I think RedteaGO is a great option for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable eSIM data plan. The service is easy to use, the data speeds are fast, and the prices are competitive. I would definitely recommend RedteaGO to others. 1.Easy to use eSIM activation process 2.Fast and reliable data speeds 3.Variety of data plans to choose from 4.Competitive prices 5.Excellent customer service The process of activating the eSIM was quick and easy, and the data speeds were fast and reliable.

Tried to purchase 2 credits for $2 with PayPal - it failed. Went back, chose to pay with a credit card, and upon completion, was granted 120 credits and charged $100 (never chose that option). No response from support - so as it stands, $100 went down the drain due to a bug in the app.

I downloaded and set up an esim, but was never able to connect, even though my phone showed networks were available. I have tried in multiple locations, and can't use the data I paid for. I sent two emails to support, and haven't received any reply. This has been a waste of money and time.

Great plans but the activation process is just terrible, all 3 times I tried to activate e-sim in travel it had issues and would not download. Even with vpn it did not work, and when it eventually did, the mobile data did not work well. thankfully they had some vague instructions for troubleshooting that took some time to configure to work. Overall would not recommend if not tech savvy and can handle a couple of delays or hiccups

Plan rates are more expensive if on an Android device. Apple device was ~$2 cheaper. Bc I'm on an android, I just bought $1 worth of credit only to discover in still $2 short of their cheapest plan for US customers. I don't have anymore money tied up electronically so this was a giant waste of time. In short, wasted my only dollar for no reason (free bucks short of cheapest plan). 👎🏼

The app is really easy to use and doesn't ask for personal info. From a technical perspective, it worked flawlessly on my Pixel 4a the eSIM activation was fast and without hiccups. In the USA, it can use either T-Mobile or AT&T. Speeds are mostly OK. They advertise 1GB / $1 in many countries, including the USA; however, it's just an introductory rate. If you want to add more data or change to another plan, the cost will be 5-6 times higher. Still, one of the cheapest eSIMs out there.

best experience so far. you get a qr code, even with no compatible esim slot. good for 9esim and the likes.

The prices are good, but lots of providers have good prices. The big issue with RedTeaGo is it doesn't let you top up onto the same eSim. Every time you need more data you have to install a new one. And it doesn't automatically install them either. Major inconvenience and pretty much the only reason I don't like this provider. GoMoWorld let's you top up to the same eSim (as every provider does except redteaGo), but also installs the eSim automatically. No QR codes. Just buy and it does the rest.

Compared ro other esim apps - this one soleves the main problem - setting the sim card. It does it automatically, while the competition asks you sometimes to go as deep as to set the APN and choose manually the SP. Also prices flex more for cheaper regions. Minus one star for mandatory permissions request. I personally don't want this app to manage my esims and send me notifications, but it refuses to work if you deny it access.

Incompetent customer service staff that are unable to fix basic account issues. Not the best priced esims either - save yourself the bother

Customer service email address doesn't work use the feedback section by placing your email in there to get a response, otherwise like me you'll wait endlessly for a reply that wont ever come.

The customer service is fantastic. I have used the service in the mainland of China with no issues. I purchased and activated the eSIM before departure. I will definitely recommend RedteaGo to my family and friends.

Activated my Sim at the airport, before my trip to Turkey. Internet didnt work, I was stranded in a foreign country where people spoke barely any English, struggling to get a taxi. Once I did get some wifi, tried contacting u guys bt absolutely useless that was. Terrible experience!!

E-Sim's, I mean, one of the main points of them, is, convenience, & I guess too, this can attract customers to move over to their network, this level of convenience, to just move over to a network or if it's your first network, to easily choose a network and connect, rather than waiting for a physical sim card in the post and messing about with the pin sim tray opener etc. And 1$ is definitely cheap ! hope I could get discount for the next time as well, even not, still a better alternative to a local SIM, speed and rates are nice, but I wish they could provide VoIP service as well

It is almost impossible to get RedTeaGo to resolve an issue if you have a problem. I bought $2.00 worth of credits that wasn't showing up in my account. Emailed for help multiple times, sending screenshots of the transaction. Almost a week later, RedTeaGo still has not resolved the problem, customer support takes days to respond, if at all. A scam to purchase credits and not receive them, then have customer support be non-responsive and unhelpful.
