Terrible. Used the app to charge up £10 worth into google play; the app informed me I get a one off discount (for using the app for the first time) of £1 - brilliant, I thought, but later found I got charged £3 additional "fee" that there was no prior warning for (so ended up paying £12 for £10). Not using it (App or the service) ever again.

It works great to recharge phones internationally. However, although it prompts me to request an email message for the next recharge, I have never received one. Also, I wish I could pay for recharge early and have it apply only after the previous charge expires. I should be able to schedule the transaction.

Their system used to be very good but now it's just a problem that is caused there. The first problem is that they charge too high a fee.Secondly, when you order a load, your order is not immediately included in your load balance even though you have already paid. Third, every order is pending, sometimes you make an error in the paymet issue, even if it's enough You pay for the order.

The coupon is telling me it can only be used in the mobile app while using it in the mobile app. Update: You either fix it or don't, I'm not sending no email to your support. What's wrong with all this app developers always asking to send email before they cam fix an issue. Replicate the issue yourself. There are some comments with same issue on here too.

Basically got scammed. Bought a 10$ steam code to be used for a friend in a different country. Turns out Steam no longer supports wallet code conversions. When I confronted recharge about it, they said they could not find anything about that, and despite me sending them back a picture confirming that conversion no longer happens between different countries, they replied back saying they're sorry but nothing to do here. No compensation or refund. Uninstalled. Absolute garbage of a platform.

Amazing app! I started using this app as I couldn't top up my mobile phone no matter what I did. I saw this app & decided to try it. Topping up by voucher code is completely hassle free! The voucher codes are sent to my email address, so it's quick & easy. Payment is taken by bank card, which works first time every time. I've bought Amazon codes & Netflix codes. It always works flawlessly. I've found this to be a very solid, reliable service. Sometimes I don't know what I would do without this!

Paid for an MTN (South Africa) recharge, money was deducted from my account but I received a message that the order has failed. I have screenshots. I've submitted a query and will now see what happens next.

I just bought lyca of 12.26€ and they delivered 11.08€ and I also bought 6.69€, and they also delivered 5.02€. Why will they take these amount from my account and deliver something else. Please, I would appreciate it if you could fix it. Thanks in advance

I did a transaction to recharge my account. The transaction failed and the amount was deducted from my account. Now the app is not even letting me signing in. I have been trying to contact the support team but no response from there as well

Stay far away from this app if you arent in the uk or us or some european countries.. theyll give you the option to buy something that is redeemable in your country.. then find out it isnt redeemable in your country, ask for a refund they make you jump through infinite hoops while contradicting themselves over and over. Worst experience ever.

I love this app! It's extremely fast, secure, and super handy if you're running behind or just unable to go out to shop for a mobil card. one of the better sites to buy e vouchers from quick easy but also charges a service then another service fee too use paypal or Google pay and they don't offer you no points or even percentage of purchases I spend alot on there sometimes 500 to 1000 every two weeks on e vouchers

I used to use MobileRecharge before this app but then they just stopped working. The top up would fail after 24 hours and I got a refund. But this app works perfectly and I get the funds in the account within seconds. Thanks for making an app that just works. Please consider adding a feature to save the credit card info so that I don't have to type out the whole thing everytime.

I must say this app is generally easy to navigate & user friendly. But seems once you've purchased a top off, the system will NOT allow you to choose or purchase a different more suitable deal the next time. once you have picked a plan, you are stuck purchasing this through "reorder" in the original email receipt, where the deals are more expensive with less data than a cust with new purchase. It will not allow cust to start fresh for packages. very disappointing.
