I'm not very happy..you update and then want me to pay to continue..it says that if you reach level 40 you can continue...I cant go back to check what level I was on the only option is to pay..not cool.

This game was super... but the problem is sometimes some ads was come... I am so iritare so this is the problem but this game is really amazing. .....

Uninstalled. Ads pop up in the middle of a level causing the level to fail. Fix this and ill reinstall.

Please remove the ads from the play button. U can put at the other side but please do not put the ads at the play button. So i uninstall this game. Waste my time because cannot press the play button!!!

a lot of unnecessary permission requested and to read the review that there are a lot of ads. Good thing I never pressed to permit permission for this game. Geez, we came here to play not to view ads.

Ads pop up, but rewards are not given. Upgrades are never completed. It could have been a great game, if it hadn't been so poorly designed.

Can't play it fully because it is stretched across my screen to the point where I can't click on upgrades around the edges...... Might try it again if you can fix that.

Ok game but you have to start spending $$$ pretty early in the game. Ps the free coins button does nothing.

Just completed level 4, but so far, it's good. My only complaint at this point is that sometimes I have to tap the garbage bag multiple times before she'll pick it up. Not a huge deal right now.

If you are asking me about my experience, then I'm honestly telling that this game is very different game than other games. I just fell in love with this game and I never get bored aying this game. It gives me an excited feeling. You should know that this is an excellent game for beginners so I am suggesting you to install this games in your device and you too will experience just like me. I have a small request that you should install this game on your device and enjoy, have a good experience.

No way to upgrade everything do to inability to scroll over to upgradable items in game. Upgrades are off screen for some reason. Out of reach and it wont let you scroll on screen to get to them.

This game hates me. Walkthroughs should be optional this is so freaking annoying. The game has it's own agenda, you can't even turn off the horrible music if you want to.

I agree with the reviews stating that the game is too wide for the screen so updates cannot be done and suitcases get "lost". But it does not seem anyone from the developers side cares because they do nothing about it. Please tell me what are the gems used for? Or is that only needed in following levels which I cannot access since I cannot upgrade all areas so I am stuck .... Corona lockdowns does not help I would like to play the game please?

It was the worst the ad keeps getting in the way of the play button,so every time I try to play I have to click the ad and sometimes the ad doesn't go away.I tried rotating my phone to move the ad away or at least be able to click the playbutton,but I have to restart just to play a single game.Don't play this game if you don't like to wait for the ad before you can play.I,myself is fine with the ads there but if it gets in the way of my playbutton though out a game is a problem,please get it fix

I like hotel games but this one is irritating. Customers have very little patience, the character walks so slowly, she doesn't pick up half of what i tell her to. It's beyond frustrating. Not to mention, I've played levels 15, 16, and 17 at least 10 times and never get more than one star regardless of how much money i make. It makes no sense.

Hi there. I love this game but have just unlocked the beach resort hotel and found that the screen doesn't fit wide enough to pick up half the suitcases! I have a Samsung S8 and I know it's not the phone screen that's too small. Is there any way you could please zoom the game picture in slightly so I can see all the guests suitcases please? If there's any way this could be done in an update, it would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Rebecca. Anyone else experiencing this problem?!

Fun game. Please add a "zoom out" function - the bottom of the screen is cut-off, making it hard to pick up bags, and impossible to purchase certain upgrades. It would also be helpful to be able to double-click stations so that I can check out a customer & pick up trash simultaneously. Or pick up 2 of the same item.

Great game. I went to play it again today but there is a small add at the bottom of the screen and it hides the play button after you upgrade. So until it's moved back to the top of the screen where it was out the way, the game can't play. Please fix or I will have to uninstall. That's why there is only 4 stars. Some adds make it hard.
