Very poor network and total waste of money. No one support to take the complaint, the customer care says that they are using Omantel tower and if omantel is working good the redbull also.. how funny. STOP you service, I am also throwing away my connection

Red bull network and internet awesome but only issue for recharge It is not easy to get red bull voucher or easy recharge. Please give us option can recharge in bank Muscat mobile app

I give one star because of app, the best app for telecommunication providers in Oman, other stars I can not give because data offers are not attractive.

The some location very poor network problem in redbull oman and data is very speed finished very worst network for oman only see 4g signal but working in 2g very bad network operator

Network too slow... speed very very poor! Customer care service is very very nonsense response to customers... bad behavior... no proper response...(I'm not meen this app) this network customer care! Very worste! Internet speed also toooo poor!

I think the free streaming on spotify and Anghami is really good. I could stream music without any data 😊

No good signal I'm playing mobile legends suddenly lost the signal which is can affect to my game play. You should please maintain the quality of the signal. So that customer will satisfied your service of internet.

I selected auto renew and added balance for renewal but it didn't renew and I lost my remaining data!! Contacted customer service and they did nothing, your customer service should be upgraded to a new level

Their rollover data plan is fake or incorrect. Yesterday i got a msg that my 3.5 gb data will be rollover to this month if i recharge it today with same plan or upgraded. When i recharged i got only 1.9 gb only. If it supposed to get 1.9 gb data why did they mentioned 3.5 gb data will be rollover. Apparently i got my data rollover succesfully. Thanks for your response.

I was given 4 GB bonus data with just 5 days validity. Once your subscription is active your internet is used from open data only. Which means you need to finish the 6 GB open data to use your bonus data before 5 days. It's a clear way of making fools of the customer.

I tried the e-recharge option through the app and my card was charged but I didn't get the recharged amount. Contacted customer service but no help. They asked me to wait for 3 days to 1 week to see if I will get the amount back to my account. Very bad app service.

From May onwards the speed is getting Low day by day . Before it was like 12 to 21mbps just like a Redbull Sponsored Race car but now its like a car running on fumes. Less than 100kbs speed some times the speed gets above 1mbps after 3 am till 8 o clock when nobody is looking. Youtube is buffering every 2 secs on 144p 😭😭😭 during day time . Double Data is Awesome but with speeds like this we can't use it on full potential. App is slower to load data
