The app does not offer the possibility to save and backup your conversation history like it used to do on its previous versions. It was a very useful option, especially when you had to change your phone or reinstall the app. I'm sure is not difficult to implement such a feature, since it has already been done by ROMEO B.V. and since other apps have it (take Grindr as an example). Another annoying thing is that not even now the company is not able to integrate the Groups and the Hunqz section into the app (at least the Groups would be nice). I hope someone there, at Romeo B.V. hears these complains (as they are quite a few as far as I could read) and do something about.

The internet connection is so slow even tho It's fast in any other apps and My chats are sent always multiple times😭

The user list constantly showing loading animation and hides the filtering button. I filed a bug report for it and nobody responded after 2 months.. I used to like this app, not so much anymore. and I'm a pro user, go figure... update: today I got an update notification and updated the app. The problem is still there. Just to let you know....

It's ok for basics, but it's generally a badly designed app. Who comes up with ideas like using the same edit icon for both enabling the editing and then for the saving after you've finished editing? That's just wrong and unique, and it takes some to work it out. I wanted to suggest to change that...so I went to the feedback and support section...where there is no feedback page or section...hence I'm here leaving this review so they might picked this up. Hopefully they will improve things.

There seems to be an issue with the radar. I always see the same profiles with same distance no matter how many times I refresh it. If it does, there would be profiles in 0m proximity, which is obviously a bug. Hopefully this is fixed since it's IMO an important feature in this app. Other than that, this app is pretty solid with a lot of features. There are various ways to look for new people, cuztomizations with bio, and many more.

I've uploaded several pictures already but it is still on review for days now. Also, why can't I received messages. I have sent almost 50 messages to those online I have seen but they havent responded yet, I feel like it's not delivered. It is impossible that not one of them havent thought of atleast responding. Please help me with my concerns.

Absolut bad app , silently bloks you , i contacted the help page , and they bloked me with no rules broken , for some reason you cannot change the type of sound notification enymore....so if notification rarely come that enoyng Harp sounds comes on , so everyone in the room can hear your Romeo app,Totally useless. I am with their site since it's inception, and i was forced to delete old accounts because of silent ban.

The app isn't working,i don't know why but I'm sending masssage to people but it's not going and on the other every time I try to restart the app it's showing "service is temporarily offline"। I don't any solution to this situation . I really loved this app before but now it's like trash 😔

I have created Romeo on Gmail on my mobile and it has also been verified. But I message someone, the message does not go to him, I don't know why. Do you guys have any WhatsApp number? because i have you want to share short screen I also gmail a lot I changed it but I still don't get messages from anyone.

After i spend multiple minutes setting up my account it was screwed up, . . How do I even edit your profile in this app? These are the most basic stuff for an average dating app and this app doesn't have them, so what else do I need to say to reason my single star?

Worst app, it's always response no internet connection even if I have... When the apps open, You just choose two option... Close app or restart app. Wasting time to this Apps.

My account got banned all of a sudden!! While using the app it shows internal error then i updated my app when i re-opened it my account was banned suddenly!!

Very slow. Not able to detect slightest internet connection. While other apps run well. Grindr is far far more better in performance. At times the message notification is sent an hour later and by then the other person is already offline. Moreover, People are still not comfortable to use adult apps openly and rarely come online. Thus Smooth communication doesn't happen between the matches.

Every year Romeo takes more and more and more things that used to be free and started charging for everything & blocking most valuable parts of the app. It's better to look at other apps as this one is slowly becoming a joke. Very little value, it's very buggy & crashes often. Many times the site is down all while raising the price and cutting the free areas to the bone . Find any other app , they just keep raising the price & cutting it's free areas . I used to really like it, it's a joke now.
