The enrollment process was lengthy and not easy to complete on the app. Finally finished it and the last step was to submit my IRS SS-4 form for verification before I could run my first payroll. Neve heard back after 24 hours so I contacted a representative through chat who was very rude. Told me I was denied because they couldn't verify my business. What ??Offered to supply more documents but was told it wouldn't matter and I needed to use another provider. Major waste of time !!

Yet again Im still having problems with this app I'm happy that I wasn't able to go any further with it. I'm done. I'm uninstalling.If I could give this up less than a number one that's what it would receive this app is garbage and from all you guys reviews I see that is continuously has already been garbage I regret using this app it won't even open.

It has its flows, the verification process is tedious, you can't submit payroll for a whole quarter, paying $5 each month for a 1099 you submit once a year is not cheap(the work around is adding it and when 1099 is processed tthe take this out of your contractirs list (inconvenient) Customer service is very good and they report also to my Fl Dep of Revenue, which is convinient, (Intuit did not do it)

Not as happy as I could be... First there was a hassle getting my fein verified as this is the first year of our company and haven't any yearly taxes filed to validate the company. I submitted the correct forms at ROLLs request but they were not MAILED TO US FROM THE IRS and so they were not adequate. Now that I'm on track, the app just hangs and will not start. I've tried from two devices, and it just goes to the logo screen and doesn't progress. Puts a halt on this week's payroll.

PLEASE DELETE ALL MY INFORMATION you have stored , this app is screwing with my job. I'm unable to clock in and out from another app because of this app . I downloaded this by accident, and uninstalled it yet my information is still stored. I can't do my job bc of this app. I'm requesting any information of mine be permanently deleted off this APP asap!!

getting used to texting payroll is challenging, but ADP makes it secure. ADP also is there whenever I need help.

I drive with DoorDash and I was thinking of using this app for the convenience of figuring out how much to set aside for taxes and expenses but apparently this app is not for everyone. No point in suggesting it to anyone who drives for a gig delivery service not sure why Google play would even think it would be useful. Just wow!!!!

Took two attempts to get a password that the app accepted, and it only accepted it once. Third strike, and i deleted the app. The one time i got logged in, there was yet another bug. This app is unusable. Why does it have such a high rating? You have to have it installed to give it a review. Who has the time to install it again just to give it a review?

Setup is more like 2 hours, nowhere near 10 minutes. Also, you cannot pay employees under multiple titles or classifications which is important for different workers compensation rates. Total waste of time before I figured that out. Fortunately did not need to pay first.

Slow, wonky. Uses Plaid to check bank accounts which is inconsistent. Can't connect to banks. Literally takes a LONG time to open app and get it running. Poor app. Customer service responsive. App itself is not.

Barebones payroll option for small businesses... many features lacking; I have made numerous suggestions for enhancement - hopefully product development works to improve the product. Issues caused first payroll to be missed by a day, support wait times can be long and only via chat... have been 'dropped' more than once. One of the cheapest options out there though, so will give them a few more cycles to see if the experience improves.

"You're registered! Now enjoy all the great features!" WHAT great features? In the app, it's literally just my information, customer service, and the option of taking photos for who knows what. That's it. There's nothing else. So....WHAT great features? It's pretty damn bare.

You can only use Roll by ADP on a phone, but if you want to cancel, you have to call, sit on hold for 20 minutes, and have them grill you for another 20 minutes. Downloading this app and giving them your bank info will cost you greatly.

Wish I could give NO STARS!!! Worst experience ever!!! My account is locked bc I clicked the wrong Google email when setting up and now I can't log in using email and password When I log out of the wrong account, it doesn't let me use the right one. I even cleared my cache and data then Uninstalled the app. Still attached to the wrong account. I even use the QR code sent with my invitation...I'm ready to cancel the whole service!!!

Final update. Roll makes payroll simple. It has saved me a ton of time Took forever to get it working originally. Once all the many boxes were ticked, it works well. EXCEPT Roll has screwed up my address with the IRS. My tax return has been filed using my PO Box for well over 10 years. Roll "doesn't support PO Box addresses" What a pain in the butt. FIX IT ROLL. Taking a star off because ROLL still doesn't let me use my PO Box.

Worst app I've ever seen. Every time I try to edit it gives me back the same chat. I can't tell if My account is confirmed. It says to click on the edit icon to edit, but there are no icons. There is no support number. There are no instructions. If I don't enter something exactly right, it tells me I do not have permission or am not authorized. Yet it continues to send me emails to update my account, but when I try it just returns me to the same old chat from days ago.

I don't normally write reviews, but this is the most infuriating app I've ever used. I swear it was designed by monsters. It asks for the same bits of information multiple times. Some forms require formats that don't make sense (it required my EIN for city taxes, and my city uses my federal EIN, but the app wouldn't take it). It won't let me used my keyboard's voice to text. You can't back out of to-dos. There is a text chat box instead of a menu, so you don't know what your options are.
