I too used RealPlayer for years on my PC and I liked it so much that I bought the license for it. My PC burned out so used my phone. But I was disappointed that in the Mobile version I could not find Audio section ( to edit audio files). So I Uninstalled it. I was also a bit annoyed to see all these online (garbage) videos pop up lol. I hope you'll have an Audio Player/Editor some day. Thanks.

I purchased dozens of audio files years ago. Are you telling me these files are gone and I wasted all kinds of money on these songs? Why should I bother with your service? It looks like you don't offer audio files at all anymore.

I bought the Premium membership in September and have been having recurring problems re downloading videos from YouTube via my Samsung Galaxy android phones. Now it has happened again, not dowloading but freezing, and I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a tech support reply.

I'm not to happy cause I have this thing connecting to my iPad with no issues but dang it all your app isn't connecting to my computer from android till paid again,payed for the $40 subscription on my computer and i still have to pay monthly fees for this app....I thought that was included,unhappy customer...also your RealPlayer on computer is slow at opening plus all my picture icon for my vids thumb nails vanishedwhy?? So I have to pay app for each device when I have 8 left.makes no sence??

Nostalgia is why I'm here. Ur development team should be aware that many platforms and devices blocked download of Realplayer for a long time. I didn't know u were still around. Luckily I download your app. I'll create an account, but I'm not really interested in using this product until u get realaudio back. U were THE best music player EVER. Nothing has EVER compared. It's insufferable that you have no audioplayer now 3* until fixed

App apparently does not register itself in the android OS as a video player, so it's not in the "Open with..." menu that my file browser app pops up when I long-press the filename of video files. This prevents it from playing video files stored in shared folders on my local area network. Also, can't play .avi videos (divx codec).

Play back issues on casting, keeps stopping while playing with loading circle.. have to disconnect from the TV and reconnect, as pausing and starting has no effect. As this was the only part I downloaded the app for its the only part I can comment on, also agreed with other viewing file name needs work.

Needs more improvement. No changing of orientation of video to landscape to portrait. Also, this doesnt play music from your phone. Library of your videos are not sorted out by folder, only by date. So the menu gets long and clutter, if you have a lot of videos. If these changes were added, easy 5 stars.

No option to plsy in background! Ive used many media players on my cell. I keep looking for a good one. Real player was great back in the early pc days, but its time to grow up. I requre background play(plays with cell screen off and continues audio) this is basic for cell phones. Hello! Lets go RP. Everyone who uses a cell with headphones does this.

The casting works well, which is what I was looking for. What let's this app down is the interface for the directory structure. It presents a wall of videos/folders, much like samsung gallery. Unfortunately these thumbnails aren't big enough to see the full file/directory name, which makes it hard to find particular videos out of a series. The file system needs work to make finding files easier, and the option to browse the phone directory structure would be nice.

Too dependant on PC and accompanying realplayer cloud account. Practically useless unless you have both these.

The app is good and allows you to watch in picture mode and you can stream it offline or you can use it downloaded files of video apps and you can stream it when your phone is on lock mode or sleep

Write me down for an OG, lesson learned. I purchased the mobile app not even thinking that it couldn't play audio files! Real Player, what the hell?!? Oh well, you got my $25 for the yr for nothing, but I'll read everything the next time! My bad, but really, y'all suck!

I have an account and forgot the password. I have been trying for days to reset the password and I keep getting an error message that they're having technical difficulties. Have tried to get support which is absolutely useless and I can't do anything. There is absolutely zero customer support for this freaking app.

I have enjoyed RealPlayer on my PC for many years. I tried the app on my phone a few years ago with disappointing results, thought I'd try it again today. My issue is, why can't I browse on my phone through the app to select a music or video file or make a Playlist like I can on my PC? Or like I can on many other media apps? Removing the app, again.

The app is easy to install, only takes a moment to sign up if you don't have an existing account and the app seems to work seamlessly but I knew before I downloaded it that RealPlayer was reliable, it always has been. My only issues that will keep me from using this are the fact the navigation bar is visible the entire time & I can't make the video go full screen. I am using the free version but I don't feel it should make a difference with these 2 things & no settings options to change them.
