This app needs to improve, login it's too difficult, you just can't login for days, real Madrid tv needs Chromecast support, and sometimes have annoying bugs, the app keeps crashing, i just check this soon to see if you fix this problems.

Since this last update can't open the app it says that the app is not available or responding this is not good, up date downloaded it after 11 months of not using app still garbage can't believe a club the size of real Madrid can't get an app to function properly, so deleted the app again won't be trying it again

Miserable. tv works for garbage broadcast then blacks out games saying its some type of playback error. i had it on for 45 min before a game and then gets the error at game start time. what garbage.

Why does Madrid app crashes on opening?? It started mid 2022. I have uninstalled and reinstalled severally, It's still same thing. I am trying to sign in and it also doesn't. It doesn't even recognize my Madridstar IDs. Please fix this. Thanks

The app is quite cool but I don't understand the reason why they placed a qr code on the membership card. And using this app is also very annoying that when I open it sometimes, it automatically close. Please try and fix the problems for we the madridistas

I can't log in for days already. It keeps crashing. Neither with google account, nor email (and I don't do FB). And yeah I know I can use the app as a guest, but it's not the same, I have Twitter for these purposes. Could you please do something? I will change the review when it's fixed

Excellent app, keeps me updated with the matches, but it's very VERY annoying that I denied the location permission and every single time I enter the app I always get a pop up asking me to activate it, once they take that function off I'll give the 5 stars the app deserve otherwise

Good App for keeping up with the club, not so great for browsing their fan shop. Trying to change country/region causes app to crash, so all prices are in Euros, not USD. Also, will not connect to Real Madrid virtual app.

Whenever i am trying to add my email id to complete profile details it shows "An Unknown error occured, check your internet connection" So that i couldnt even open the app. Help me overcome this problem.

Whatever was going wrong with the app before is fixed 🙂 I really like the design of the app and the fact that there's an entire app dedicated to the one team I like. It makes navigating through the schedule much easier and faster.

After the recent update, this app has turned from zero to hero. It is one of the best football apps there is. I just love the way the calender is placed and the news is updated. I am changing my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Just wish they included a way of adding your profile pic to the account and also change the colouring from blue to white. After all Real Madrid is all about White 🤍🤍🤍...

Can't create an account on the app. It says that check your username and password. I've used each and every gmail account of mine and also my facebook account. It always redirects to chrome and shows pro login error. I'm fed up of this. I think the app is signifying the recent state of the Club itself like no clearity and no perfection.

I love Real Madrid but their app should be premium like them. Using this app doesn't give that premium feel, they should develop it more & more!

They stopped sending madridista cards, even though the yearly subscription is way too expensive for literally nothing. Most of the items in "sale" are always sold out, they don't update the items months at a time. Even the "give feedback" button doesn't work. If this is how the biggest club in the world runs the fan webapp, for such an expensive subscription, then they should all be fired. @perez - disappointed. 0 reason to pay for the subscription.

It's unfortunate that one find it difficult to navigate ,read and enjoy the news as at old times on this new app.It's really difficult because it sets you back the moment you click on a specific news and,boom,you are frustrated to to learn about news concerning Real Madrid football team especially the senior team. I love Madrid but this is getting out of hands. Kindly amend this problem.

It worked nicely until the last update. Now it's completely useless and cannot access it, giving an error. Until it gets fixed, 1 star. Update - works again!

The best club in the world and the best application, but I have a question. The application previously supported many languages. Why was it limited in this update to only two languages? I search for the Arabic language and I do not find it. Why, thank you for this wonderful application.

The app is horrendous. You get logged out every time you go to a new menu or page. The menu to access premium content is buried deep in the settings. At times the menu pops up at other times it just disappears. The new play section is locked even when you're a premium Madridista. The coding in this app is just bad. It should be WAY easier to navigate.
