matter what you do to reactivate it it will not respond. Keeping telling you your ID photo not matching with your face. It even could not scan the passport and there is no assistance. Even the staff could not help. What a shame We Can not improve such a useful tool.

It's been a good app for a while now. And truly enjoyed it. However, about 2 weeks ago, everything became bad. I cannot complete any transaction. I have mailed Ecobank four times on this issue. Not even a reply. That's totally wrong and you don't treat customer like that. If you guys don't sit up and make it better, you will loose several customers including myself.

I just hope those praising this app are sure they are talking about RapidTransfer. Or maybe they are Ecobank staff seeking to prop the bank. This app is horrible and useless. Can register, keeps giving wrong passport details, internal error, authentication unsuccessful, card cannot be verified etc. For the past two weeks no progress even from the bank premises.. SHAME!

The passport scanning process is child's play. Im not interested in the excellent scanning process. What you guys should be interested in are the details on my passport. I have been trying to get my passport to fit into the box for so long and to be honest, it is not just frustrating but annoying and totally unnecessary. Please review and simplify the process for identification submission

I hate to give a bad review, but I believe Ecobank has lost my trust in them through their Rapidtransfer. I have been using this app for a while now. But last month I transferred $200, but the beneficiary didnt received the fund. I have been going back and forth with their unhelpful customer service rep. They stole my money. PLEASE AVOID THIS APP for your own good. I am deleting this app for good. Will use other transfer apps that has customer service rep here in US.
