This APP used to work great until the most recent update. Now I am unable to remotely access and view my cameras when I'm not on my local network. I tried the suggested response to enable UID, which it has been enabled the whole time, and it did not fix the issue. Something is broken in the new version. The whole point of having a phone app is to remotely view my cameras when I'm not at home. Please fix!

Constantly takes multiple attempts to load live view or alerts. It also records way to late when there is motion detection. Very inconsistent. Frustrating App and camera system when trying to monitor my Vacation home remotely. UPDATE 4/13/24 just as worse as my previous review. It just sent me 3 motion detection alerts and when I TRY to open it to view the camera it just spins the "loading wheel". So aggravating!!!!! Reolink FIX these basic functions or it's going in the Trash and warn others!

App worked great. Installed update and now claims my device is disconnected. Everyone in my house that did not update their apps still have access to the device. If you are going to suggest I contact support, my reply is that you should fix your app or allow for us to revert. A device does not disappear after a software update. Garbage.

On the TrackMix LTE + SP 4G, These cameras are awesome. I have three. There was an issue with the app and infrared sticking in the stay off position while messing ground. Although, when I pressed 'Auto', it was selected. But, it was stuck in the 'Stay Off' mood behind the scene. However, I was able to re-enable the infrared 'Auto' via the Client (on PC); thanks to Reolink support. They were fast and on point with the solution. I look forward to the new app update mentioned.

The “Push Notifications” feature is shutting itself off when app is closed . It appears to be a bug in the app that was introduces back in May 2024. Others are reporting the same problem. This needs to be fixed ASAP! UPDATE: Tech support suggested I uninstall the app and then re-install the app. This seems to have fixed the issue. Kudos to Reolink Tech Support👍

Once you install this app, never update. Settings and features get turned off when you update. Then you must go through every setting to make sure Reolink didn't change things. Where you used to get alerts to thugs, robbers and runaway pets, Reolink turns these alerts off. What's the point in having a security system if you can't get alerts.

Stop disabling each camera notification setting with every app update, it's annoying! Where are "push interval" settings for notifications you have mentioned is coming? Add RICH notifications!! Expensive cloud storage is limited to 8 second clips only! Arlo can do it, I know you can too Reolink! When viewing micro SD card recordings in the app, the video is choppy/laggy, but cloud recordings and live views are fine - even /w great mesh wifi.

Almost never send push alerts which makes the system useless for remote monitoring. Only my doorbell camera works with Alexa. One other shows up but no trigger functions. Edit, I did get push alerts running by opening up all the ports listed. Worked for a day. They however were working for other apps. Maybe a quota is hit by Reolink to Google. Arlo for example works.

I too now have a green screen on 2 separate Android devices running diff versions of Android. Happens when I switch to "clear" for display res in the viewer. Running a wired reolink 4k cam. Also fix the buffering stalls.. and make the app more intuitive instead of so confusing with these icons that don't make any sense half the time.. put names under them. Then there's like three places for "settings" and each has an " advanced" subsection with more settings. Hard to remember where stuff is.

Used to work flawless..not anymore. Now it consistently has issues with playback where it stalls or plays extremely slow and loses sound 6 seconds in. Saving recordings successfully is a miracle if it works. I went from recommending reolink to everyone, to telling people to hold off for an update or look elsewhere. Such a shame their developers can't seem to get it right anymore.

I like the app but recently idk if it had an update or what but I've been having problems downloading from the nvr. If I change the length of a clip and it plays to the end when I download it hangs at 100 percent or close to 100 percent downloaded and won't go any further. I also use to use the 4x fast forwarding speed to go thru big clips but now I'm having to use the 2x speed and it's cutting out parts big parts of the playback even on the 2x fast forwarding setting.

Overall, it has improved quite a bit in a past few years. Unfortunately, with the latest update, the "sound" icon disappeared from the multi-camera view. Can we please have this feature back? It's extremely helpful to be able to view multiple cameras and focus on sound from one of them. Also, all push notification settings were reset to "off" after last update. Thank you.

Hit or miss. I will receive push notifications for a little while and then they stop. When I check my settings, they're still set to on but I get nothing. One time the app was set to remove permissions if not used and when I changed that, the notifications came back, which is stupid because the app is used often so no permissions should have been removed. Now that setting is still off and my notifications are on but I'm getting nothing. Very frustrating. When the notifications do work,it's great

Mostly this app works well. I do find that it will randomly turn off push notifications in app by itself though. I get notifications many times throughout the day and every once in a while I'll realize I haven't had any notifications in a while and go to check the app. My phone is still allowing notifications but for some reason the notifications in app have turned themselves off. I can confidently say this is not a setting I changed.

Well, this was working fine until recently. Something has changed. Now, I'm unable to connect remotely unless my phone is connected to the local system via local wifi. As soon as I disconnect from local wifi, bam, it's gone. I can't even view it from other wifi connections. Very useless now. Definitely was a 5 star rating. Now I'll give it a 1

This app was working excellent at first. I don't know what happened, but now all of my cameras have a big black square box above the live view feed to where you can barely see anything. I to be able to see the whole live view feed on all of my cameras. Now I barely see half. Whatever yall did to the app, please revert back to the old version if it was updated. Not to mention, every time you go to the Reolink support center, all you ever get support from is an MF annoying Reolink Bot.

Every new update breaks something different, but this last one was a doozy. Push notifications don't notify, motion detect isn't detecting, the thumbnails are suddenly blank, grey squares, the picture is blurry again. I have 2 different models of RL cameras, one is hardwired one is not, and they both started having issues immediately following the updates, clearly I am not the only one as both this page and the subreddit indicate. I have a crazy stalker and this is leaving me vulnerable.

Really disappointing on the Android app as of about a month ago. Was working great but now it buffers skips or just won't stream, It freezes stalls. Even record is slow on playback. missing some segments. Works better on the Dell computer but still slow between seconds. I've tried all the suggestions I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. NVR 4 camera. Reset the modem speed test on network ✅ looks like others are having the same difficulties.

The live feed is generally good. However, the playback and storage features suck. Sometimes they work, and often they don't. I get messages that there were no videos recorded for the month, when I just watched recorded videos on it the day before. Or, the playback will just pause in the middle of playing and then just spin and completely stop. I use these cameras to monitor my seizure dog, and they've been extremely unreliable. I will be looking elsewhere for something that consistently works.

So, I thought this app was good, worked great for a while. But now after the sound stopped working on the camera from the app, and other strange popups started, the email support is saying that I'd have to download some stuff on to a desktop in order to update it? Shouldn't your developers be creating updates for the app that we add here? Instead of having to use a desktop to do it? Makes no sense. There's new bugs from this year that suddenly came up and have not been fixed.
