Very bad experience with this app I don't recommend it at all, I made the reservation despite the availability of the reservation on the airline's website and after 24 hr the tickets finished, I didn't received confirmation and my money taken when I called them they didn't answered with logical reasoning And in the end they send an email that the reservation is complete and I have no place If I need to book again should to give them more money, I never recommend them. Very poor customer service.... the response time is too slow....i cancelled a hotel booking thru the app. After 2 days, with call follow ups, the booking is still live in the Hotel system and nothing has been received from rehlat. The response is always, we have forwarded and you will receive a reply... but none.... not worth the trouble.... not using this again....

THE MOST BAD BOOKING application I ever used. Highly not recommended. Not satisfied at all. Made the booking they deducted the money from my account and didn't confirmed the booking after 12 hours of negotiations and 2 hours prior the flight they confirmed the booking with a wrong date. I miss the flight and I had to go back to the hotel. I would not recommend anyone to use this app!

Very bad experience. I requested for the refund. Its been more than 20 days until now I didn't receive my refund. Everytime they're telling its on the process, and I don't know when their processing will end:( When I try to contact the customer service center the call is not reaching. I send a lot of emails, but everytime getting a same response that it's under process

The worst application and Company to deal with...! They did not give me my refund even after 1.5 years. I called them .. I emailed them.. but still they did not respond I booked with them my flight and due to some reason.. I had to cancelled.. And they assured my refund within 30 days.. And still after 1.5 yrs still waiting Edit 1 Dec'24. The below response to my comment was just to look good.. They did not respond to my personal emails.. still waiting. update 24 Aug 25.. still NOT responded

Total scamters. They take your money, and then the next day they send a mail stating that the booking has been cancelled and that the money will be refunded in 3 to 5 days. The irony is that even after 48 days i have not been refunded. Countless mails and calls fall on deaf ears and here i am, still waiting for the money. Don't get lured by their credit card offers either. The moment you apply the offer, the convenient fee will shoot up covering the discount amount. It's a full on scam

One of the worst applications to book your holiday destination. It took them 20+ emails, to realize: oh we took his money and we need to return it. I feel they wanted me to forget about the money so they can add it in their revenue results. Up to this moment there's still amount not returned. Stay away from this app, it unreliable at all and unguranteed!

Really bad experience. At the time of buying ticket amount appeared in payment window was different from the amount deducted from my bank account. Excess amount of Kd 5.6 was deducted from my bank. I have never faced such issues while purchasing air ticket from other online websites. your response to my comment is totally irrelevant. At the time of transaction the amount appeared on payment window was different from what was deducted from my bank account. IT'S TOTALLY UNFAIR TRANSACTION.cheating

Review update. Been past the 30 days of the refund time frame stated by the company staff still no avail. One of the worst experiences booking a flight since 10 years using the same service from other better platforms. Payed for a flight ticket the full amount by credit card. Then they didn't confirm my flight. didn't book my flight from the airlines. Asked for a refund told it will take up to 30 days excluding week ends meaning up to 6 weeks.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this app. Despite their claim of allowing cancellations before the same-day date change, I received no confirmation email after canceling a hotel booking. Customer service initially assured me of a refund, but after two days, they contradicted themselves, stating a non-refund policy in the email. Misleading information and poor service make this app a total scam. I strongly recommend choosing another platform instead of Rehlat.

I have a problem with them , when I make my reservation and pay for the ticket they cut the money but they didn't message or email me the confirmation of myreservation , so I had to go to the airport 5 hours earlier to find out about the reservation , and when I contact them they send me this message ( Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Rehlat Support team. As per the email we check we have not receive the payment from your end,Kindly check the same with your bank,) but I went to the airport whatever and I was informed that my reservation is confirmed , so i boarded the plane . It was my first time travelling with them .

This is a scam stealing mony I booked a reservation, and I chose flights. Then, after paying the money, the app sent me a ticket for another flight cheaper than the one I chose and paid for. When I contacted customer service, they said it would be fixed in 24 hours for the past 4 days. I have been contacting them and the same answer . And didn't take my passport number or ID number for the reservation it isnt professional, and I truly advise everyone to please don't use it( booking no 215670)

I'm one of their victims. The worst tickets booking experience ever! They change and raise the prices as they wish and if you check any other app you'll find no change. The have no idea about customer service. They canceled my tickets due to unexplainable technical error. if you ask for refund, you have 2 options. They will add the money to their wallet or they will torture you. I've got 50:60 working days to get refund. Some others are getting 90 working days. This is completely nonsense!!

One of the worst travel agents and one of the worst applications is a group of scams I booked a hotel with them and they sent me Fake booking confirmation code and after I arrived at the hotel I found out it is fake when I called customer service there is no answer more than 20 times and when they answer only they told me we will refund the amount for you and I did not have a place to stay tonight And after that they offered me to book with them in the same hotel but for the price of 3 times.

Not cheap. These are cheapsters. I wish there was a zero rating option available so I could opt that. Been over 2 months since I requested for a refund and still not processed. Lots of emails sent to their customer service which is also ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. They have a long list of lame excuses to throw at their customers which they use time and again. A big waste of time and money.

So basically they will show you a really good price for a flight.. you will take a long time to input the travellers information and when you want to go to pay they shock you with a "convenience fee" which is approximately 20% of the tickets price... horrible way to treat a future customer... now I know why it got a bad rating... Never will book with them..

Total scam they are, never buy any flight tickets from Rehlat as if you happen to cancel the flight for any reason they are never gonna refund you. It's been 3 months now. I booked a flight but had to cancel it due to the Rehlat apps glitch as its system didn't show the layover. Still, to date, I am waiting to get my refund back, but now they are not even replying to my email, on Facebook they always mention about financial department is working on it but they won't give you any date.

Very bad experience with this travel agency,in the beginning they put a lower price,and after the payment. The hotel said the rate from agency was wrong,and don't confirm the reservation. And I contact the travel agency 5 time,and the hotel send an email to agency. And no one from the agency answer the email. And this app doesn't even want to refund my reservation,and don't give me any book confirmation.

it is a scam App. For airlines, they give you a cheaper price, once you fill all your details and proceed for payment you get this message: "It seems that the flight has been sold out. We tried getting you the last seat available, but it’s gone. Don’t worry; there are other flights available to reach your destination." You try to fill the details again with the same price, and you get the same message. It is a complete waste of time. I will uninstall it!!!!

SCAM ALERT! Do not use! I booked a stay through the app. They charged the full amount right away. After checking the hotel in person I decided to cancel the reservation, two weeks before the deadline for full free cancellation. That was two months ago, still waiting for the refund. I have contacted them many times and they always find excuses not to do anything about it. Just book somewhere else.. these guys are crooks!
