Fantastic UI for customers, loads quickly and everything is separated out nicely. Everything is very easy to find, customizations are easy to make as well! I will continue to use this app whenever I get hungry for some well-made, gourmet burgers and fries! 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can't log in. Resetting password never works. Just keep getting the generic response that they're constantly working to improve the app. I've been locked out for over 6 months! *its now been 2 years and I still can't log in. I reset the password and it still gives a error to try again later.

App is horrible- unable to place an order to have it delivered for some reason and yes they have been to my house multiple times. Also I have a 10 dollar reward and can not use that either. Time to delete the app

Even though location services is turned on and allowed, both their app and their website show no restaurant locations for the entire state of Utah (we have six). Manual zip code or city name doesn't work either. Everything's useless if it can't find the restaurants. I called customer service and they verified the same thing and the rep is going to turn it over to their IT. Uninstalled in the meantime.

I continue to get the same error message when I try to log in with the app. It tells me that I must enter in a location to use the app and to complete my profile. It won't let me past this error because of "Can not find Location with number = 12410" I've tried different locations and I get the same error. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it still doesn't work.

Shows no locations, even though I have a close location. Try to type in neighboring city where it's located, and still says no locations. Can't use the app in this case. I sure hope they fix this soon. If I try to order in a browser, it does the same thing. But if I go to the find-us site, it finds locations just fine.

When it functions, it works like any other food chain app, perfectly fine. The issue is it extremely frequently malfunctions. Issues with availability are common and errors that flat out don't let you complete an order (with an ambiguous, unhelpful code) are far too common for this large of a chain. We always try the app first, but frequently have to resort to calling our local store which according to them is something they get "quite frequently."

The app was easy to set up and use. The issue came once I ordered. The food wasn't as good as when I eat there and they added a huge tip to the bill. Easily 22% or more. To add insult to injury they didn't do anything that would warrant a tip like that. She spent all of what two mins with me? Hardly worth that. I would recommend just going to R/R and placing the Togo order or just eat there.

When I can order what I want it works. However IDK how this apps works in terms of menu items. Half the time I can't order menu times because I have to pick a cheese, which are marked required, but have zero options for cheese. Can't add to cart cause it's mysteriously marked out of stock... How do I want to cook my burger? Sorry only option is no-pink, and trying to put in "special cooking instructions" with a 16 character limit seems to be largely ignored. I still get well done patties.

Map shows no locations near me, even when I'm sitting in the RR parking lot. I can search for them on the map but can't click. Search by address shows nothing. All my rewards are adding up correctly but I have to go in the restaurant to do any ordering. Hostesses always tell me that other people are ordering online and through the app so I guess the app only works for some phones.

App glitched out twice while trying to place an order - got through the whole order and when I went to pay, it sent me back to the log in screen. Called the store to order, talked to a human, she was very helpful. I mentioned the app issue and she actually said, "Yeah, that's why they hired us, because the app crashes so much." lol

Mysteriously canceled order through app. We tried to order food tonight, drove 40 minutes to pick it up, and staff was completely confused on arrival. We received confirmation of the order through the app ( correct location and pickup date and time) and staff took 20 minutes to tell us they didn't see it in their system and couldnt make us the food since it was close to closing. Bad experience, I'd order in person in the future

Whether on the app or the website I have *NEVER* had a successful order. Either canceled items that I don't find out about until I'm picking up, or promos that magically disappear as soon as you try to check out. ...Or today after I changed my location and my favorite location to where I'm at, the store says they don't know what I'm talking about and when I look at the order it's magically changed across town again. And now I'm hungry and cranky and going someplace else. Again.

If they're out of something, it shows on the menu still and you won't know until you're about to pay. Sometimes it's glitched and says they're out of something,but if you place the order you get the food anyways. I'm also running into a constant "invalid auth token" while trying to place orders, so I cannot do anything in the app. Really annoying.

Starting to irritate me!!!!!! I've been trying to place an order for delivery because I am sick. I keep getting an error message that that's not an option for my preferred location, but lists delivery as being available. Also, I need to be able to place a gluten-free order and this is no longer an option on the menu. Please update the app to correctly show if delivery is an option or not and start making gluten-free free buns an option on the app menu again. It used to be there!!!

I love using the Red Robin app for car-side pickup. The app is very easy to use & the food comes out promptly & my order is usually correct. The whole process is pretty smooth. I just wish they'd bring back zucchini fries!! They are like 90% of the reason we go to Red Robin & all of a sudden they are no longer on the menu. It makes me sad. I'm still giving the app 5 stars because it's not the apps fault they don't have them anymore, but I just wanted to complain somewhere. Thanks for listening.

The app is easy to navigate. Very responsive, easy to read, easy to customize order. Only change I would suggest is allowing easier restaurant location selection. It finds your location and your only option is the closest restaurant. I wanted to pick up from a restaurant that was much further away, but it's closer to my house. I will be using the app again though

Impossible to log in. I initially wanted to reset my password in the garbage app, but it wouldn't work. It didn't tell me what was wrong, but seemingly nothing was incorrect because I made sure to follow their NSA-tier password requirements repeatedly. I was finally able to reset my password on a web browser. When I tried to log in in the app, it told me that the password I created 20 seconds prior had to be reset. I went ahead and did the same song and dance again and tried to log in. Nope.

Red Robin has great food! But whenever I want to order food it comes with all kinds of issues. The app is buggy and gives me error messages if I change tabs, and for some items like the tavern burgers it glitches out and won't let me add extra fries! And now my most recent problem is that it won't even pick up my location or show me any of their locations on the map. I tried to sign out and back in, and now it won't let me sign back in! All it does is darken the screen and load and then nothing.

Latest update is very upsetting. I was 2 purchases away from a free burger on the previous version. Now I have to spend $80 dollars to get to my reward? Make it make sense. It's also my birthday month, which is nearly over, and the free burger has not loaded to my account. Very disappointing, as this one of my favorite places to eat at. EDIT: Now my points have completely disappeared & I have to start from zero. Not a reward program I want to continue using.
