Very very bad experience, I spent more than 30 mins setting it up and after all step it says your application got rejected due to wrong information, are you aware of my information than me?

Very bad app. Found and reported bugs to technical support, but no action is done. I do not know how this application is related to arab bank. It is not meeting the high standards we used to from arab bank online services. I can't trust this application as a neobank, where features like changing email is not working and changing phone number is not supported with support with bad technical skills and bad follow up.

Every time I try to perform an action on Jawwal Pay, I keep getting pushed to create an account on Reflect. It's a very long and tedious process that has resulted as "incomplete" two times already. The process should be easier and smoother. It seems that other comments are echoing the same thing

Creating account processes are too long and not smooth. I ended the process then told me your information is not correct and crashes several times in between. You cannot call support trough app and on Facebook the page not authorised so you can't trust giving your information... a lot of problems

Update: The Reflect team called me and they were super nice, they listened to all suggestions and took notes for all issues that I'm facing with the app. I had the most satisfying customer service experience that anyone would have, and the guy who was speaking was very interactive. It's nothing new for such a great bank, thank you.

soooo many issues, keeps getting the service is currently not available , i paid for municipality bill and it deducted from my balance, then by chance i discovered that payment didn't go through at the municipality side in addition is very slow. Whenever i report an issue to the support they keep asking to reinstall the application!!! i had to reinstall it many times!! unreliable application, so amateur, not acceptable quality for Fintech app belongs to the biggest bank in the mena region

There was an issue with the app (their fault) that sent money twice from my "reflect" account to another account i have in July 2022. Now, in June 2023, they took the amount without notice! I used the app all year, and my account wasn't negative, so this sudden deduction is unacceptable. It's their system bug, not my fault. They should recognize my rights as a client. I should be informed before deductions for a suitable payment date. Note: The system has errors, users can face the same issue.

Too many bugs, the app is not usable! Arabic translation is showing English locales, but load RTL, login is not working, enabling notifications did not work, and adding a fingerprint crashed the app. Tried to login again using my email, it tried to send a verification code to my number, which never happened! I don't know how a respectful institution like Arab bank spends that much money on marketing but fails to spend correctly on SDEs. That's on FE, i don't want to imagine security bugs!

If I could rate this a zero I would have. I've been trying for over a week to open an account but the approval is still pending. For some odd reason the customer support is run via WhatsApp and it is the worst. Definitely the worst tech support I've had to deal with. It takes ages to connect to a real person and when that happens it takes them ages to respond with a simple question like "what's your name?". It's very vague and not helpful. You're a banking business things should be better.

Not that good,great idea but poor excution, alot buggy for a financial app and takes alot to load while moving around the app, everything requires loading and every thing requires a wallet eventhough i openned a wallet through the app but still havent receive a confirmation yet, spinning wheel keeps telling me there is something wrong try again later, and resets the counter all over without me receveing anything it just shows an error and resets

Weak application.. Long loading times, and many times it won't even load until I close the application and open it again. Today, I was trying to login, but it kept saying "under maintenance" for more than an hour until I uninstalled the application and installed it one more time that it worked. Another issue I faced is when I want to topup my account using card it keeps saying something went wrong. This application still needs a lot of fixing.

First of all, I was excited to pay almost on everything and earn points. But unfortunately, after around a month of usage, it turns out there are lots of critical issues happening, I mention two of them. 1. I used the app to pay an electricity invoice, money got deducted while code number didn't appear as a result of payment. 2. A few days later, I tried to pay my Telephone (paltel) invoice from outside Reflect app, money got deducted while invoice remained open. Technical support is very bad!!

worst customer service they only respond to Whatsapp and they in average take 15 min to respond, plus, many technical issues. If they want to provide a financial service then they should consider instant customer service with phone call for emergencies. I had so many times waiting to buy something or transfer but since they never respond on time I had to cancel my order or feel bad I could not transfer. It's embarrassing how Jawwal and Arab bank are not aware of how poor the customer service is

I suggest that you add a list called Favorites that contains the names most frequently used by the user. 2.Programmers or bank employees must mention in the application or when receiving the card the maximum amount allowed for the monthly transfer. 3.Another suggestion regarding the month's agenda is to show a red circle on the day of sending activity and a green circle when receiving money

Top notch service. Real control over your card. The multi-currency feature is awesome and works as expected, one card for all accounts. Great! Still a username to accept payments from anyone worldwide (with web based page) is needed. Adding support for Google Pay is also a plus. The service is already excellent, but could be much more improved.
