The problem is many time i order wall's ice cream but they cancle my order i don't know why many time i have contact to help line they also don't know. if roll app don't want to provide services why they are operating in city shutdown app and go home

Many times I submitted my details to activate this application but failed to have it, a generic message prompt that our support team will contact you soon, I have been waiting for their call but they ain't contact.

couldn't sign in this app .when i enterd my NIC no then the notification appear that it is not valid or contact to help center .when i call to help center no response just drop the line after oporator reciving.

Most of the time, your team cancell my order without any reason. There is no contact number mentioned so that I can check who cancelled my order and why.

If you don't have to deliver order, then close this boring app. Juct login once in a month and make fake order as usual and just fulfill duty by your salesman. 0% good at all because it is working only dumy enteries. Thx good bye

something very wrong going on in walls as order bookers are unable to book liter, half liter, bucket and tubs in units but ctns. Small shop keepers are not capable to invest on each variant's crtn. Due to this reason above mentioned items are consistently short in many freezers around johartown area, On Roll app order in units option is available though order was placed but blocked..kindly look into it and resolve issue as it's not only demotivating shop keepers but also not in favor of compony

Worst app In this app not added how to cancel your order This is a complain about your delivery system. I've been ordered multiple items including shampoo and soap's, by using your app ROLL which is still pending, this order pending for the last 5 days, Now I want to know how to cancel my order.

I am facing this issue since long..I can't redeem my coins into balance..plz guide...... When I dail your help line number No one is responding.... And When we place order in your app the total amount shows in app differ from the bill that we received.... Very poor services....................

They text me hundreds of time to download the app. Can't login, Even no body want to answer your call if you need help. Bye bye Roll, after blocking them hope wouldn't get any text from Unilever in feature.

Really worst app the order does not deliver at all stupid app unilie University make some good app instead of this it is really annoying I'm not able to make complete order on this and even if the order is been place there is no delivery to really annoying really the first app ever seen online shopping for my store that is really really something on my store I cannot really get from this app

Firstly, As Daily retails of Soaps and detergents are fluctuating, so Printed retail of the items should be mentioned with each item for us to know exactly that what we're gonna get. Secondly, Available quantity of the item should be mentioned with the item on the basis of first order first delivered. When it runs out, it should show out of stock to the customer. Thirdly, most of the times, Roll App shows the other rate of the item when ordered and when we receive the invoice, it shows other rat

App is very complex for order booking. Mostly items are short at app. feedback should be ask after delivery ,because sometimes delivery boy delivers our order to others. and discounts (230 Rs) is not reaches to customers. Very low profit margin at Rafhan, Lipton & supreme products & others that's why shopkeepers forces to customers for alternate. Very disappointed 😞

Such a bad experience of using this aap.. first of all it kept troubling during logging in .. then when i placed an order it doesn't reached me and the app is showing tge delivered status of order .. so it means that delivering staff is deceiving the company .. and there is no mechanism of placing a complaint regarding this mishap in the application.

Very poor performance. Everytime it show notification that you are not connected to the internet while having full data signals or wifi connection.

App is annoying now a days. Keep closing while selecting categories. Too much slow response from the app. Tried to remove the items from the cart then have to wait forever. Description of the items are not fully described like weight etc.

My overall experience with the app is not so great, it gets stuck while placing the order as well as moves really slow comparetively. Placing the order of full carton option takes us to the next page which should be displayed right under the product. The ever worst thing is; when you add the products in the bucket & sign out from the app, your bucket will get vanished when you log in again and you have to place the new order once again from the begining surprisingly
