Remote for Smart Samsung TV

App is useless. It wants you to click allow on the TV to connect but I don't have the remote (which is why I downloaded this app) so it won't let me connect to use the app

The app is fine. But they packed ads after each button press. It's unusable. I press to go right to Netflix, for instance, and when I press on Netflix to turn it on, the remote is gone and there's a loud video add for a game or something, then another add, and sometimes I've pressed already, but it thinks I pressed on the add, goes to the add page to start download, it takes longer to get to what you want then going to the store and buying a real remote - which is also cheaper than paying 4 it

This is horribly full of ads that pop up in the middle of looking. Trying to find a movie, 5 ads popped up

Every time I use this app it reverts to ads 2 times before it actually responds to commands. Very frustrating!

I didn't know what to expect when choosing this remote,but,this app is fantastic,smooth operation and allows you to cast your photos,vids etc,download and see for yourself..👍

App is OK. But it is very annoying that I have to manually go through every vendor in "Consent" and disable them so that my personal info isn't shared to third parties. After disabled everything, same pop up showed up after a week. So I had to go through again. I've misclicked in the end and accepted everything by mistake. And there's no way in options to withdraw my consent after this. Fing infuriating. Give option to reject to everyone with one button. And an option to withdraw consent after

Very useless indeed. You need to confirm the connection on TV, but the reason I wanted to use the app is because my remote doesn't work in the beginning.

I like the remote's service but why ooh why!!! Do you put ads in a remote!!!!!!!!😤 my review would have been 5stars but now ads in the middle of controlling your tv! Nevertheless a premium worth 40000 shilings!? Are u just looking for money or why put ads!? On a remote!

This is trash, I have to pay to use this so call free app. Does not change channels or anything goes right to connected devices and when I touch Samsung tv it goes to the Google play store. Fake

I paid to use this app & now it's not functioning properly; I keep getting an 'enter pin' message to connect to my Samsung TV! It didn't do that before. Just stick to Samsung's Smart Things & you'll have better luck.

if you lose your remote or I should say if it stops functioning properly this app is the replacement. If you're not going to pay get used to a lot of ads especially when you try to hit a button to change something

When I try to connect to my TV it says to verify a code but there's no code showing up on my tv. I click maybe later on the app and the circle keeps turning. This app stinks you need the original remote to work this app so what good is it. I'm downloading this app because I don't have the original remote.

So it does work....essentially. echo sentiment that ads can be very burdensome so that you can't easily turn volume up and down without it throwing an ad at you. I paid for a years worth subscription hoping ads would go away, which at least for me, have sadly not gone away. So I would recommend searching for other samsung apps and at least at this time won't renew my subscription.

Like everyone else, this app is constantly interrupted with ads. You can barely adjust the volume without an ad in your face. Also, it constantly disconnects in the middle of any task, or won't connect to the TV at all. This app is terrible! Updated: it got even worse! Now it won't recognize the TV at all.

This is the most disgusting app that you can ever find. This app has so many ads it will not even let you finish doing volume up or down. Can you believe the ad pops up even middle of increase in the volume. Some of these ads are 30 seconds. Guys don't cheat out buy Samsung remote 7 dollars and Amazon it's worth it. This app made me so furious so frustrated I even thought of banging my phone. Thank me for saving your time Thank me for saving your time. 1 second this is the worst possible app.
