The app is really good....but I'm facing an issue....if I set a custom Equalizer, I've to open app everytime to activate that custom Equalizer. That's really frustrating everytime I connect. It only happens at custom Equalizer. PLEASE PLESE PLEASE FIX THIS.....PLEASE REPLY

I bought a realme buds 5 pro 2 months back and have been trying to connect it to this app. It is not being identified by the app even though the device is connected to my mobile. I tried it with my pixel 7, a note 8 and even a realme 7 pro of mine. It never connects and I even tried connecting it manually but the buds 5 pro is not even showing in the list. Purchasing this buds was the worst decision ever.😡😡😡

outstanding sound for the cost. the app greatly enhanced the sound and functionality of the set once I finally got it to pair with the app. that was frustrating. change your country of origin to one that YOU'RE not in. for example I'm in the US and changed to UK. fixed it.

Would be really helpful of the clutter is cleared and only the earphone part is visible on opening the app for me (I only have earphones). Don't have other devices and would like to not see the other unwanted stuff. Otherwise, experience on just the earphone part is really good.

Please update this app,it keeps on exiting the app in my poco phone,I know it's not the same company but common sense u guys are making earbuds which can be purchased by everyone. It's sure that many non realmi users will purchase the earbuds. I hope if the developers can make it computable for all devices atleast for using the earbuds at its fullest potential,my humble request. I don't think it's a big deal fixing this,if you really care about ur products.

So many issues, don't know where to start. Connectivity issues, syncing issues, doesn't display details of workout. Have to sign in again everytime. The app only gets worse with every update.

The app is alright, one of the main issue i have with is that the app only shows the battery status for my Realme techlife buds , but not it's charging case. I wish i could see how much battery was left in my charging case, so i could charge it accordingly and not have the indicator light trun red to find out it's low on battery.

The customisation is bogus. Even if i choose deep bass, it again automatically turns back to pure bass. Tried to add custom equaliser but it was automatically deleted and reverted to pure bass. How to rectify this so that it permanently stays at deep bass without manually having to change it?

When I first connected my phone with app I was glad that I can get notifications on the realme 3 pro watch. Then suddenly I don't receive notifications anymore. I always mute my phone when I'm working so to have the watch alert me of whatsapp messages is good so I don't miss important sms during that time. If I can't get notifications on my realme 3 pro watch anymore, it becomes any normal watch. Either a lousy watch or lousy app.!!! I give 0 stars 🌟

One of the primary issues I've encountered is the inability to display the buds' battery status within the app. This lack of visibility diminishes the overall user experience, as it's essential to have easy access to such crucial information. Additionally, despite owning a Motorola Edge 40, which boasts Dolby Atmos support, the app fails to provide the option to enable this feature. This omission is disappointing, as it prevents users from fully utilizing the capabilities of their devices.

Overall great app. But one very irritating issue. There needs to be a gesture control for normal mode for the wireless bud 3. I sometimes accidentally press the button and it either turns on the transparent more or the noise cancellation mode. And then I have to take my phone out and manual go to normal mode. Very annoying and happens too often when trying to control the volume.

My Realme watch always need to be reset to allow connection to this app. I need to delete the watch and do a system reset 2-3x every week just so I can use it for tracking my runs and rides. A bit of a pain for a basic functionality of the watch.... Update: still the same issue. The app would disconnect from my watch on the middle of the run or bike ride. So even if I want to reset everything to restore tracking, that's at least half of the current workout session gone. UNRELIABLE APP!

For some reason it simply resets from time to time my notification settings for the realme band 2. I have all notifications off. And then suddenly it starts sending me notifications about calls, health reminders, etc. I open this app and see that these notifications are ON for some reason, but I set them to OFF previously. And this has happened several times already. And by the way, generally the realme band 2 is rubbish. I will not buy realme products anymore because of multiple software bugs.

It works for basic use but lacks a lot. For starters, the fitness aspect could be improved a lot. It also has problems syncing with Google fit a lot of the times and doesn't sync sleep at all. And another complaint I have is that the customisation of the personal watchfaces are extremely and I mean extremely limited. There's only 2 types of time texts to choose from with no colour choice. It's always white and has the same style. It could be better but isn't.

Hi Realme Link The application is not user friendly. Each time I open the application, even if I'm opening it for like after half an hour it shows session expired. Please re login. Feeling tired of this bug. Better fix this bug and then only I'll be increasing the ratings. Perhaps adding one more feature that is, while changing the tap setting of earphone through the app. Specially the hold gesture, it should be separate for each side if possible

This app OVERREACHES FOR PERMISSIONS AND IS EXTREMELY SHADY. It doesn't do much but harvest information and send it to unknown third parties. NO DOUBT FOR PROFIT. I strongly suggest (if you want) to download the app once, set up all your sound settings, especially your button controls and then after making sure they work, IMMEDIATELY UNINSTALL THE APP. Why does this app require my phone model, IMEI number,location, email, etc etc for an app that changes simple settings for my earbuds 🚫👎🏻🚫

it shows no internet connection, although my data and WiFi are always on. i have tried older versions as well and enabled all the permissions but still showing the same error [-1001] whatever it is. i have tried reinstalling and all the YouTube tips and tricks, what's wrong with it!! how can a well stablished company make a buggy product like this?! very disappointed
