Edit: All sorted. It looks like glitch during document approval process. I just tried to log in. Application got stuck in a loop of taking selfies and passcodes.

When it works it's OK. Problem is that they always ask for all kinds of documents, even more things than a real bank. Like one has to constantly prove not being some delinquent. With a bank once the account is set up and running, everything just works. Here, after 20 days they again start a verification process and if you don't pass they block the money. The good part of this service is that they have a very good exchange rate, but it's kind of risky because if potential locking.

Appalling application. Got stuck in an endless cycle of facial recognition, entering passcode, and verification code, all overwriting each other until I got logged out and was unable to make an important payment. Useless app

When I issued the Buisness card I got it as a personal card and registered for my address and after talking with the support they say they cannot put thr business card to the company billing address so I only wasted my time here as if you opened a personal account with personal bank card. Unfortunately many websites refuses to accept the payment method if it is related to a business and billing address is not the business billing address. Not a convenient solution for businesses in my opinion

Google login option doesnt work, but still is offered. Old password doesnt work, when trying to reset it resets passcode jnstead of password. After that it requires face photo, gives an error to choose another passcode and restarts all the process again. Tried to login 5 times today, 0 success.

I opened an account a week ago and still can't log in to the app. I've been in contact with support this entire time and they constantly assure me that they are working on the issue, but there has been zero progress.

Love this app so convenient and easy to use have been an active happy customer for more then a year now.... both with business and personal accounts! Business is great and made easy for me and my team . Keep up the good work revolut and keep growing and advancing!!

So far perfect experience. I am giving 4 stars only because they dont let me use merchant account as further proof needed. And the proof they need i am going to collect it after a year, since my business is brand new. I wish they were more flexible on this and would start my business with them with no limitations.

It's the first time I've used a banking app that seems to be focused on the user and the business, rather than just the bank. Like any app it will take a little while to learn how to navigate around it but mostly seems very intuitive.

Extremely buggy: cannot even log in - App asks for username and pwd - all good so far - Then, it asks to set up a 4 digit PIN - but it says my PIN in invalid - At the same time, it will try to send a 6digit code to my phone number, while asking for a selfie. The app modals for selfie, 4digit PIN and 6digit PINs are overlapping each other, making it impossible to enter the 6digit PIN. - After 3 attempts to take a selfie, App says that I've exceeded the 2FA attempts and I must wait for longer.

Certain routine account updates (like changing your name) automatically freeze your account for up to 72 hours and no one tells you in advance. It's impossible to get full documentation about fee structures. Most aspects of my experience with Revolut were confusing or frustrating, including the end, when they terminated the accounts of all freelancers with less than a month's notice.

Changed my mind. They charged me for annual subscription today without giving advance notice. Refused to refund it. Also I learned they kept charging me for a feature I never used, it activated by itself. Refused to refund that too. So I deleted my account today even though I still had subscription plan till April 2025. Cause I do not like to be scammed. Revolut scammed me. Hope you choke on these 228 plus change euros you made from me today.

Great app and perfect in many ways. Except that it doesnt sync with Xero properly. You almost never require CS, but when you do its hard to get a person on help, and again they haven't been able to sort out Xero.

I had no end of trouble closing this account. After months of pain involving numerous emails, unresolved support chats and complaints, I eventually found someone prepared to actually help by terminating the account again but properly. The app might be ok. I only installed it to try closing the account.. Revolut failed to reset my password & pin multiple time so I never actually managed to login. I've still got a personal account but am very glad to have dropped the business fiasco.

Pathetic. Been logging on for weeks in browser with no issue. Today it decides I need to log in via app for verification. Stuck in endless loop of taking selfie. Entering passcorde. Verifying via email. Getting sent text with code. Being asked for another selfie before code is able to be entered. Now locked out.

The app works as it works. I only use the basic features. The dark side, the support is low, e.g. writes replies in 10-15 mins in the chat, which are not answers just canned texts. And that's a rather big problem when you suddenly can't log in and you have some of your money available only by the app (even the web client only works by validating via the mobile app). As others recommended, use it only for some small functions, don't keep money on it. -And the usual canned reply arrived also here.

App is fine usually, but currently shocking for those that have multiple business accounts. Support were really unhelpful the first time and thought it is acceptable to uninstall the whole app each time you want to log into a different business account. The second time I contacted support to see if there was anything I could do, they didn't listen to my issue and threw the rule book at me. Result is I am moving my accounts to Monzo instead.

Great feature set if it worked, which it doesn't. Almost every time I open it, it's a different bug or some new clunkiness in trying to do the most simple of actions.

I have the same issue as the other guy on an infinite loop of selfie taking. I'm also getting password reset sms as part of this loop which I'm absolutely not trying to do, either. I know the web app rocks, so still 4 stars for benefit of doubt but -1 for onboarding. Would love asst.

When it works is fine. It breaks down often with unhelpful error messages. Like trying to login and saying: we seem to have issues at the moment try again later. Old versions don't have backwards compatibility. You have to search for app updates manually when things don't work. The app doesn't show any indication why auth or other features fail.
