Looks good.but pls fix some kid of emergency hot line systems ,that should automatically redirect to the near police station whenever the person in an emergency situation... Thanks for the wonderful service. Navab.

fablous App. Need few modification to be add like chat area and contact center and some reliable information which will helps for any inquiries. Awesome, I really hope in the future we start to use everything in e - channels instead of waiting for longtime in the service centres. salute to ROP for excellent services.

I was trying to pay for my traffic fines, I selected them but couldnt complete the payment process as I got busy .. When i went back i could not select the fines again to pay .. Please Help!!! It does not let me select them for payment

App perfectly working and so many benefits, Online Renewal License,Online vehicle transfer, pay fines, ROP phone numbers by maps etc. Please add online Renewal Labor card/Visa with required documents also it's gives so much relaxation to people about not waiting for long lane. This app repeatedly getting close today while opening after location permissions. It was working 10 days back. Not able to use it, Could you please fix the bug if any.

well, the app is very good but a small mistake is their. this is a second time am trying to renew my car but i couldn't. ROP have to recheck the app and link it correctly with the insurance company.

I can renew my vehicle license and driving license within a minutes from my home, not to mention that I can receive the card from any ROP machines at the malls. Also I can easily check and pay any fine from the app itself. Thank you ROP.

The new update is causing a lot of issues to pay fine, simultaneously so are the other systems. Not able to log in or pay fines. Causing a major inconvenience

Well, this app continuously closes automatically. Tried reinstall multiple times, but this app crashes again and again. This app requires bug fixing.

I am unable login every time I followto enter the civil I'd number and next the phone number recving OTP still it is showing me error OIA0008 I could not understand it i tried 6 times same issue

Previously app was working fine. After updating it asks for verification either thru ID or phone number unfortunately both does not work. It's being long time this issue exit and it's being not fixed so uninstalling the app

With new update, app is not working at all. It asks for login but when I try to provide my resident card I'd it says not registered. And when I provide my mobile number it says "No PKI registered for this phone.." now what is expected from us to use this app. I even send R with my resident card ID to 90085 but I get "System error. Try again later." Old version was fine.

I've used the app to pay my traffic fines, for the registration renewal. Unfortunately the amount was detected from my account, but the fines are still there, they didn't disappear from the fines list. Thus, I wasn't able to proceed with the renewal

A great app that help a lot. Only on problem. After renewing car registration i get (payment failed) error but the transaction is actually successful. Please fix this error because others might think their transactions were unsuccessful.

Hello, I installed the application and it crash after login. I get pop-up say "ROP Keep stopping" I uninstalled and reinstalled the application multiple times on different phones and it act the same way.

the has many glitch and bugs that needs to be fixed the Concept of the application is really good. But it needs fixing keep getting Error 0011 hope the error will be fixed my phone is totally new but the issue is that the app is not compatible with newer versions of Android

Previously it never asked for login but even when I try to login, it is very complicated. There is obviously some issue with the new app. I cannot even view my fines. Pls fix asap. Edit 2024.05.28 They have fixed the issues.

App got refined a lot. It's wonderful that they added offence images. Though it's not loading properly, i appreciate their idea and working towards the progress. UI is very good. Online payments are very smooth.
