Hey, this app is broken in Android 12! Everything is messed up, messages don't go on top, the first text received or sent stay in the conversation preview. Hard to navigate around with this

I've enjoyed this app except ever since the last update, my app won't go past the initial loading screen. We pay as a business to use this service, so this is a HUGE problem being unable to access the app.

second thing: your app can't handle Bluetooth, it keeps flipping back and forth from BT to handset, you going to fix that ever? It is not the BT device fault at all.

This app was working perfectly before and lately it stopped, can't make purchases anymore can't order for number even with my current unit.. it all crazy... I wondered what update you guy are putting up here and yet the problem is not fixed. Do something about this please

It is a scam, i paid for unlimited call and sms nothing work, it is a scam as i contacted the customer support and no response. It is not working via VPN as well. In response to you it should not be available on google app store in my region and should not accept paiement in this case. Refund me take back your number and i uninstall the app.

I've downloaded so many apps and this one is the first that's worked for me with a UK number. So easy to use and it's great that 6 days with a new number is free. Privacy is so important on the internet these days and I'm sick of getting scam calls - now I have a fake number to enter in those online forms!

Not receiving or able to make calls. Was billed 2 times 3 days apart both for 1 month subscription but was only given 1 month of time, and it does not work except for text. Their support team wont answer calls or email. Worse app ever do not buy. If i could give 0 stars i would.

SCAM APP ! Debits your credit cars without consent. You reach out to them and they ask you for more personal info to cancel the payments ! I had to cancel my credit card because of these thieves. Every month they debited 12 to 14$ on my card and I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT !!

This has been a fantastic solution for me at the right price point. However, the app appears to have gone done down and the website says that the domain is no longer registered. I've sent a message to support with no response.

It worked for a while, then all of a sudden I cannot login anymore on the browser. I tried but their phone verification isn't working. It kept not recognizing my US cellphone #. Oh well, switched back to Google Voice.

Terrible I couldn't find a way to make a phone call and it was to make my 1 st call and rate our app that's what I'm doing.If you want to try it do not leave the app store when you download it just go to desktop and look for the apps icon it sometimes hard to even find the icon they make find icoc test you won't t like it so close it choose apps in background pick the app store download page it should still open then just the uninstall the apps you don't like.TERRIBLE APP .It's SATATAN'tool.

Uninstalling right now. First I paid 4.99$ for 40 credits, and after that I needed to pay for each number 9.99$ so I can have unlimited text and calls, thanks but no thanks, try to fool someone else and took their money. I dont recommend this app at all, dont waste ur time its too expensive. If it was 10$ for all numbers to have unlimited calls and text than it was going to be great, but like this u need to be millionaire so u can use this app.

I purchased the XS credit pack and after making the purchase, it asked me to confirm my cc information again, which I did, and was instantly billed for an M credit pack that I never requested. The cc confirmation bubble keeps popping up randomly regardless of what screen I'm on and I'm assuming that if I hit confirm again, I'll be billed again. On top of this, the numbers don't even work with activation codes (which they don't tell you about until after you've made the purchase).

Worked, until I cancelled my subscription (to cancel auto renew), then lost the subscription benefits, despite still being inside the current duration! Now it wants me to pay again to re-enable, despite having another month left. Will update this once resolved. Currently can't get through to support as the number on the bottom of the invoice "is not in service anymore".. Make of that what you will. - Edit: The company has issues me a refund for the double-charge. I'd advise updating the app so that a subscription RENEWAL can be cancelled, but benefits retained for the duration. Especially as you must cancel over 24 hours beforehand else it auto-renews, meaning you lose over a day from the time, even if you leave it till the last minute!

I recently began using the business console and mobile app and found it to be perfect for me as a digital marketer based in Asia with the majority of my clients in North America and the EU. It has what I need, clear calls, customized voicemail, call logs, notifications, Do Not Disturb function and my ability to add numbers quickly and efficiently. There is a current issue I noticed with bandwidth but that is due to the virus situation and the need for voip to scale. 5 stars from me!

It was working great until I upgraded. I am supposed to have unlimited texts and calls, but texts aren't going through. I get a message saying I am limited.

Moved from another app to Ring4, I will say that this is what I was looking for my small business, usually we have high traffic of people reaching out via text, never had any issues with my USA number, our work involves loads of texting back and forward as we are doing tours and have to go through all the details, check-in, scheduling, airport transfers, organizing drivers and keeping up with our business partners... Never had any glitches. Thank you!

Terrible. Connection is absolutely pathetic even though my internet connection is perfect. The call quality, sound echoes and is distorted. Absolute rubbish! No helpful features like call forwarding or the normal call settings options. It's the worst app in this category I've used.

The overall app experience is pretty smooth. Unfortunately, the app explicitly refuses to work if it detects a VPN. I won't compromise my privacy, especially for personal communications. A phone app should not be dictating this kind of policy. I also don't like that you have to use Google, Facebook, or Microsoft to sign up. I'd prefer to use my email address and password.
