I can never get it to actually process the video. I've tried several times it's exhausting! It says it's processing the video goes into a loop and it never finishes it just stays in the loop.

The app looks useful however it's not working properly on my Galaxy S20 Ultra with android 13 UI 5.1 ...it crashes and struggles to create the video. The app is updated and there is enough space and memory to run the app but it seems like there is a big bug with the app

There is no way to save drafts and it crashes when I add videos without warning:( It's such a great and easy to use app otherwise! Kindly fix the glitches and make a paid version of needed!

Love that I can so easily find trending reels and roll their templates into my own reel. Don't love that I can't save mid-creating a reel and that I can't add text even if the "parent" version that my template is based on, had text.

crashy. and I didn't really like it. the idea later good. if I could just sync a handful of images too an audio that would be nice. but that's not what this seems to be for. might be useful to a specific audience though

Will probably uninstall. Ive been working on a reel all day and the app either crashes or starts spinning. I have cleaned out my storage, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The app still doesn't work after trying many avenues to get the app to work. This is very unfortunate.

Bahut buri app hai honestly. Main objective hi Pura nahi karti. Very bad application it doesn't even do what its made for. Video will never be ready . HATE IT!!!

Downloaded the app yesterday and have been trying since then to create a reel and it stays stuck on preparing finished video. It has stayed like that for more than 10 minutes every time I have tried and that should not be the case. These are just pictures and they are small file size.

App is awesome, you will find trending template here and are easy to make but the major fault in this app is that it closes frequently whenever you want to edit or while using some template or while it processing or creating your video and it is quite annoying because everytime you select lot of pics and videos this app crashes..hope the creator will solve the bugs.

The app doesn't have an auto-save or draft option. I believe it's the most baseline feature a video creating app should have. It keeps restarting while importing, and all you have done so far will be lost. If this wasn't the case, the app is good, and it has templates you can work with.

Response to developers: my phone is Samsung S23 Ultra. i tried creating a reel by adding videos. it just shows me processing media then nothing. i noticed it only works if im adding photos only. it doesnt create reel if adding videos still im keeping my low rating till u fix this. just taking forever. nothing happens. ive add my media. mostly videos . waiting for 20 min. nothing happens

Templates and UI everything is good except one thing and that after adding medias it says that in order to save videos to my library I need to allow reelsy to access in the settings, like access to all photos but I have given all permissions to it. I'm sorry to say but it's not working that good. So yeah I hope you'll fix this thing.

If you want to gain some stress install this App. So bad App, adding clips then it won't generate the video or it will crash.

Subscribed to premium, was a waste of time using this app. Processing non stop without loading video, using credits with giving results. Definitely not recommended.

You spend your time, add all videos and than this useless trash app forced you to watch advertisements, this money hungry beggar developers makes their money but where is the video? NOTHING, THERE IS NO VIDEO SAVED in gallery, you start again and again NOTHING, its like endless loop, you keep watching ads and nothing this app not working at all, cannot capable of generate video, TRASH DELETED!!
