I cant check the package balance, the first page dont apear in the app and it only gives two options of either convert ur number to red bull network or buy a new sim. i bought 160 package and social media is free in it but it seems that social media is being charged from the 50 gb internet which was given for other then social media use, i was just able to check the package balance once in the whole week. signals are fine, internet speed fluctuations are there, so far experience is not good.

The first page is not showing on my mobile one plus ce 2 lite. Please fix it there is no option to go 1st page where my blance supposed to be shown

One of worst network in Saudi Arabia . people how are planning to buy redbull sim , my suggestion is don't buy ,🙏🙏🙏reason is I am using seen 3 mouth network issue, incoming calls issues so please...there is no solution, better is to try other network

The useless sim I use in my life please don't buy it the internet quality is very very bad and also I was opening my account and waiting for otp end they send it one day later I'm going to throw it to bed service kindly don't use this.

Red Bull team note my comments and improve your network and customer support. I'm purchase sim lulu marwah branch Jeddah On 21.02.2024 once purchased installed sim on mobile it's shows signal (E) strength full I'm discuss with seller it's normal once move to outside from the mall it's worth good. Once reached my home it's again same signal buffering waste my money and i need to talk to customers care always Arabic even language selection to english. I'm never suggested red bull sim again.

Untill i can change some personal information and sometimes lagging in the interface and switching between the pages and menus other than that it's very good 👍🏼

Worst experience with Red bull network because when ever I trying to message a person or chatting in Facebook with friends that time network become 2g then how I can message someone or call someone if I am in emergency time.please make sure your network signal range or not , indoor and outdoor signal range is weaker please don't cheat with your offer price to sell your sim card, please try to make network signal range good .

Red Bull is a good sim but sometimes the network doesn't work well, plus the other problem is that my giga coin is not being recharged. only G.B hi renu hote h. Here is the information on how my giga coins will be refunded.

Very bad app and their customer service is worse, nothing help is complicated whenever you will click on something error window will come up ;)

Good network and it's olso help us to save money Only one thing I don't like about this app help center it's poor help center 😭😭😔 you can call for more than 30 minutes no one will mind you for that reason I'm going to change network 😔😔 too much stress

Wonderful services and very great offers. The app is easy and friendly to use. Update: Sometimes the app is not working to subscribe a specific plan/offer which creates and confusion. Red Bull Mobile online customer services here in KSA are very poor.

It is not good at all, if there is any problem then no one helps. redbull team does not respond. My worst experience is that no one buys it. Sim card is very useless. 😡😡😡

Helpless! Without Coverage how i can make criticism about its Application😆 Highest Tragedy is shiwing wronh Caller ID when the time of international calls, like spam caller Number. Not Recommendable to Anyone looking to usage Purposes.

Very very very worst application and service centre, i purchased sim online and paid , then I tried to activate sim card by application, but still not activated, it's just waste of money and time, but unfortunately I didn't seen comments and ratings before buying Sim card . So it was my bad luck.

please anyone Don't buy this, this is totally bad connection sim company, red bull network is very bad and very bad Everytime. i bought a sim before 6 days, now I'm very upset and very angry with their connection why i bought their sim. everywhere their Network is vary bad, you can't work with this sim card. Everytime is loading and loading on everywhere. if you think this company provide you very chip price internet then you are totally wrong. please buy a another sim card but Don't buy redbull

For international travellers like umrah and hajj. especially using debit cards and credit card for recharge. Its not very convenient to recharge. The saddest thing is they don't have the physical recharge card at convenient store.
