This company is a complete and total scam. Unless you live in Brazil they do not have a customer service number. There is no way to quickly contact them. They use bait and switch tactics. Avoid at all costs.

There were some payment issue problems, but customer care guy contacted me and they covered my expenses i didn't purchase. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Renting a car with this people will be a scam. If you see got to rent a car in Cancun you will see how the real provider will ask you way more money for you to get the car you have already paid for. And I am not talking about pennies: 2 days of rental cost more than 2k of deposit of you don't want to buy their rental. It doesn't matter you paid the RentCars insurance, this company will answer you with chatbots and retoric-screw-you answers.

Rentcars gave a cheap rate for Cancun. When I picked up the car, the cost was 2.5x more due to unannounced liability insurance. Then, instead of the SUV I booked, I was given a crappy old sedan. Terrible. / re your response: that is incorrect. If I waived liability insurance, they said I would need to give $3k bond. Rentcars, it is your responsibility to know these things and inform your customers before they agree to hire through you. Also, the SUV thing was basically false advertising.

Scam, don't bother to install. Still waiting for a refund I'll never see. Contacted them, followed their email instructions. They waited until I told them to cacell my rental to draw funds from my card never heard from them again. AVOID THIS!

Had to update app, can't search with different pick up and drop off point, keeps losing the one point as soon as I put in the next one, frustrating!

I suggest you DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The rental company charged more at the time of rental. I did not accept it. The service was not provided. After many unsuccessful calls and in the last one waiting more than 50 minutes to be answered and once again the attendant call stopped, I can only come here and open the eyes of other consumers. I don't know how to solve it. I already believe that I lost my money. The person who I spoke was polite but it's not enough, I still don't have my money.

I have a reservation that needs changes. I actually wanted to add days. I've been waiting 5 days for a response on the app and I've emailed twice and nothing. I basically want to to cancel now, but I'm afraid I won't get my money back. I search for a phone number and cant find one.

You can use the app (fine), you reserve, pay (fine), but when you pick up the car/unit, it's a third party app, you will be stuck at the rental for a while. Not fun. I just want the keys and go.

Absolutely terrible waste of time when speaking to an agent on the app. I have a booking that I wanted to go ahead with. Giving them the number they said prices may fluctuate. I had already booked. This took all morning for them to transfer me to another agent, who asked for all my information again. Absolute waste of time. Telling me I would have to pay more because I was waiting to hear back from the local branch about availability. Don't post cars that are not available, simple.clickbait

They sell car rentals in lower prices where the insurance is not acknowledged by the original car owner, e.g. Hertz. For instance, in Cancun you won't touch any car unless you paid an additional insurance of > 3x of what you already paid or > 2k deposit. Then you will be responded by a noticeable bot chat, claims to the small letter of the contract and in the best case scenario you would be refunded an small fraction of what you paid, not to mention the stress and time wasted. Stay away!

An excellent car rental application where you can find the right car at reasonable prices! I want to note that the salon is always clean, comfortable, well-groomed, care for the client is visible! You can drive regardless of mileage and return the car in another city. The application itself is very easy to navigate and has a clear interface. Definitely recommend using this app!
