I love the app, but would like one particular addition. We're looking for both ourselves and our two sons, but in 2/3 different areas! In the saved section they're all together and just a little annoying! Well, whoever emailed me back, didn't think you could, so what is it?

It used to be really enjoyable using this app, however since the last update zooming in on photos and floor plans has somewhat changed and become very frustrating. When you try to navigate over the picture whilst zoomed in, i.e. Swipe slightly left, it automatically zooms out. Very frustrating, can you please fix this?!

I think that removing the previously sold prices was a step backwards. Now it's previous properties in the area making it more difficult to find that specific property. Other apps have this functionality. Also the app would benefit of showing what and when the price reduction was rather than it just saying 'reduced'. Again other apps have this.

Let down by the search saving. If the primary function of the app is to search for listed properties for sale, why won't it let me save a seach with multiple types of house type? It's either all or one house type. Why make it a check box when you should make it a radio button if you can't save the search afterwards. It would be nice to be able to flag an incorrectly dropped pin for a property location. Looking in rural areas, there's not much point in a pin that's half a mile up the road.

When viewing properties and clicking the X to exclude the property from the search, the site needs a reason of "the service charges are an effing joke". I don't care how much I like the property, I won't be buying a property that charges so much for the privilege of owning it. Service charges are a cash cow for greedy freeholders and also explains why so many estate agents deliberate don't list this cost on the listing. Rightmove needs to be more strict with this.

Ok. But the lack of options when saving searches/alerts make it useless. E.g. you can't save searches if you are filtering out auction properties. Why? You can't save bungalows & detached properties as a search. You have to create a separate search for each property type. Is this some scam to get as many emails sent out as possible to get metrics up? It certainly seems like it is. Also, PLEASE STOP listing park homes & caravans as detached houses! They should have their own category

Gallery view button!!!!! Yes!!!!! EDIT: the message function is pretty buggy. Click on a property, then click email, then try and type out a message. You'll see what I mean. Recommend changing this to include auto correct functions

Was great but a recent update means that if you zoom in on the floorplan and scroll to the edge, you immediately zoom out again. Really frustrating. Can do it 4 times in a row because it is so sensitive.

This all is quite good. Works well but is quite frustrating in that you can't save a search that hides auction properties. I have no interest in them and keep having to look at them. Just add this feature and it will get more stars.

Usually love this app, but a recent update is driving me mad - if you zoom into an image or layout diagram and then pan to the edge of the image, it instantly resizes to fit-to-page. PLEASE get this fixed!!!

The problem with Rightmove is that I can't find what I'm looking for .firstly the property must be freehold. Secondly I want a property that needs renovating no matter how many bedrooms it has or what price. I would also like a differentiation between online auction and auction. Another option that I sometimes look for is a property which has no other properties next to it. Meaning privacy.

Love the app.... But the last couple of weeks, it's being freezing while I look through photos.. so I have to try and back out, which doesn't always work. Then a message shows saying wait or close app.. I close the app, and it starts again! You can't save searches as one multiple search! You have to do individual searches for each one! This means you get duplicate properties if you saved bungalow and semi-detached! Backwardsd scroll, yes, please!

The app usually works great is worthy of five stars. However, since the last update when I click on the heart it says that I have no saved properties. My saved properties do show up when I access them via the website. Edited review, great customer service. I simply had to clear the saved storage and cache in Android settings and sign back into the app. So all sorted.

Every time I get multiple notifications for new listings, you have to close the app and reopen it to view each one, otherwise it will always show you the first notification viewing every time you click on one. Almost like it's on a loop. I have tried emailing you from a Gmail account but the email bounces. The phone is a pixel 8a

Why can't you save searches with any filters? This can't possibly be a unresolvable tech issue. Edit to response: when you select 'save' the app literally comes up with multiple different errors based on my filters 'we cant save with those house types. Please save a search with one house type' 'We cant save with: Dont Show Student Accommodation' the advise it gives you doesn't even work. So no you absolutely can't save searches with filters on.

Useful, but atrocious UX. Every time you zoom in to a floor plan it auto zooms back out when you release your finger. Makes it almost impossible to read the tiny square foot text that agents put in there. No other app does this with pictures. If your user is zoomed in at the edge, it means they're looking for something! Don't keep resetting the view every time they release their finger!

Its a really good app thats nice to use but one letdown is the distance checker. I've set the search to five miles from my chosen location but it will still show me properties that are eight or eleven miles away. Doesn't make sense. But apart from that, it is a really good app. Would recommend.

This is a really lovely app for finding properties, but I wish they would add a feature to it: I wish they would add a notes section where you can make a note on the properties you've saved. This would be a note only you can see. "Rang them. Property no longer available. " "Viewing Tuesday at 2" "Conservatory, but no pets allowed." That would be really helpful.

Eh, probly should give it less stars, but it is functional. I just find it clunky to use, descriptions should just expand instead of switching to a new page. There are MANY properties (not auctions) listed with "minimum bid" which aren't helping anyone except investors looking for a deal. There's no currency converter. If you're looking for a single family dwelling, it makes things more difficult than they need to be, and the last thing a home buyer needs is more stress & difficulty. *Shrug*😕

As I said in the previous review it ONLY shows the max properties. It should ALL properties up to that price. This is on both list and maps. Even when you click search this area it only shows the max. I'm not making stuff up, despite how much easier for the developers it would be if I was. You've essentially made it so the user can only search for one price.
