I don't think some of the investments are implemented correctly. For example if I make an extra down payment (pay off) on a loan, that value just gets substracted from the amount to pay. There is no effect of the interest, and there is no advantage of paying off high interest debts first. Is this really how finance works? At least in my country I think it works differently. If devs answer that this is actually how it works I will give a better review.

You without hesitation, deserve 5 stars. Simple, yet addictive, I found myself spending long hours trying to get all of the real estate properties and overall trying to become the richest person possible. But thing is, the hours I spent, felt unnesscesary at times. You need to keep grinding through the buttons to get to next month to get what you want. I feel you can add a new feature to skip forward 3 months or more at once. I do want to give you 5 stars but my hands are tied until you add this

I really like the concept of the game. However, there are bugs here and there. Like the game forgets that I've already collected my income whenver I accidentally exit the game. Making me able to collect unlimited money. Another bug is that story mode somehow lags and have the same problem. I could easily withdraw a billion dollars from the bank because of the lag. I hope you could fix that. :) More randomness in stock market would also be nice.

The game is great and all the levels are really well thought, planned except last 5 level of story mode , that's my only complaint they are way too much to handle unexpected expenses with meagre income apart from that I really loved the concept , UI(Simple yet effective to play with) and the educational quiz part was also good! Overall it's a good game I would like to recommend it and a good time killer.

Great game, really fun and it can easily spark someone's interest to learn how all the different aspects of the game work irl. One side note, I'd appreciate if there was a way to automatically Collect the income and Pay all expenses if there's enough money. I feel that it adds an unnecessary step when the income is more than the expenses. A toggle in the settings that auto skips the step would be great.

The game is addicting, really eliminating those liabilities is fun but i just had one issue. The ads when trying to fast forward spin queue took about 30s, and whenever i tap the button (mostly by accident), it just push to the last 2 minute mark whenever time left you have to wait. It's reasonable when it's still have to wait around 10 minutes, but when, for example, you just have to wait 2 minutes 30s, that's frustrating really.

It's great for a few hours. But then it gets repetitive and kind of boring. Some levels are really difficult purely because they're based on luck with the stock market. Lots of balancing needs to be done. The level that made me uninstall was the first story mode level. You have virtually 0 income and only outgoings. Then the game throws a curve ball and decided to lump you with another liability. And on top of that you're limited to only 100 stocks?!? That makes this level based on pure luck :(

Great App! Played to: Get rich - The Farmer. Unfortunately that level is so bugged, it's unplayable. Cashflow shows the income of the income statement, rather than the cashflow. The income is wrong, too, though. The 660 of farm income aren't registered, but instead the 220 income from the poultry farm are shown. The poultry farm doesn't show in assets and negative cashflow shows in green. Please fix 🙏! Otherwise awesome game!

I'd change it to 5 stars as it is one of the best game with simplest UI. But i have been stuck on story mode cab driver level for more than 100 attempts. Just tell me how to clear it.

one of the best financial games I've found. after playing cashflow which is too easy and hyper focused on leveraging debt to win the game this gsme has some real challenges. Issues are as others have said. Some levels are seemingly impossible. For example, guy buys a 40k dollar car with almost no income, Then one year later takes on parents 40k loan. You cant increase your active income so your expected to generate thousands per month in passive income. also 40% returnin mutual funds?!? how

I managed to figure it out and found it very helpful, so I changed my rating. I still think monthly expenses are unrealistically low and tend to remain fixed even over a period of many years.

its good for financial education but its not the real thing. If only the game has features like change the percentage to the real like a real world . it would be nice. Also, please update it. it keep crashing when i do something too fast.

Good game, Film Maker Choice mode is not beatable. I tried so many different strategies that I literally have tried to make a walk-through with spreedsheets of that level. Closest I had been to beating that level was 30k shy of paying off final loan at month 96. Would be a breeze if there was an option to buy and sell stock on that level.

This game is okay at best. It got boring to play at one point because so little was happening. I'm not happy with the ability to buy real estate only available through the Auction and that is only available once every 12 months and only for one specific property chosen at random - not for the other options you can see in the list. It would be great to be able to participate when I'd like and purchase the property I'd like, not be forced into the one chosen.

Overall, love the game! A couple suggestions: - Having a setting where you can pass to the next month, collect income, and pay expenses in one click. This would make gameplay a lot less tedious in the 120-month levels where you're just passing the time waiting for your SIP to generate interest. - Having an option to make an extra recurring payment on a loan. It gets to be a pain going into my loan every month to make extra payments. Great game, keep it up!

Requires strategic thinking and is just plain gratifying to complete each level. The UI could be a lot better and having to click the back arrow each turn in the upper left corner could be positioned in a location closer to the collect and pay buttons would make for a smoother transition.

Overall good, however not great. I don't understand why the interest from mutual funds doesn't count as cash flow, also it would be great if there would be some way to get tips or tricks to pass a level when you fail. Or maybe always suggest a theory for every level and make it an optional read? There are boards I can't beat in story mode and nothing tells me what I could do differently, it's frustrating. I have issues with the balance sheet but not enough characters to talk about it

The game is entertaining. However there are a few issues with the game which prevents me from rating 5 stars. 1) If you accidentally withdraw your fixed deposit before pressing the collect all button, then all of the interest is deleted even though you passed into the next month. 2) The UI can sometimes be delayed. I'll have to press a button multiple times before it registers when I'm trying to move around the menu options too quickly.

The game is fine. But in the story mode lvl, the figures aren't accurate. The money I paid monthly to reduce debts, was not reduced in the liability sheet. No wonder why they are too hard. I played boards over and over again and kept losing. When I got to the Civil Engineer; I couldn't win once. I even screenshot three consecutive months but I'm not able to upload here. Anyway I had a good time playing, it just frustrates me that I wouldn't know if I was capable to actually complete this lvls

This game is awesome so far. I'm learning alot, especially about mutual funds. I am stuck on story mode level 4: cab driver. I never have enough to pay off that last loan, but I've been very close. I understand they're meant to be harder at that lvl but I've tried so many times now. I'm not sure the game itself will teach me how to beat it. Also when I watch a video to spend up the free spin I never actually receive the free spin(still have to wait out the timer). Overall still love it!
