Game is awesome, but I lose Butler's gift often even though I beat levels at the first attempt. Super ball is retained but Butler's gift is not restrained. Fix this please I contacted your support team and sent video to them. But no response till now. I lost so many powers due to the loss of Butler's gift without losing a game.. feeling irritated because of this

Love this game but disappointed as I had to reinstall on new phone and no way of saving or getting my original game back so have had to start again

This is a great game and would have received 5 stars, but the reward section of "Explore" has frozen. I have lots of stars to trade in but the game won't cooperate. Please fix this as I really think this is a fabulous game. Thank you.

very addictive, glad I found it, keeps my brain active and I'm actually having fun with the different levels yes even at 58 yrs old I'm enjoying playing games again 😁 so it's a win win for me, but honestly, if you want your brain and eyes to function better then this is the game for you, know matter what age you are 😁

Why is the game stuck in the London Bridge area (7) ?? And every time I try to post in the chat, it shows up as a bunch of q's???

I don't know what's wrong with the game. But I keep beating level after level. And it's not letting me further. The building of things I have like 300 stars.

When you play the game adult movies the game ends quick I do like it but you don't get very much moves you only get 20 or 21 it should be more than that I do really like your game

Explore section I'd frozen on level 7 completion chest. I wrote to the help board 4 days ago but no answer. I have almost 1000 stars I cannot redeem. Frustrated at no help.

Bought a welcome pack which wasn't delivered. Contacted customer support with screenshot of payment etc. They message back asking which pack I'd purchased even though its in the original message. I've now messaged 4 times as nobody has bothered to rectify this for me. Not a very good start for a new player. I'll re review once rectified.

Update 29-4-2024, one more suggestion, I really need to listen to Audiobooks while playing, so please please, disable the game stopping other audio apps. Update 10-3-2024, This's the best game of its kind. I feel happy while playing after being so annoyed while playing (royal match) for a long time. First review: Everything is more than I expected. Thanks for colors, design, music, and especially for the 5 free power ups a day. Just please add (Save Progress) method via Facebook or Gmail.

I usually love this game however it's now stopped loading up it gets to 90 percent then won't go any further the annoying thing was I was in the middle of lightening rush when it happened . So help please get the game to work again

I started to enjoy the game, but it kept glitching and taking the game back to the beginning even though I'd completed it and hence losing a life each time, so having to uninstall it.

Poor copy of Royal Match. Graphics start glitching once you get to around level 60. It's when you get the Iceberg thing that it stops clearing the previous screen graphics. But, even worse is NO way to save your game, NO team battle, and the pass NOT even following a calendar month!!

The game goes smoothly up to about level 500. From there it simply turns into another pay-to-win game. If you don't buy power-ups you simply spend 2-3 days until you manage to beat a level. And the Explore is mostly frozen

I am on level 1090. I have 600 or more stars. I've been waiting forever to get the prize chests. Can't we just sell our stars to get the prize? I'm trying to pass this level that is absolutely impossible without having any way to defeat it with cannons and bows and arrows like nothing here I am working my way up the levels with no tools. Instead of trying to figure out how to make more cities for us to design or whatever to get these prizes, why can't we just sell the stars for cannons etc

Don't bother watching ads for free boosters as half the time when the ad finishes you get no reward. It just resets back to the ad screen. New cities/sites have frozen on London Bridge. Gold bonus round glitches out and opens under the game screen so you lose the bonus and have to wait another 5 hours for it to become available again. Incredibly frustrating, and crickets from developers. Fix! Your! Game!!

This game needs an ios release and Facebook progress save. I just tested it out for several levels as a game reviewer/tester. I like games when boosters are not forced because it makes it too easy. (Forced win streaks, won powerups, etc.) Please make these boosters and powerups optional so players have the choice to use them if they want to, or not if they don't want to and like a challenge. If these three things are implemented the game would be perfect.
