Keeps disconnecting in the middle of songs. You have to restart everything to get it to reconnect. Once you finally get it to connect it disconnects itself saying "it seems you're not playing" even though I am 100 percent playing like what

Revisiting my review and keeping the 1 star rating. Originally basic tuner on bass used guitar as reference pitch, chromatic mode works. Now basic tuner has been fixed, but chromatic is broken on both bass and guitar side. The pitch on the top is shown as C-1, regardless of what note you play. Online features still require wifi, mobile connection is not accepted. App takes 15-20 seconds to launch. No portrait mode.

So, I was able to tune the guitar with this app and it connects with the game I was even able to do a couple of songs. During the same session, it just stopped working. It was connected to the game still. It just wasn't registering in any notes that I played. I turned it off and then restarted it, but it still did not register notes.

Played for about an hour. So far it seems to be working. I'd rather have a real cable but it's a nice option. It thinks I'm better than I am tho. Maybe it was picking up the music from the TV? It loses connection a lot tho and my WiFi is decent.

Don't even waste your time trying to use this to connect to your game as it refuses to even connect to the Ubisoft servers meaning it's literally unusable. Almost like they are forcing you to drop another £20 on their proprietary cable!

awesome, love it As hard as it is to play guitar this makes it as easy and simple as it can get there's only one thing I wish it had I wish it showed the fingers on the fretboard there's an app similar to this that's way less quality but it shows the fingers on the fretboard and that helps a ton when you're trying to find your placing on the strings

Just played rocksmith+ for the first time, significant issues with the note highway being hard to read with weird star power backgrounds and hard to see notes and whether youre missing notes. I've been playing rocksmith 2014 for a year and a half and can play all the songs/dlc/cdlc and somehow rocksmith+ has weird detection and limited options to fix delays and etc. Bought a years membership since I love rocksmith, but rocksmith plus is a huge let down. The setlist is also not very good either.

I am very disappointed in what I saw when I first opened Rocksmith+. Connecting your input device is like pulling teeth and when I did get it to work it would have the audio locked into the interface I was using. So I figure why not just get the app, another rabbit hole of nonsense, the app refuses to connect to Rocksmith+ Not to mention my immeasurable disappointment in ubisoft locking everything behind a pay wall. You're better off learning to play from YouTube tutorials honestly.

Doesn't work for me as an acoustic player. I managed to get through to the tuner part itself where it asked to strum and it didn't pick up anything whatsoever despite holding my phone literally centimeters away from where I was strumming (didn't work from a few feet away either). Shame as I'd love to give Rocksmith a go again but this app is completely unresponsive.

it says that it can't connect to my Ubisoft account. The app starts up very nicely and the audio is crisp and clear with sdfx. The tuner is good just needs some twerking. Also I still have the old cable to Rocksmith so it would be cool if you could use it on your phone by having USB type a to a USB type c adapter or if a new cable comes out because not all mics on mobile devices are great.

ive been playing for 3 days on the beta test, and so far so good, ive played with other apps and games that assisted in learning, and this surpasses them, it was hard to understand at first but its progression process is unlike anyother, the game learns your level of play, theirs not many songs at the moment but im looking forward to seeing what they got

Ubisoft is garbage. I created an account on PC no problem, but can't log in. Now I'm locked out, but I was able to log in on the app?? But now it won't connect to the PS5. I want to learn guitar not how to be a network engineer. Everyone says Ubisoft is trash and they've had these issues for YEARS! I give up.

It works perfectly. At first I was hesitant to give it a try because of the negative reviews, and I stuck with 2014 for a while. I caved and tried it and over the last month I haven't had a single issue. I had one disconnect but that was because MY internet dropped. If the reviews are why you haven't tried it, give it a shot yourself.

updating my review Instructions could be clearer - the app only connects when the game is connected and running on your PC, then it syncs to the app. I can get the app loaded and synced but it isn't picking up sound any external sound from my amp. I changed to my non-rocksmith USB to guitar cable and it works fine - so definitely an app or phone issue. I'll try on another device

You need to add a "disconnected play" feature like they had for Rocksmith 2014. MAJOR connectivity issues through this app, can rarely make it through a song without the app disconnecting and totally pausing my game. Also if you connect through the cord, there's a loud feedback noise that just won't disappear. Please do subscribers a favor and add Disconnected Play. I dont care about scores I just want to play the game!

Buougt a subscription ro Rocksmith+ and with a bit of fiddling managed to get the app to log in and recognise the program running on PC but like others, here I found that the app won't pick up any sound via the phone mics despite having the necessary permissions. I know the mics are working because I can record crystal clear audio and other tuning apps I have on the phone work fine. Pretty poor, Ubisoft.

I use this app for bass w a PS4 pro. Prefer to use an amp and turn bass volume off in RS. Real tone cable split to PS gives a ground loop I can't eliminate. Have had a fair number of enjoyable Rocksmith sessions with no problems. If that was it...would rate the experience 4 stars w one off on price. But..also a LOT of sessions where my pixel 8 would lose connection mid song. It stops you there...have to try to reconnect, reload the ap usually...Strikes randomly/ often. Needs disconnected mode!

2 features and neither work. One is supposed to connect to Rocksmith so your phone works as a mic, it doesn't connect. The other is a tuner, something you can get for free on many, many other apps, and it doesn't tune (luckily I have few of those other apps, so I was able to fix my tuning after trying to use this one).

I've been playing on pc since launch. The game is insufferable. It's laggy and with a game like this lag is intolerable. This app doesn't provide a different way to play. It is only a microphone for the pc version which again is irreparably laggy. It may not be irreparable I guess but I can't fix it on my end despite multiple tries. The devs don't care so long as you pay and canceling can be tough. I tried at least twice to cancel before the start of the second month. Still got charged. 0 stars!

Doesn't work. Both my PC and mobile are on the same network, and firewall is completely off. Just stuck in an infinite loop of trying to connect. I have a non real tone cable that works, and a mic that works, but wanted to test this app. Nothing even close to Rocksmith 2014. Song selection is terrible, Note detection is terrible, the minimal UI is actually worse, can't really see when you hit or miss notes. And a monthly sub now of $15 so they can milk your money instead of buying once and DLC.
