i love this game so much but it's so hard to get diamonds, all the stuff need a diamond for it to level up after i opened the 4 hotels the coins are unused because all the stuff need diamond to level up. it's so annoying and tiring because I need to play for an hours or so! to get diamonds just to level up the stuff please make the coins useful then the diamonds... Thank you! 🙂🙂🙂🙂

I am in love with this game though there are so many ads but the contents and the graphics is very good and easy. And in return the coins we get is so nice 🙂 but they should develop more food items to serve. Otherwise the game is really exciting and interesting

It is very addicting but it was so addicting that I made a $50 purchase and didn't realize I was close to the end of the game so I was disappointed in that but then I hit start new career figuring I could just use my gems in a new career and they all disappeared! I tried to find a way to email them but I don't see it. I want a FULL refund, contact me!

It's a good concept, but the coins are meaningless once you reach a certain level. At least add a way to convert coins into gems. If all items after a certain level are only upgradable with gems, what's the point of earning higher coin profits and increasing our xp! Please look into it...

Great game, but huge errors with Level and Money amount. Each and every time I play, money and level got decreased. I was in level 29, and the next time when I turn the game on, I am at level 3. This happens a lot of times and is becoming frustrating!!

It's fun. Just a lot of ads, it's slow sometimes, freezes here and there. I just don't like how you can collect as many coins and not spend them on anything. But it takes forever to collect gems (which are what you have to spend most everything on.

The game is alright and the graphics could be improved. However, the game controls have much to be improved upon. I had to click on the button several times before it responded. That sort of lag that's not good for a time management game.

I used to love this game. It's now irritating. Three good times, I advanced very far in the game and then I switched on my data and it automatically reset and I lose my money, rubies and XP. I thought it was my fault the first two times. I restarted the game, and guess what?, it just happened again. I'm soooo done with this mess up

game and concept are good, yet giving only 3 stars coz, its easy to earn money but difficult to earn gems. it makes sense in the beginning but later on, you need gems more & there is absolutely no need for money. it just keeps accumulating unnecessarily. you cant invest it in new resort anymore or not even exchange it for gems. it becomes pointless to even increase price of items as it doesn't help in the gameplay in anyway. either make gems easier to get or create more use for money.

to unlock 1 area it took tooo many level to pass thats exhausting!! And it needs a lot of coins/gems to just upgrade simple things, which is not equivalent to how hard it is to collect those coins/gems. so basically every coins/gems we collected in winning each level is only to be spent for those upgrades, so players are left with very little amount of gems in the end thats it so hard to get thru each area/chapter

good game but have opened all 4 hotel resorts will there be any more to open? 2 of witch are 100% complete now so can't do no more on them as everything is upgraded to fullest. also got loads of money and nothing to spend it on as everything that needs upgrading needs to be dimones and there not very easy to get. but do enjoy the game could be Bit better doe

Overall,the game is great but recently i saved my progress only to find out my level 37 indication dropped to level 19 therefore plummeting my profits and changing the way the game works for me,back to square 1.If i desire to continue the game,i would need to work with the drastic change in profits.Keep in mind that the change was not indeed small,it was around a 10 coin loss on the profit from each product sold in the resort. Hopefully expecting the developers to patch this work soon.

It's a fun game to play. I especially appreciate that you don't have to use wifi/data for it. Recently, though, a lot of the hotels I updated have reverted for no apparent reason - one station completely uninstalled, entire hotels went from completely updated to just level 4, etc. I would be more upset if I had used actual money to get the gems to update, but thankfully I just played for my gems.

I absolutely hate this game now 😫😫 I had about 1300 diamonds .But after opening this app after 3 days it came down to 113 diamonds even if I did not make any updates ðŸ˜ðŸ˜¤ðŸ˜¤ðŸ˜¤.Please this bug then I give it star rating again

Don't download this game i repeat DON'T PRESS DOWNLOAD!!! so i decided to download resort Tycoon AGAIN!!! The game keeps on asking for reviews i didn't want to give any yet till i was sure that there wasn't any issue that's how I earned up to a thousand germs and just to leave the game to reply a message my germs reduced to 300 if it was so easy to gain them honestly no p but it isn't and I'm so angry I'm done with the game mtchewww

Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because 1. Everything turns into a gem upgrade room, equipment etc. (so far as I've played) 2. Unless you want to spend real $ it takes soo long to do the Gem upgrades (and there is quite a few & they get expensive quick) cause you only get a few gems for each lvl completed. You can watch a few ads to get 10 free gems per watched ad, but with upgrade costs it takes roughly 10 videos to get anywhere close to upgrades. And 3 you have to pay real $ to get the cart upgrade

Ok! This game is ok but the only problem is after we earn lots of coins and gems and levels we played if we leave the game it is all gone like seriously why this happened with me every time I make 5000 coins to buy a new resort the very next second the coins , gems and level are all clear FIX IT NOW I remember I had 900 gems how long it would have taken me to collect that it all just reduced too 100 it is NOT bearable this game neither have updating option I cant even delete it #FIX IT NOW

This could be the worst gameplay I ever experienced. Everytime I achieved something good and planned to progress further, the next opening of the game would show up certain rewards and when it was claimed my game set to lower state where I just started. From 30 level to 2 again? I mean how long I have to restart again and again? Is this a kind of joke? It happened everytime and too wasteful of time and energy. Couldn't give zero stars so one for this ridiculous experience. Not playing again.

Decided (after years) to rate the game, gave 5 *s because its advertisements aren't forced, barely notice in game app purchase options, and again I've come back to this game several times over over the course of years. It's not pay to win it does get stale after a while but uninstall and come back later and get to do everything all over again ;-) love this game and hope others will see it as well.
