In the process of trying to access my digital vaccination record using the link texted to me by 88688 without usable instructions, I tried installing this app, also to no avail. Seems I have to either call Rite-Aid for a print, which is not a digital proof of anything, or give my information to a third party and create an account with them. The app also hides buttons behind the keyboard used to fill in fields and does not allow scrolling to make them visible.

This app has been glitching out like crazy. I open the link from a text notification and it freezes so bad that I can't even close the app. Now it's saying my email access is denied due to an error and that my password changed, when it didn't. Aside from being completely unable to use the app since the glitching out, it's been a nice feature to use.

Was working just fine, but ever since the update it has logged me out... unable to log back in, tried to reset my password... when I get the e-mail I am redirected to re-verify the same exact info given in the app only to say failed to authenticate when it should be a direct link from the email to reset the password. This is very inconvenient when you need a prescription refilled. I have never had a trouble with this app ever.

Garbage app. Slow, constantly erroring out. Prescription status has never worked. Your pharmacies and SMS system does not seem to be connected to the app, so it is useless. Notifications also do not work at all. Looks like I'm not the only one having issues with the app. And, yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled. And rebooted. And cleared cache. And it still gets stuck with the mortal/pestle animation and gives an error before allowing me to log in.

sadly the worst app for one of the best online places to shop. I am constantly running into error messages and it makes me lose my sanity and it's not even worth visiting this site. I follow the directions and keep trying to clear my cache and I'm still having difficulty!!!!!!! I really hope someone fixes this because the bargains I really great.

Terrible, terrible App. Its a shame because I like Rite Aid, and I am a gold member. Constantly have to uninstall and re-install this app. Always gives me an error message that says "bad request" when I try to clip the load 2 card coupons. What is the point of offering electronic coupons if you cannot access them to clip them? Super frustrating every time I use it!!

WARNING: This app is junk!! They need to scrap it and start over. It doesn't work on either of my Androids or I phone. When you finally get in if possible, nothing is updated your transaction history, none of it is updated. If you need to navigate or get other items such as deals or prescription info etc Good luck!! it'll take you about an hour and a half. TRUST ME!

Can't search for things by price, as when I try to sort, then it says there are "0" items. Also, when it shows over a hundred results and the page only has 20 (or however many on a page), nothing happens when I try to "load" more items. I no longer live where there is a store, so I have to rely 100% on the app/site. Very frustrating.

This app has always been slow and clunky, but since the update it's no longer usable. I cant refill anything because of this null error that keeps popping up. In other reviews the support staff says this bug is fixed, but that is untrue. Updating the app is what caused this mess, and I have unistalled and reinstalled twice since including a few minutes ago. Completely bricked.

Continually receive random error messages. It doesn’t correctly list all my prescriptions filled by RA, only the 1 or 2 not picked up, or possibly most recent 1 or 2, so it is almost useless. After logging in via fingerprint recently, I received a message saying I needed to re-enter my password. Then, it wouldn't accept the password, so I had to reset it. I can select to have a script delivered, but will still be notified twice more that it's ready for pickup. This is a lousy app.

This app is absolutely terrible. It gives you the option to 'shop' on it but when you type to look up it gives you completely opposite items. Example I typed downy refresh it came up with baby wipes... not even close I typed in disposable razers and it gave me other things. And I scrolled and never found any of the items they have for coupons. Worst app ever no wonder you all are going out of business

This is the SLOWEST app ever! Every click takes quite a bit of time and the animated graphic after each click makes the wait even more annoying. No matter how often this is updated the EXTREMELY SLOW speed NEVER changes. It is ALWAYS VERY, VERY, VERY SLOW. PLEASE make this work a lot better and faster. I would like to give a better review.

Thank goodness I have this installed because I couldn't find it when I searched it to ensure there wasn't an update available on Google apps. It's not functioning properly and I depend on it so much in my busy life. I know that Rite Aid is having issues but I have noticed things like this happening, meds taking longer to fill, not getting notified when scripts are ready, the app is not reliable. I feel like I am in the dark half the time. I really need some streamlined service in my life.

What a difficult app to use! 'Scan to refill rarely works. Cannot cut-and-paste for love or money. Re-ordering things without having each prescription in front of me is nearly impossible. But, I hate talking to people. The description of the recent update says, "we squashed bugs." One doesn't squash bugs unless, of course, one is using a squash.

I honestly detest this app! It won't let you fill a script & go back to the previous page. You have to sign in again. It won't let you look at your history to refill without going back to log in. It won't let you see the scripts that you have put in for a refill that are waiting. So you put the same scripts in again & then it comes back saying duplicate. Everything you do on this site is a waste of time. And as of last week, I can't even sign in with fingerprint ID or password.

Ok app. There could be some improvement. I don't like that every time I sign in it asks me if I want to use biometrics, ask me once and put a toggle option in the app settings. When I switch to the prescription tab it always pops up a message saying I was signed out for security reason. Either get rid of the message or put the text directly in the sign in box. I would like to have a way to see my prescription refill request and pending fills. I don't know if I am submitting the same thing twice.

I'm happy the last issue was fixed. It worked for a while, but now the app is stating "password and/or email does not match our records"..even though I was able to log in earlier, and the website I'm able to login. The loading screen (for prescriptions) takes a while, before it comes back with that error. Have uninstalled and re-installed, have cleared everything on phone. I'm able to login through website, but the app keeps stating that, I've tried multiple times now.
