Code requesting is tiresome and hectic since you've to try 3 or 4 days to get the 3 digit SMS number. needs to be fixed to make more drivers available for the job. except that it's perfect opportunity for the ride user and also driver.

I don't think all passengers are using their apps with the required knowhow.They are giving us a hard time! Sometimes pickups are far far away from where stationed.EXAMPLE today while stationed @4killo job offered to pick client from Yeka subcity admin. office. Its a good app. I hope it will improve and get much better!

As a driver using this app, 1) It would be much easier if the app uses traffic flow directions besides proximity for certain locations of higher inconvenience like interchanges, roadways separated by railways routes, etc...

it is not as latest as other applications.It doesn't have cancellation option.I mean when ever the driver wants to cancel the trip it doesn't give options why s/he wants to cancel.And it has some other limitation too.It has to be well developed and optional.

While driving, the car indicator moves opposite direction and we have to rotate our phone to get the correct route. Offline Apps like; MAPS.ME & Sygic shows you the exact route rotating automatically towards driving directions. So, you should work hard to make the App (automobile cursor) to locate towards the driving direction.

I really dont the reason behind,since i start using this application i didnot face the problem as today. What i can to get the confermation number on the cell phone number i already using but face difficulty to fix,thus try you fix it or back as the older one untill this one is fully functioning.Also please dont complicate things just make it easy for all the end users. Once again am tired of receiving "you are not receiving a new job" massage every time.

I appriciate your efforts on upgrading the app and the systems.but to inform you that about the problem faces me on the app It always takes me around ministry of Innovations. I was informing this problem for the office and they told me that I have to update the app but that is not the problem it didn't gives me a solution! I am the one who checks for the update while released new!so please check this problem by asking additional info from other drivers!

It's nice. But if additional features added,like: informing drivers their driving status and giving feedback for better diving based on their ride history's, will make ride prferable in the future as well.

I've got it as a nice app... But the problem i see is it brought a notification which says your time is incorrect but the actual time on the phone was the same as the app says to edit again....... So try to fix this problem. Overall its very nice app

Yesterday, I got a job request (as a driver), I accepted. Then tried to call the customer - the phone number was invalid and I got a voice message of Tele that "this number is unknown". As per RIDE'S daily message advises, I called the Support Team of RIDE. It was quick to get in touch! But, I was told I was asked for help in car tyre change (which I didn't sign up for with RIDE). I told the her I didn't give service and I didn't on my agreements. She told me quickly that "If you didn't, Cancel

Ride service is good.Created job opportunity to many. However, Safety is becoming a big issue for drivers and we are observing drivers are losing lives.Which is soo painful ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. I highly advice Ride office to work more on drivers safety!! As an advice, i suggest all ride cars to have a video/camera in their car so that pictures are automatically taken during pickup and dropoff also is recorded in Ride office. This way passangers will not dare to attack drivers since there image is captured.

As a Ride driver, I rate this app as excellent. However the navagation direction is reverse and makes my job a bit complicated. I tried to update and repeatedly calibrate my google map as a solution, but it didn't work.

It's a good app. But you have to fix the indicator of location... And it's reversed .. And finally when we navigate with G map it's locates another area. Make it easy to user's by adding more optional ringtones.... Thanks for every thing.

This app is one of the best apps I know. However, the color you have recently changed, the yellow color, doesn't have good contrast against the white background. The black one was better. Please consider it during the next update. Thank you.

Still need improvement. The map moves backward,unable to rotate map,deviation from exact location is too much.do u hv a phone that i can call n discuss with u.I don't think its my phone problem, I use Samsung S7 edge with android version 8.0 and google maps work perfectly. I also ask some of my friends and they have same issue.

Try to limit its network dependency of this app. If a network isnt available at the starting point or the drop off, let the driver be able to either start or finish his/her work without delaying the customer or him/herself by letting the app keep records and storing data. And as soon as network is available, the app should share or send the data to "Ride" automatically. If this issue isnt solved now before later, it'll keep disrupting the flow of the drivers with there work and customer's time.

I see two problems. 1. The route navigation icon(which represents the drivers car) is very small and should be enlarged. Besides, the map directs only to the North and it shows the opposit way when you travel to South and other directions. It should be alligned to the direction of the driver so that everybody understand which way he is travelling and to which direction to make a turn. 2. It doesnt support starting by your self when a costomer comes directly to the driver without contact center.

Sorry this days I am not sure that the application is not working properly.I drive long distance with v big traffic.my counting prices is more less than, even the fuel that I spent it.I am feeling that I am working for nothing ! ! .

This app is fine, looks Good but it has issue with 1. location accuracy cannot update current location quickly as you drive fast. So that price calculations is wrong. How many times i have to call support with higher call cost just to get trip price. This should be fixed ASAP. 2. Drain battery device gets hot some times it does not work in background 3. Order start option from driver side is needed. sometimes passenger ask for round trip while its registered on system as single trip.
