I canceled my subscription for this and still got charged for this month. Went in and canceled AGAIN and hopefully do not get charged! I would like a refund. I shouldn't have to cancel a service multiple times.

Customer Service WILL NOT cancel the subscription 😑 Why would FJ design an app that is difficult to navigate ONLY when you are trying to cancel the subscription? This app literally did nothing for me every FJ listing was also listed on INDEED and most applications rerouted to indeed... shady AF. I reached out to customer swrvice last week and requested to PLEASE CANCEL my subscription and they refused! I have no ideahow to cancel and am being swindled here, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED 😞

I'm really glad that I took a chance at just a couple of dollars versus $24 a month. This lacks transparency on education needed for these roles. After spending a couple of days looking at this and going through EVERYTHING you have to offer. None of it applies to me. This is a huge disappointment on several levels.
