Very Disappointed with Very Bad Experience I thought this remittance platform can be trusted and thinking it is a safe platform. BUT I was very wrong, they could not provide you a clear, safer document as to where your money transfer goes. I lost my hard-earned money, waited for a very long time reaching out to them BUT they are not willing to help and to give your money back. No immediate reply, if they reply only programmable messages, always unhelpful and very disappointing. Beware, guys.

At first, the transactions were very fast. But after sometime, even help services were disappointing, I know that you have to finish every line of your script but I think it is also wise to answer not only base on the script that you are holding. Not only repeating the same sentence every now and then. If you aren't sure then it is far more better to honestly say, you would try to check everything again and go back with the customer. So disappointed today.

The activation takes a long period of time than the usual. Also, the app starts very slow. So much documents they require before activation which is so burdensome. Customer service does not take time to understand the concern. They did not even ask questions about the issue and just dismiss the conversation and might have marked it as resolved. This is my second time I encountered this kind of way of resolving the issue.

Very good app although logging in with a fingerprint is not yet efficient on my phone like when am using other bank apps

The app is nice, but transfer is very very slow. Other Apps take less than a minute to confirm transactions (depending on the network though), especially with mobile money transfers to Ghana. I think you guys need to really work on your delivery systems. This is not the first time. I've had more than 3 different transactions and it has always been like that. A very poor way of doing business.

This is the worst app which I have ever seen in my life. Even though the account number is wrong they make transaction😂. When I ask for the details they keep asking me show beneficiary transactions, even though I showed beneficiary transactions, They said 2 months. It's been more than 2 months, but again they ask me the same and story repeats. Don't use this app. I don't recommend anyone to my friends.

I love using Rewire since they charge you with a very low processing fee. It offers a fast and safe transaction. What I don't like about the Rewire app is that, there are times that it will take a while to open and gets stuck on the loading screen. I had to restart my phone. But other than that, service is very good.

Main problem is, We can only do payment through the card. Can't see any reason why can't we pay through online banking, trustly etc... Many of my office mates switched over to transferwise only because of this. We have spending limits on our cards. So, if developers gives more options, that would be great. I can also refer this apps to my colleagues. Thanks.

I have a bad experience with this app. I have tried to do a transaction and the amount got deducted from my account. The transaction got cancelled due to some errors but the amount still not processed back. It's been almost 30 days and I keep calling the customer service. Fed up with sharing of screen shots and bank statements. Worst experience. I think, once i get the refund, better to close the account with Rewire. I won't suggest this service to other people.

Cons: Crash often, UI can be improved very difficult to access settings (very few options) and have control of your own account, the app is super slow sometimes. Pros: real time exchanging rate, super fast international money transfer(usually within 5mins to arrive) except for the EU(where I live), moderate cost(deposit fees and handling fees) , top tier!​

Bad service. We have to enter the app four or five times to send money, at least the amount is not shown. I am not happy about this.

I prefer and can only use the previous platform. Rewire has allowed me to continue using the old platform. kudos to Rewire for being a great company.

Rewire is by far the best app to send money internationally. Extremely good rates( better than all the other apps I know). Transfer time is like the speed of light. Super fast. Everyone deserves Rewire. Keep it up

my cash money is safe with rewire.it delivers promptly and smooth.easily also to connect with rewire incase you've encountered problems.the staffs are approachable and comfortable to talk anything regarding rewire.the charges and exchange rates also are reasonable and affordable. it's the most convenient for one of their tie up which is superpharm is located everywhere and it's open in shabath. WITH REWIRE YOU AND YOUR MONEY IS IN RIGHT DIRECTION AND IN PEACE OF MIND!

successfully transferred 5k usd without fees from either side. the app is nice to use, and the whatsapp + email support is very good. they lie in their website about no hidden margin on exchange rate, since it is noticeably higher than real rate, however, it is still competitive and much better rates than typical bank. also my debit card didnt work which is a shame, but you get cash back on wire deposits. this app is a huge win! easily saved me 50-100 dollars.
