I like the app for the most part and what it can perform. Just a hit of user research: I'd suggest updating the profile customization to make it easier for talent to show off their credentials. Data fields with specific options is a pretty outdated format. I'd suggest allowing people to upload their certifications. Because you don't have my certificates in your system, I can't even show them to potential employers. Overall, it's a good app. It could just use a bit of TLC in regards to profiles

Really bad app for job search searching: The same search, run minutes apart, returns 2 results or 57, all thousands of miles away. Can't filter out part time & remote jobs, nor set geogr. range & pay mins/max. Not very user-friendly for job-seekers & employees. Constantly asks me to update "my Languages" & Education (again ea. wk or 2), but am 50+yrs old. imho: Search thru Linkedin instead! update: toggle added for "Remote jobs only" but still no way to EXCLUDE all "Remote Jobs" from my results.

The website is much easier to navigate through, as well as submitting timesheets. Although it appears the developers intended for the app to be simple enough, it's simply irritating in comparison to the site. And for some odd reason the posts for available positions keeps defaulting to TX and I'm in AZ. #weird #illusethesite #thisappaintright

I got a call from Bobby at Robert half telling me that he had a position for me in which I didn't even have to do an interview all I had to do was just show up on the first day to meet with the client and get the assignment and then I could pretty much be able to work from home. So I quit my permanent full-time job to take this remote position and when I arrived at the client they informed me that it was only an interview and that I didn't have the job and now I have no job! thanks Robert half!

I downloaded the app and tried to create an account, however the system would not allow me to put my zip code in. I am un-installing the app due to this.

My only real beef is that it takes FOREVER for the app to load, if it does. On some occasions, you actually have to find another wifi source even though every other app you've been using is working perfectly.

Won't let me log in despite changing the password. I log in just fine from a browser. But not the app. I'm not impressed so far.

app keeps popping up old email addresses with old passwords used at RH months or years ago, with no way to edit new passwords or del. my outdated email addresses, no matter how many times I reinstall app or clear all memory. Not well designed to account for pos. security breaches. So annoying. Constantly signs me out, then fights back when I try to use a current email account. No transparency/perm. Doesn't have good filtering options, so search via linkedin is always better for me vs this RH app

Well I am reading Time Reports has been an issue since the beginning its 2024 i cannot record my time and cannot set up direct deposit. Not really sure why I was told to use the app if the things i was told to use it for are not available

the app is very difficult to use, filtering options are lacking, often I am signed in and out. I would love to see some bug fixes. as well as some way for me to get a response saying my application was successful. right now I'm just blindly trusting that everything works

MY EXPERIENCE: The full website and app is NOT user friendly. I attempted to change my email address and it didn't permit it. It allowed me to edit my name which is strange but not my email. Secondly, when I went through chat support they were unable to do so either. I then asked them to just delete my account and they were unable to do that either! There needs to be an update in the system. The job content itself is not professionally diverse so it's a thumbs down for me.

Piece of junk. It freezes all the time, have to uninstall and reinstall which is too much to be dealing with all the time after long hours of work. Update: more issues with this app, it doesnt give me any option to download pay stubs on my phone and to view and copy/share them how I want. I do everything on the go on my phone and this app is missing so many options for people like me.

The app has loaded old information, from a prior RH experience, instead of using the resume I uploaded. Now the contact information is wrong and I cant change it. The app isnt even using the email address I signed up with! That's a massive problem. Developer responded, but did not address the actual problem and was not honest. In an email, they acknowledge a known issue with the app and that I must go to the desktop site to fix it. Fail for the app problem, double fail for lying about it

The app has a good feel but is lacking key section for current assigned Associates. The posted image indicates that 'Timesheet' is included. Unfortunately, it's not included in this app. That need to be fixed. Otherwise, it does not make sense to have this app version, if you are already on an assignment for RHI. Hope this helps to get someone in the IT unit to fix this oversight.
