The application and feature is good but there is a problem in navigation. It do some time lost net work during navigation at that moment as a driver you will be confused on where to locate. Secondly there is change in economics in the country,cost of buying fuel has increased there for increase in price per kilometers should also increase. Thirdly,cost of maintenance of cars has also increase. Rida need to increas fear charges. Thank you

A lot needs to be improved about the app. The notification tone is terrible. You guys need to get something more mild as the notification tone. The voice over should be completely eliminated as its very unnecessary. The app appears so stubborn. Distrupts all you may have been doing on the phone before the notification comes. Customer (passengers) shouldn't be allowed absolute right to drop prices as lower as they wish. There should be a borderline btwn what price passenger can set and cannot

I LOVE the Rida driver app but I couldn't make use of it because of the map and also the light in the background always went off, if you received a trip or you want to go for pickup and the background light continue going off and at the same time you are trying to put it on, it will get to a point you will be feed up. Please kindly work on that and the app map to make it more easier.

This App is the most Boring driving app ever. The interface is 0%, the Map is nothing to write about the sounds are annoying. Everything thing about this App is so so annoying. Please you guys should try and improve your app interface. It's unfriendly and the noise or the request incoming sound is Annoying, please try and upgrade your app, map and interface. If you need advice on how this app should work, I can assist. Thanks

The app upgrade is a welcome development....suffice to say, the former seemed to be more user friendly than the latter. Orders gets cancelled/disappear upon notification giving the drivers little room to see pickup and dropoff locations, talk more of offering your own price.. Furthermore, drivers offer range should be increased/reviewed considering the following i. The current fuel price due to subsidy removal ii. The distance to pickup location Please do not make drivers run from you. Thank you

Why can't a drive acess customer care but rider can that shows the company don't care about the drivers everytime I reach the limit recharging my account becomes the hardest task in the world this is very annoying if your app is still in test mode don't put it here

I thought I could give the app a come back but I was wrong. The trip sound is very annoying, I down played that but to top-up my account is now the most impossible thing because of some error, and I can't go online again because of the same error message, I can't chat support because of another error, it's just frustrating, I'll just give myself rest until the bugs and errors are fixed

Recently, the app functionality has improved alot. But there is still alot to be improved on.. like: * Limit to Pickup distance. * Destination settings to help drivers in a defined movement. * Trip fares. * No means of contacting the passenger after ending a trip in case of anything* App is too buggy and heavy and drains battery fast.

The old version was a lot better than this one, even though it required an improvement. So many unecessary, buggy features that mbloats the app and makes it drag. There's absolutely no need for voice notifications about order cancellations or acceptance. I prefer it light, fast and simple. I think the annoying order ringtone should be changed to a softer one, similar to indrive's.

rida driver really has the Interest of the Driver and Vehicle at heart alot they protect their ridas alot Driver Friendly app. I just wish i get Inter state trips for myself and Vehicle

Nice and better paying app to use but hangs a lot and slows down phone functionality. App needs to be improved so the least version of an android phone could run it smoothly. Hangs a lot and it's annoying

Other Than Stating The Obvious (Fuel Price And Vehicle Maintenance) I Think Rida Is A Very Good Deal And Can Be Better If The Developers Can Work On The App To Be Able To Properly Judge Distance And Work On A Radius To The Nearest Drivers. There's No Point Giving Orders That No Driver Can Reach Because Of The Insane Distance Of The Passenger To The Driver, Which Can Also Be Very Distracting. Since Nothing Is Perfect And More Because Of All The Issues Already Eloquently Stated, I'll Give A 3 Star

The most useless e-hailing app in existence. Apparently the devs don't listen to user reviews. 1. The voice over sound is annoying, interfering & very intrusive. I don't need a bot telling me "order has been cancelled," every time I skip or decline a ride. Get rid of it completely or at least put an option to turn it ON & OFF in the settings. 2. Trip distance is still sometimes longer than app initially showed. 3. I can't freely set custom price. 4. Your notification tone is absolutely annoying.

rida makes senses, but pls you can do something about your notification or ring tone it's not cool at all. I literally needed to get another phone specially for app and was put in completely silent 🔕. the noise can wake devil!! Hello Rida, the recent update is a complete mess, can't tap on the location or destination to navigate. work on that. all the best.

I can't update my vehicle details. I just changed my car and no option to update. Why? Pls inform riders that drivers would not go beyond destination pin, so they should ensure the right address is pinned. Additional charges to additional distance. People living in traffic prone areas like Lekki, Ikeja, Ojota, should pay more...it's most times a waste of fuel and trip time
