This app is great! I had more fun making videos and sharing with friends and family with the free version, that I easily purchased the lifetime version! New songs are always being added. Some photos of pets can be used but not all will work right. Sometimes the song selected will not be the one that is correct but just go back and select again. Person selection doesn't always give the placement number, just highlighted frame, trial/retrial. Animations for face/mouth are phenomenal!!!

App requires subscription and payment to use. I'm prompted to select a song, then a picture. Once i select a picture, I'm immediately taken to the "Pay for the Pro Version" ad. I try to cancel out, but I'm taken directly back and prompted to pick a picture. I select the photo, then rinse and repeat - there's no way to go further without paying a fee.

Super fun app. Just one bug. When doing a lip sync, if you click the done button the video does not save it just takes you back to the previous screen. So I have to remember not to click done and instead share it to Google photos where I can then go and download it. The workaround works, but it's a pain. Wish I could just click done and have it saved to my gallery like it does with the songs.

This is a truly amazing app. I love how incredibly well it works, and can animate even blurry photos with an amazing result. I just have one issue... when you try the lipsync feature, the faces just frown by default. They match your words well, but the expression never changes and all they do is frown. It doesn't seem to matter your tone or pitch; the photos simply frown. Beyond that, using any of the program's clips has a super cool result. We all need to be supporting this developer.

This app is hilarious. Really well done. Only annoyance is when using duets or group shots it can be very difficult to accurately assign who is singing which part. Would love to see that improved in the next release. Also, wouldn't hurt to have a short tutorial on how to take the most ideal shots for realistic animation. Would also like to see more cultural references and famous movie quotes.

Worthless. Can't find faces, ads, ads, ads, buy premium, won't preview... Uninstalling asap. The biggest issue was that on none of the images I gave it, it couldn't find a face. There were faces all over, but it kept saying it couldn't find a face. Then finally in one image it seemed to find a face, but never let me see a preview or anything. They had an ad for their premium service, which I closed and maybe that's why.

It would be a DEFINITE 5-STAR but you can never get it to work without jumping through a bunch of hurdles. As after you open the app you then have to turn WiFi off for the entire app to load and then to do the lip sync sometimes you have to flip back and forth turning WiFi off and on. It's a major headache. Even then it doesn't always work. But when/if you can actually use the app it's the best I've ever used. But that's a big "IF". Long time subscriber but not sure for how much longer.

Not free. Looks like other people are talking about "free" version but I try it, the results are hilarious. I click continue and hit a pay wall immediately with no option to save. After I dismiss the pay wall I'm on a lipsyc screen, my recording is gone and nowhere do I see how to get to my trial animation nor create a new animation. Too bad. Because sharing a free clip might have brought you some business. --- Updated review pending based on the response from Revive. Thank you.

Can't I explore it a bit before being forced to make a purchase? Leave a watermark or limit it. That's fine. Once up download you get to pick a photo and one song choice. What songs are in you lib? Making a $3 or $30 purchase without being able to see what it can do is fools play. You might have a great product, or not. Give me some latitude. Uninstalled once and reinstalled to still get a very very limited choice. I guess that's how you make money, not customers. Charge and see what sticks?

I've been a ReFace subscribed user for several years. Then all the features were removed and a new app was made, Revive AI: Face Photo Animator. That said, I've been trying to use the new Revive AI app and am so very frustrated with the long ads. I can't try out anything. Within the first 3 minutes, my frustration level of the app with ads hits an all time high. Sheesh. I don't get it. Reface was an awesome app and now it is stripped of all its functionality and replaced with barely operation AI

I originally gave this app 5 stars. I am dropping it to 4 stars because of the following: 1. I paid for the pro version since I was having a blast with it! After trying different songs a few times the audio and title list do not match up. When selecting a song such as " Sitting on the Dock of the Bay ", " Tom's Diner " starts playing. This happens to ALL titles and then, it unscrambles itself the next day. Please fix this issue and I'll change the rating to 5 stars.

There is no free version. I watched the ads but it just starts over again unless I put in my credit card. I can sort of see the very blurry animation behind the credit card request. If you don't want to pay, don't bother installing. Update: watermark? No, the entire animation is completely blurred out with choices of what paid version you want in order to actually see it written all over it from top to bottom. If you continue without choosing or just x out, it just starts all over.

It's a cool concept, but has bugs. It doesn't do well with someone wearing a hat; if the person in the picture is smiling with teeth showing, it gives a messed up mouth; a lot of the animations have a bobblehead effect which is annoying. I was enjoying the free version (don't mind the ads) but it quit giving the free animations and is requiring a subscription. I'm on a VERY limited income and can't afford it. Also, if I *were* to do the "lifetime" subscription, does it transfer to other devices?

The app is pretty good, but there are no options to control the animations. This app needs a simple option to slightly delay the animation, when multiple faces are selected, to make it look more realistic. The app prompts me to select the "animation order". What does "animation order" do? All the faces are perfectly synchronized, and this looks robotic.

The ads for the free version are very annoying. The actions to dismiss them are too small (constantly fat finger to install which I feel is intentional). Also, sometimes I had to get through the ads unnecessarily in order to change the pic, but that's probably because the app is not very intuitive initially. I did get better the more I used it. The facial recognition and expressions are pretty good, I must admit. I couldn't stop trying different combinations, so definitely addictive!

Great idea. Poor execution. The rendering is blurry and incorrectly synked. The selection of what is moving is disjointed from them rest of the photo and looks Obviously disjointed from the rest of the photo Some are so that it looked way way off and disturbing to watch. Providing a way to manually outline what you want moving would be one speak improvement.

Much better than it's been now. The only bummer is not a lot of 3 and 4 person songs. The one they had, Kool & The Gang "Celebrate good times come on" has 3 faces which was fine and worked for 4 or 5 person pictures but I just tried it again on a 5 person...same song, but only 2 faces can animate now instead of all the faces in the picture and only 3 selections as to what those 2 faces do. Definitely need more songs and animations for multiple person jive and lipsync or anything else movies

Just like most of the other users I downloaded to try the free ad supported version. The free ad supported version either doesn't exist or its impossible to get to. I've read all the dev responses about there being an ad supported version but when called out on it they just seem to double down on their reply. Either it's broke or a scam. Either way don't waste you're time. At least not until some serious issues are resolved.

The versions of the songs that you have to use are kind of weird, covers of songs that you know. The mouth and face gestures only work with photos that are posed correctly. The gestures often don't completely sink up. I was forced to pay for a month with no trial in order to even try out the app.

I loved the app; however I fault them for making it a little annoying to cancel it! I paused my subscription and decided I wanted to cancel the membership and I'm going around in circles. There should be a simple button to cancel -- but no. If you have paused you membership it looks like I will be billed the Monthly fee around May 1st and then I can cancel? wow, how much extra income to you make by doing this? I will look further but I cannot find a place to cancel. Ty I called Google,it's done
