I use the Rocket Mortgage app for making my mortgage payments. It is quick and very easy to use. I am totally satisfied with Rocket Mortgage. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone.

The app is very easy to use to find out about the mortgage or making a payment. It is not good for other businesses with rocket mortgage such as credit cards or loans . Still one of the best apps for making payments for your house. 7/1/24

Good luck getting a real person on the phone to help after the mortgage goes through. All automated menus that eventually hang up. Just awful, buyer beware! Lol they responded nearly 2 months later...

When the app works.... it's great but have been consistently getting system errors or unable to login/keeps prompting login expired and kicking me out. Going to try reinstalling it but not holding my breath.

This is my 2nd time using it I don't trust the internet for paying bills, the risk seems high that if Rocket gets hacked the party is over. Fingers crossed. But since the USPS has become ....NOT RELIABLE, POST PANDEMIC. WHAT USE TO TAKE A FIRST CLASS LETTER TO GET FROM HOUSTON TO SAN ANTONIO NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS TOPS. NOW THAT SHORT DISTANCE 189 MILES TAKE 10 DAYS OR MORE. JUST GOING ACROSS HOUSTON IS TAKING 5 DAYS. So I used their app and all is good, the app is great, wish all had one like it.

After the hell this app put me through and the company itself after several months of back and forth and added fees I will no longer endorse this company or what it stands for. It has failed me and it will soon fill you. Did they pass the book on all their missteps misuse and misfortunes on to the customer. They give you exhorting amount of late fees that are way over the federal recommendation and standard. When they say that they will help you to fix a situation that they made wrong they won't

For VA loans, use Veterans United instead. Rocket is always about a quarter point(.25%) higher for VA loans. The only reason I used rocket was because they offered a 1.25% closing cost incentive. Without it, I Def wouldn't have bothered with them. Everyone else I know that has done conventional loans has had a good experience.

Beware, it has access to a lot and you cannot change what it has access to. I re-downloaded this and it made me confirm with text which is fine. However, it then asked me for my SSI, birth date, and phone number then temporarily locked me out. Seriously this app really stinks! Wish I never got a loan through them!

The app makes it easy to do everything I need. When I was still in the buying process, it was easy to upload documents and communicate to address any issues. Since it's easy to schedule payments, get tax documents, or see information about escrow, etc.

Tried to use the app to pay my mortgage that I've had for 8 years. whatever changes you made, you've killed the app! it now takes me to the website but when I try to log on (thank God I have my passwords written down!) it tells me it doesn't recognize my log in. it also won't send me a reset password link. nothing works! how the hell am I supposed to pay my mortgage????

Well, 2 months now that I cant login to the app, saying "problem on our end". Cant use biometrics and when I go to sign in with password it just brings up a blank screen. Cleared cache, uninstall and reinstall app, same problem. There was NO problem with the app as it was prior, in fact it was great, you just purposely outmoded anyone not using the latest android. 👎

Insecure app. Forces full security check every log in print at risk your data. Who needs yours ss every time! It is impossible to log in, so many recurrent checks. Uses servers wood ads as well flagged by cybersecurity firms. Bad app.

This easily navigate-able, simple app, which I like. It gives me options, such as paying principal only. That's a big deal to me. Here's an improvement suggestion: I would like to be able to choose which dates a scheduled payment comes out on rather than "every other week." We get paid on specific days of the month, so the "every other week" option doesn't work for us. Also, if I make a partial payment, it should be applied immediately to the balance rather than being held in limbo.

I don't know how this app has high ratings. They must come from fake user bots. The app has selected a ridiculously high dollar amount for my loan request, void of any reality, and I can't change that amount or delete the request. The contact us doesn't work, they're having technical difficulties. Great. Once I get this straightened out, I'm cancelling everything to do with my account and going to my credit union like I should have from the start.

Very well designed and easy to navigate. Most if not all information that's frequently needed is usually only one screen away. The one issue I have is the Payment Center page doesn't list the scheduled payment amount if it differs from the amount due. In other words, you can't actually see you setup something like an additional principle payment unless you go to change the autopay settings.
